kein reiseadapter nötig, steckdosen sind schon ein adapter. zentral gelegen, sauber, modern.

sehr laut und unruhig. sehr ringhörig. man hört Duschen und WC-Spülungen die ganze Nacht als wäre der Ablauf dirket im eigenen Zimmer. Türen schlagen zu, es wird geklopft und gereded. so findet man nur schwer Schlaf.

It is forbidden to throw toilet paper in the toilet due to risk of clogging. It seems it is an issue with sewage piping in this hotel, as this is not not overall requirement in Singapore.

Room was clean . Elderly man by reception was nice

The girl with glasses on reception was rude and difficult. Breakfast was poor to say the least I skipped it 2 out of three days

We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a family room, but unfortunately it was not suitable for our family. The room was on the second level and required us to walk up stairs, which was particularly difficult with a 3-year-old, a 3-month-old baby and luggage. Unfortunately, no one offered to assist us with our luggage. The room itself also had two steep steps leading up into the bathroom, which was inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially when carrying a baby or managing a young child. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was a very basic selection, with only one dish to choose from along with a drink. Even simple options such as bacon and eggs were not available. We understand that the hotel caters to halal dietary requirements, but we still expected a little more variety at breakfast, particularly for a family stay. Ceiling Projector TV in the room was also terrible, especially in the day time, which was hardly visible and was shaking with the building I assume. It was difficult to watch when shaking. Most disappointing of all was the lack of friendly or helpful service. Despite travelling with two young children, including a baby, we felt that the staff made very little effort to assist us. We ended up requesting a different room because the original family room was simply not practical for our family. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Nada , habitación sin ventanas , la cama muy pequeña , la regadera sin puerta y ni siquiera tiene tv , aparte el personal de recepción nada atentos , realmente no lo recomiendo

Dostaliśmy pokój w przybudówce, która nie była sfotografowana na stronie hotelu.BYŁ TO ZUPEŁNIE INACZEJ WYGLADĄDAJĄCY POKÓJ. ABSOLUTNIE Z INNYM STANDARDEM. Drzwi były nieszczelne BYŁA GIGANTYCZNA SZCZELINA- było słychać każdy krok na korytarzu plus muzykę, która włączyła recepcja o godzinie 6:30 i każdą nutę było słychać w pokoju hotelowym i oczywiście przez całą noc wpadało światło z korytarza. Wzięcie pokoju z oknem było bezcelowe, bo i tak nie było sensu go otwierać.

I booked the family room with slide. My kids loved it. Loved all the facilities (projector screen, coffee/tea, toiletries, bathtub, swimming pool and freeflow plain water). I was pleaased to see that theres even an ironing board and iron in the room. A cosy hotel room that accommodated our family of 2 adults and 4 kids! Everyone slept comfortably. Breakfast was halal and very delicious with huge portions. Staffs were nice, check in was smooth. Jacuzzi and pool was small but we enjoyed the peace and great scenery from the pool. Free parking. Many eateries nearby. My kids are already asking to come back again!

Toilet was huge but sadly no bidet next to the toilet bowl and had to walk to the bathtub (which is at the other end of the toilet). Please install bidet! Room is for 6 people but only 4 towels.

We booked the room for the tub and it was bigger than we had expected, though it can do with a scrub.. staff were very friendly and helpful. it was an overall very nice first family staycation. We will be back for another staycation for sure.

I had wanted to plan a room decoration, but received no replies after multiple emails.

The property was in a good location and had a nice pool to relax and cool off from the heat!

The floor of the room and the shower could have been cleaned a little better.

Location. Staff. They let me leave a bag for a week while I went overseas.

Noisy. Walls are thin. Doors slamming all through the night. Door alarms going off constantly. Did not have a good nights sleep here.

Close to shops and restaurants. Projector screen in each room. Cold water dispenser on each floor. Friendly staff. The let me store a bag for 5 days while i went overseas and then came back to stay again.

