İnternet rezalet , sürekli kesildi. Bağlantı ve çekim sorunları vardı. Duştaki su tanzikli değildi. Buzdolabı hem çok küçük hemde iyi soğutmuyordu.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is situated on the beach, has great fitness facilities and a swimming pool and sauna.

An excellent hotel with a beautiful lobby and a welcoming team. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and excellent sea views. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped, with good toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices, and the breakfast team were brilliant, friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only negative was the Wi-Fi, which was quite poor and unreliable during our stay.

Klantvriendelijkheid en service is verschrikkelijk. Schandalig hoe dit hotel gerund wordt. De kamers stinken naar rioolafvoer, er wordt gerookt op de gang door andere gasten, personeel is zeer onvriendelijk en het eten, specifiek de lunch en het avondeten is zwaar ondermaats.

Персонал. Бронировал отель из-за зарядной станции для авто в отеле. Разъем не подошел для авто, ладно. С собой всегда вожу шнур, который заряжает авто от обычной ракетки и потребляет очень мало, как зарядка для телефона. Мне просто не дали поставить на зарядку авто, ссылаясь на проблемы с электричеством. Останавливаться тут больше точно не буду

De faciliteiten zijn goed, het eten is prima, wel duur

Wij komen er al jaren. Het is nog steeds oké maar je merkt dat de kamers langzaam maar zeer duidelijk aan verjonging toe zijn. Veel is versleten. Indien dit niet wordt aangepakt zal ik er niet meer komen. Van een Sheraton verwacht ik beter meubilair in de kamers

Sehr gutes Personal.

Our exceptional experience at the Sheraton Grand Samsun began even before we arrived. A few days prior to our stay, we received a warm and thoughtful welcome email from Front Office Manager, Mr. Ozkan Yuksek. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel valued as guests. As a Lifetime Marriott Platinum Elite member, our reservation was upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom sea-view suite. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Black Sea, making our stay even more special. The hotel's location is excellent, situated directly along the waterfront with beautiful views and convenient access to the city's attractions. The breakfast each morning was outstanding offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The level of customer service consistently exceeded our expectations and reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ozkan Yuksek and the entire Sheraton Grand Samsun team for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they created an experience that our family will remember for years to come. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Samsun to anyone visiting the Black Sea region.

I stayed in this hotel for one night during a business trip. My room was spacious, modern, clean, had amazing views and offered a high quality sleep with a very comfortable bed. It was indeed exactly what I needed after a pretty busy and tiring day. I ordered room service for dinner and that was the only negative aspect of my stay: the club sandwich had nothing similar with traditional club sandwich except for the shape, so I didn't eat it. But the positive side is that the room service chief called me and asked me what I did not like and offered a different dish to compensate for that. This was a very nice gesture. The check-in and the check-out at the reception were both flawless. If you are not looking for a local experience, this is a nice choice to stay in Samsun.

Beautiful clean and large hotel with all the right amenities to relax and unwind. Awesome sauna! Staff are very professional and kind. Breakfast has many options. Will definitely come back!

Slightly out of the city centre, not many close by options for restaurants.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und üppig - grosses Buffet! Die Lobby war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und auch das Zimmer war sehr elegant. Man konnte den Strand (privat!) sehr gut erreichen, er lag gleich hinter dem Hotel neben dem Pool. Das war toll - Pool und Meerzugang. Wir genossen die Tage im Sheraton sehr!

Die beiden Restaurants im Hotel (Fora Restaurant und Galya Kebab) waren beide sehr lecker, aber eher teuer. Dennoch waren es die einzigen beiden Restaurants, die vom Hotel her ohne Auto zu erreichen sind, denn das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abgelegen.

