Breakfast was ok but a bit predictable and not quite with the variety we have experienced elsewhere in the past. No food in the hotel other than breakfast.

Posizione eccezionale, vista dalla camera bellissima direttamente sulla piazzetta centrale, bella atmosfera, accoglienza giovanile e veloce con suggerimenti su cosa fare e apprezzare di bergen, la colazione varia e abbondante, il servizio a colazione è veloce e dinamico, se non stai attento ti tolgono il piatto mente stai ancora mangiando 😅 la qualità del cibo a colazione non l’ho ritenuta eccellente, siamo molto esigenti sul cibo e quindi mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più, ma comunque buona, e varia. Attenti alla sostenibilità, la camera viene pulita su richiesta.

La nostra stanza era probabilmente una singola adattata ad una doppia, pochissimo spazio, scomoda per due persone, bagno piccolissimo.

Prachtige locatie en wat een ontzettend schone kamer had ik, vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was heerlijk! Je kunt om de hoek parkeren ik had de auto de hele dag en nacht daar staan voor 28,- euro.

La habitación algo pequeña para 3, pero nos arreglamos bien. Te hacían elegir hora de desayuno, pero aun así no había sitio a veces.

The quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Particularly, the woman who was one of the breakfast staff - always bright, cheerful, with a very sunny personality. Location could not be faulted.

The room was a little small.

La posizione è il punto forte di questo hotel, situato in centro a 10 minuti a piedi dal Fiskmarket e dalla zona degli imbarchi per le crociere. Noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio in virtù della posizione perché abbiamo necessità di rientrare durante la giornata. La colazione, sia contientale che english era nella norma per questa fascia di prezzo, comunque medio alta e in linea con i prezzi della città. Il cappuccino preparato dalla macchina automatica era gratuito, mentre quello fatto al bar costava extra. La camera era un po' piccola ma il letto confortevole.

Inammissibile il bagno senza porta che presuppone di condividere la stanza con qualcuno con cui si ha molta moltissima confidenza perché completamente senza privacy. Le nuove policy per l'ambiente inoltre non prevedono la pulizia quotidiana della stanza che va richiesta alla reception. La nostra camera non aveva un armadio dove riporre gli indumenti, abbiamo lasciato tutto nei trolley e per sei notti di soggiorno, forse qualcosa di meglio si poteva fare.

The decor is very bougie but once you get used to it the hotel is great. Friendly helpful staff, well equipped room, lovely breakfast and an excellent location to explore Bergen.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Ho amato la scelta di design di questo hotel, colori forti ovunque, il filo conduttore è il violino. Ottima e abbondante la colazione per iniziare bene la giornata. La mia camera (412) aveva la vista sulla strada, una bellissima via alberata e fiorita. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal capolinea della Bybanen, la metro di superficie che in 45 minuti porta dall'aeroporto a Bergen. Ottima la vicinanza dalle principali attrazioni, ho amato passeggiare nel bosco raggiungibile con la Floybanen, la funicolare. Nel complesso ho gradito moltissimo la mia permanenza di una settimana in questo hotel

La nota dolente riguarda la dimensione della camera, con letto matrimoniale facevo fatica a muovermi, non c'era spazio per il bagaglio che ho dovuto tenere sul letto per maggiore comodità. Inoltre la luce in camera è troppo fioca, quella dell'ingresso non arriva a illuminare la stanza. La pulizia è a richiesta ma il cambio degli asciugamani è fornito giornalmente, un buon compromesso.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Es ist von der Zubringer-Bahn Flughafen in ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Frühstücksraum ist einladend und schön gestaltet, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und mit einer tollen Auswahl. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets gut gelaunt. Ob Fjordtour, kleine/mittlere Bergtour oder Stadtrundgang, alles ist sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Einzig ein größerer Schrank für unsere Kleidung ist uns im Zimmer abgegangen.

Очень маленькие номера, особенно туалет, в котором даже не повернуться. Но самое большое разочарование это матрас. Ужас ужасный, ты просто даже не можешь присесть на него, проваливаешься на дно, не то что выспаться , даже не повернешься на бок. Воды в номере нет, но даже если , как они говоря модна пить с крана, то стаканов так же нет. Подушки полностью скомканы , очень старые. Шланг в душе был порван. Свет не могли выключить в течении часа, потом просто решили вынуть карточку , но у нас естественно перестали работать розетки.

Location was good, 10 min walk from train. 11 min to cruise line.

The decor looks like it's straight from the Playboy Mansion, complete with a lighted silhouette of a naked woman above the headboard. I would never come here as a family. It's Europe so no AC, I get that. But, the windows don't open and there is no fan provided. Very stuffing at night and very humid in the morning after showering. Poor lighting unless you are looking for romance. The wall mounted luggage rack sits at an angle across from the wall mounted desk top leaving very little room to access the toilet. Good luck using th WC at night without hitting one or the other.. Nice location, but I would look for somewhere else.

המיקום היה מצוין, חדר קצת קטן אבל ממש נוח ויש בו כל מה צריך, ארוחת בוקר ממש נחמדה דבר אחד היה חסר שוקולד נוטלה 😊 הבן שלי לא אהב את השוקולד של נורווגיה.

Lage, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit. Safe im Zimmer. Bett sehr bequem. Taxistand praktisch vor der Tür.

Am Wochenende war es bis in die Nacht sehr laut (Zimmer zur Strasse). Keine Body Lotion oder sonstige amenities.

Room 606 and 604 are not suitable for families and travelers who would like to sleep at night especially over the weekend. At check-in we were told they were street facing rooms - no mention that they were next to a nightclub! Both Friday and Saturday night were too loud and we were unable to sleep. Additionally, the lighting in room 606 is insufficient - no lighting in center of a relatively dark room.

Location is excellent, just 5 - 10 mins walk from Bryggen, the harbour restaurants, the funicular and the light rail to the airport. Staff were universally friendly, professional, helpful and fun to chat with.

Our standard double room was comfortable although small.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel without AC. It wa hot and we had one small window that opened on the 7th floor! At over $300 USD a night this is not with the price at all. It is weirdly designed with a spotlight over you head in the bathroom instead of lighting that is appropriate for putting on makeup. I found it look cheap and dull with gray paint on the walls vs trendy. Carpet was dirty which increased my allergies. The staff and breakfast was wonderful and the location ideal. Don't expect much from the rooms or stay during a hot period in Bergen.

Kamer redelijk klein, lawaai voor uren boven ons. Cappuccino aan het ontbijt is er niet, tenzij je extra betaalt en dat vinden wij echt een minpuntje.

Nice location, lovely terrace for having a drink in the afternoon sun, nice options for breakfast.

Terrible beds, so bouncy and soft that we ended up putting the toppers on the floor and sleeping there. Lot of noise from the street if you kept the window open but the aircon wasn’t working so we had to.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff of reception are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location is fairly easy walk to or from Hurtigruten Terminal if you have a cruise.

Room was a bit hot when we arrived so had to leave A/C turned on when we went out to try and cool it.