Hôtel bien situé, les stations de métro (Bugis ou Lavender) à proximité. Chambres petites mais propres. Piscine agréable sur le toit ouverte jusqu'à 21h.

Le seul bémol c'est le petit déjeuner (des plats épicés ou trop sucré-salé au petit matin difficile...)

Super Lage, alle sehr freundlich. Man durfte das Gepäck nach dem Check-Out noch dortlassen und vor dem Flug nochmal eine Dusche nehmen. War sehr freundlich.

Wie hatten Pech mit dem Zimmer. Direkt neben der Eingangstüre im Nebenbau. Es war sehr laut und hellhörig.

Gute Lage in einem schönen Viertel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem.

Es ist allgemein sehr hellhörig.

Location was good and easy to get around

Room size was very small, the projector to the wall was blurry and hard to use, pool was smaller than picture and only 2 pool chairs which were in use, breakfast was not great would have preferred option of fruit, yogurt something more healthy.

The convenient store are all nearby

They kept my luggage after I had checked out. The room was clean. Adequate supply of toiletries.

There was no wardrobe to hang clothes. The hot water took a long time to get to temperature so my showers were quite often cold.

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht besonders geschmeckt, aber wir sind als Österreicher ja verwöhnt ;)

It was not clean at all.

The room was clean. The location is good, in a quiet area with many restaurants nearby. It is about 3 km from Marina Bay Sands.

The staff very nice helpfull and friendly they gave us a room that not require stair/lift. Very close to get out because they see my mom on walker. Thank you verymuch for the excellent service all of you. I even extent for 1 more night. Thank you again.

Die außen Ansicht vom Hotel und die loppi war überhaupt nicht ansprechbar....

Ich hätte dieser Unterkunft gerne 10 von 10 Punkten gegeben, weil wirklich alles bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr gut war: Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal Tolles Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Badewanne) Die Betten waren groß, v. a. die Etagenbetten Sauberkeit war gut Zimmergröße war absolut ausreichend Zweckmäßige Ausstattung Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher Kaffee, Tee, Wasser gab es Der kleine Pool war toll und sehr sauber Ich hatte mit Frühstück gebucht. Es gab a la Carte Frühstück, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die Auswahl war etwas ungewöhnlich, aber lecker.

Einziges Minus: Der Abfluss der Toilette ging nicht zuverlässig. Nachdem ich das an der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatte, wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt und er hatte danach geschaut. Danach funktionierte der Abfluss zunächst wieder, wurde aber zunehmend wieder schlechter, obwohl wir sehr achtsam waren. Also: würde das zuverlässig in Ordnung gebracht, wäre der Aufenthalt dort perfekt gewesen.

A great little hotel in a very good location with amazing facilities and extremely helpful staff. Singapore is quite an expensive city and this hotel cost more than I would normally pay (whilst still being cheap for Singapore), but I thought it was worth every penny and the staff really went out of their way to make my stay here pleasant and to help me on my last day. I would highly recommend it!

滑り台付きのベッドで子供達は大喜びでした。屋上のプールも子供が遊ぶのにはちょうどいいサイズだと思います。

ランドリーがあると更にいいです。

Pokók wyposażony w podstawowe udogodnienia, zamist TV projektor, bardzo czysto, personel ok., cicho w pokoju. D.obra lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd z lotniska, bardzo blisko dzielnica arabska z meczetem, blisko stacja metra z której można dojechać do Sands. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w przechowalni po wymeldowaniu.

Śniadanie w pobliskiej mini restauracji, do wyboru jedno danie z karty. Smaczne, ale porcja nie za duża. Pokoik bardzo mały.

Clean and comfortable rooms. We had the basement rooms without the windows but it didn't bother us as we were out the whole day. Amazing pool on 12th floor with amazing views of the city. Location is amazing, so close to Arab street, shops and restaurants. There is a seven eleven across the road.

L’emplacement de cet établissement est génial car à proximité du quartier arabe et de la mosquée. Les équipements proposés dans la chambre sont modernes et pratiques, mention spéciale pour le vidéo projecteur.