Sheraton Braucht eigentlich keine gute Kommentare das ist eine marke was es an hotel gibt aber der resepsiyon mit Arbeiter war wirklich hochnäsig und nicht hinreichend hat mich sogar gefragt ich glaube sie bleiben zum ersten mal an einen Sheraton hotel komisch wie manche Menschen sind

Samsun is, in essence, the Capital of the Black Sea Coast in Türkiye. Its history ties in closely with that of the founding father of the country, Kemal Ataturk. It was here that Ataturk landed on 19 May 1919 to form his Army and fight the Turkish War of Independence. The car that he used after he landed sits proudly at the entrance of the Sheraton Hotel. An hotel he would have been proud of; impressed by its standard of service. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and welcoming with the overall atmosphere being one of relaxed informality. Breakfast is certainly memorable with a wide variety of dishes on offer from freshly baked pide and hot pancakes to a very rich and varied mix of fruits, breads, pastries and dairy based produce. My wife and I were both carrying a flu bug when we were there and the help from the team at the hotel was excellent. In particular, keeping us topped up with herbal tea, lemon and honey to salve our symptoms. Thank you also to Teoman and the team on reception for all their help in making us feel at home, despite the fact we were under the weather. My only negative, and why no 5th star, is down to the Fora restaurant that you can read about elsewhere under my profile. We hope to return under more favourable circumstances and better health.

Η τοποθεσια δεν ειναι στο κεντρο αλλα σχετικά κοντά,το δωμάτιο μεγάλο και καθαρό το φαγητό καλό στο εστιατοριο.Γενικά οι παροχές του ήταν παρα πολυ καλές με 24 ώρες room service.

Μύριζε λίγο η αποχετευση του,στο μπάνιο.Η συνδεση wifi για κινητά Huawei ηταν αδυνατη

This is a 5star hotel. People from all over the world and different political views stay in this international chain hotel. They have hundreds of TV channels and almost all turkish channels too, EXCEPT Tele1, HalkTV, Sozcu etc the ones that leftist half of Turkish citizens watch. 50% of country votes for left parties and these channels are ALL removed among channels on this hotel’s system. You guys must be really ashamed of your fear of current government when removing those TV channels… Sending an email to the headquarters of Sheraton and making this issue worldwide on social media adding their accounts.

For my experience only there should be a dental set , comb , shoehorn and shaving kit in the room without asking for them to be brought.

I was asked to pay a 1500TL as a deposit which they did return to me at check out, when I asked why they said it's the hotel policy, I believe it's an insult to any hotel guest, it's an indirect message that we don't trust you, I stayed in so many hotels including Sheraton in deferent locations including turkey and they never asked for such thing. They need to look into this policy. Last time in this particular Sheraton.

Der Hoteleigene Strand und der Poolbereich waren sehr schön und ideal für einen Urlaub mit einem kleinen Kind. Das Hotel selber ist ziemlich groß, aber nicht so groß, dass man ewig von einem zum anderen Ort braucht. Alles in allem ein Top Hotel

Das es leider keine Möglichkeit für All-Inclusive gab. Ein etwas größeres Bad mit einer Badewanne wäre schön gewesen.

This hotel is my first and last stop on the Black Sea Region.. It’s very grand place with a nice sea coast and garden .. lots of restaurants.. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.. the breakfast is varied and delicious with lots of different options .. the staff are friendly and welcoming.. I really liked Betul with her big smile and friendly attitude.

This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Junior Staff in the reception and restaurant.

The hotel management has cancelled our room (Executive Suite) on the higher floors (which we had reserved six months ago). They have said it is due to some of their guests, so-called VIP! Also, this time, breakfast was very ordinary. The hot food was neither hot nor fresh, despite our asking for an extra hot food order (fresh preparation) from the kitchen! The oven was closed, and when we asked for the Samsun Pida, they apologized. But they served their VIP guest some oven-cooked food, maybe they have another oven within the kitchen! When we visited in May 2025, the breakfast was superb. That is why we were advising many friends to stay in this hotel. But we are disappointed ourselves and sorry for our friends about our positive advice about this hotel.
