Deira Suites Hotel Apartment

We recently stayed a 3 bedroom apartment and had a mixed experience. The location is great, with easy access to all the shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. The apartment is clean and spacious, with good cupboards and plenty of room for a large family. However, it desperately requires urgent renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, and the old sofa seats were antiquated and not very clean. The bathroom is unsafe, with a huge basin that crowds the space, making it challenging to move around. Additionally, the air conditioning vent needs a cleaning service. Despite these issues, the apartment's size and location greatly benefited us.

No hot water. Maintenance says small tanks. Don’t waste your money. Find a hotel nearby. Pictures are deceiving. Carpets dirty. Curtains torn. Bath tub old and cracked. Towels cheapest quality. Bidet taps not secured and loose. 1 lift functional, long waits.

Good

Parking is limited and not enough space available in the front and back of the building

The apartment is really big with three bed rooms and big hall, very clean, comfortable , the kitchen is big with all required dishes and appliances. Reception was very helpful, location of the hotel is great and near the restaurants and the cold store actually there is pharmacy and cold store in the same building. The price was great also for one week. Definitely I will stay again in this apartment ever time I have to visit Dubai

The Deira Suites provided an ideal stay for our family. There was easy access to the Creek and the boat transport options on the Creek.. it is in the old part of town so there were many local shopping and dining options close by. It is not far from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the apartment, although getting on in years was very tidy and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Suite was very spacy however the bathrooms were rather small.

Tight parking garage, strange street at night. Old run down room , hard beds. Great staff and clean rooms.

This apartment hotel is huge! The living room alone was larger than most hotel rooms. There were 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Everything was very clean. They even had a clothes washing machine.

We always booked hotel apartment because we are a big family. I read some bad review from filipino who stays in this hotel and i was thinking maybe we will have also same experience but i was wrong. All the staff were all so nice and kind to us, the 3 bedroom hotel Apartment was huge and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

You’ll feel not welcome upon checked in. One Indian guy, might be the manager and an arabic receptionist were in the Reception area. No greetings at all. The ambience looks very dull as well as the staff. We have booked a 2bedroom apartment with friends. They have asked us if we are expecting visitors and we informed them that MIGHT be one. We were not informed that maximum of 1 visitor only can visit even tho they will not even stay for the whole night in the room. One of our friend came to visit from work just to eat and have a short chat with us but they never let our visitor come in. We called the reception named ABDUL in the nightshift and informed him that our visitor will only eat and leave after. ABDUL even mentioned that even for 5 MINUTES he will not allow our friend to come in. We felt very bad that carried away by anger. The worse part is the way he speaks to us (guests) was not acceptable at all. We ask for the manager and he said he is not available. We asked any contact number to call but he said he can’t provide it for us. We were helpless guests checked in the hotel but never addressed our concerns. We decided to meet our friend in the lobby instead and packed food for that friend. Since they did not allow our friend to come in the room, we stayed in the lobby and chat. This receptionist ABDUL called us down because of our voice. We were laughing while we were chatting and the only place we can meet that friend was in their lobby. It felt like we are nobody in the hotel even we paid for it. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Aside from that, the room are not well cleaned. Carpet stinks, Pillow covers smell like used. No complementary water at all. TO FILIPINOS/Kabayans. I don’t recommend the place. The PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE RACIST . There are other hotels apartment nearby will give the customer service you expect at least. I have been staying in different hotels in UAE and this is the worse place and will NEVER STAY AGAIN. They looked downed on us guests like a joke. The management should look into the operations and staff how they behave. Most of the bad reviews by far is because of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy check in and value for money.

Hotel is a bit out dated the pictures seem to have been taken 10 years ago.The bathroom in our room was leaking constantly, the wifi kept dropping off.Overall not as it seems

Nice and cosy. Highly recommended. Value for money. We spent around 5 days there with 6 persons. The premises were safe, clean and staff responsive to our demands and queries. I will definitely book there again in the future if i come by Dubai. Its 15 mins walk from/to Metro.

Deira suites nice family friendly apartment suites hotel. Courteous staff, nice accessible location.rates are on bit expensive side but looking into peak season might be justified. Welcome drink or altleast water bottles in suites will be good.

The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own toilet and bath. I love having a percolator in the kitchen coz I love drinking warm/hot water.

I was scared at first when I read mixed reviews but I didn't repent at all after booking this appartment 1)the reception staff was very helpful and friendly all the time from check in to checkout for all 7 days 2) the appartment was very spacious and cleaned once every day 3) there were 3 bathrooms in our 3bhk flat, one in living room (only toilet),one in common passage and one attached to the master bedroom..toiletteries and new towels replaced everyday 4) central air conditioning through out the appartment with balcony in one room 5)whole appartment cleaned daily. Even the utensils we left after cooking were washed to our surprise which made it very time saving for us 6) kitchen has spoons, forks, knives, spatulas, chopping board, 3-4 cooking pans of all sizes, strainer, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, huge fridge, front door washing machine.. stove are not regular ones, there were 4 convection ones which takes time to heat but works quick once heated *Grocery store provides fruits, veggies, dairy and all small basic necessities *No complimentary water from second day so it's better u buy a 20 lts bottle (water is expensive all over Dubai ) No pressure cooker,no rolling pin(belan) especially for Indian familes We cooked all our meals with little pre-preparations so saved a tonne over food expenses If u planning a trip on your own and ready to use public transport and a little hard-work then u are going to save huge with the best services This appartment was way more comfortable than our room at Lapita Marriott room...so highly recommend it

Hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. They try to give a promptly solution to our requests. If somebody decides to visit India this hotel is a goof choice

The apartment was spacious and well maintained, staff are friendly and there are many restaurants around to choose from We enjoyed the stay and the facilities

Clean place! Spacious apartments! 8/10

Plus - Huge, spacious rooms. Clean and well appointed. Great location. Perfect for a family of 6 to 10. No breakfast for guests but there is a kitchen with dishes and cutlery. Supermarket downstairs stocks all kinds of items and is open round the clock. No in-house restaurant, but plenty of cheap restaurants around that deliver great food. Minus - For such a spacious apartment, the shower area was congested. The bathroom floor got wet after every shower, which was a bit inconvenient.

Apartment was huge and very ckean. Pots and pan were available for cooking and everyday people will come and wash the dishes. There were no hair dryers as usually hotels have them. Overall it was great place to stay

It was a great trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable and absolutely huge. Its very well situated, had very easy access to grossry, pharmacy and dry cleaning. It's also very close to all major attractions. The staff is kind and friendly. So a fantastic property. The only thing they can add to their service is maybe provide 1-2 water bottle to a guest on first night, as settling in takes time and looking for water insnt on the list or first to do. But over all great experience.

Great location, very helpful & friendly staff, very very spacious and comfortable property.. practically a steal compared to other comparable upscale rentals in the area.

I only found 3 bedroom apt at this property. The apartment unit is huge around 2,200 sq. Ft. Very clean and they cleaned and supplied everything daily. Staff were very helpful and supportive.

Good size room good service. Thanks....................

Great apartments. The most spacious I've seen, we each had a bedroom each and family loved it. Deira is a little way out from attractions but not an issue, as Taxi's cheap, and Metro nearby. Also, shopping mall located within mins

Hotel stay in good condition and clean staff is very friendly and helpful.Room is very good size and clean. If come to Dubai will be coming again.location is very nice easy for travelers can take bus and Metro ,Hotel downstairs have super market 24/7 can get all you want item, shopping mall also beer

We stayed at 2-bedroom apart with kitchen The only setback was - the electric stove was not clean? and there was no soap or so on to clean the dishes and kitchenware. The apart itself was lagre, fabulos and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, all the bathroom things were replenished without notice. Breakfast/dinner is no available but there are two 24h stores inside the building and at least 4 cafes. Overall - highly recommend.

This hotel is the best for big families as it is close to most of the shops. Living room is huge and their service is very good. Some of the rooms have nice view as well. The rates are very economical. You get a huge apartment for a very good deal.

It’s super value for money, rooms are large, the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and hence service is limited, kitchen has all utinsels and basic service from available staff is good, hotel has a private free parking for guests as well. Rooms are cleaned once a day, we took a 3 bedroom apartment and it was huge -with 4 toilets ( one 1 Room had attached washroom) - great view of burj Khalifa. Overall a great stay.

Excellent service

I know they're actually following rules in the hotel, but it was quite annoying on how they are dealing with people, like so ridiculous, We dont actually that mean as we're all trying that they are having strict rules but having so strict that even to pee wasn't allowed thinking my friend booked 2 rooms and even a little time for consideration wasnt been allowed, we definitely waste the money and they dont know how they ruin the birthday surprise we actually have for our friend. it is also our fault that we BOOKED in this hotel. they can even treat people better.

Stayed in a group for a 3-day conference in dubai. Pros: 1. Spacious & clean rooms. 2. Accomodating utility staff(housekeeping, bellboy, pool guard) 3. Sajeesh, the only receptionist who greeted with a smile 4. Restaurants and convenience stores are accesible. 5. Washing machine seems to be new. Cons: 1. Unpleasant personality of receptionist receptionist staff during my check in. 2. NO DAILY COMPLIMENTARY water, coffee and tea. 3. Hallway smells like a dirty, old rag. (Should install air purifer or at least air freshener) 4. Kitchen appliances though working but needs to be changed such as micorwave and refrigerator for safety reason.

Best Hotel , spacious rooms and other facilities , at the prime location , only one drawback is poor WIFI connectivity , most of the time the WIFI is not connecting ,that they need to improve . It is easily accessible to all nearby attractions , best place and value for money

Loved the stay. Very big rooms and enough bathrooms.

amazing hotel i like it so much near to popular places in Dubai and also comfortable and clean, so classy ✨👌🏻👌🏻 with respectable and smiley Agents. the prices are little expensive but it deserve to pay because everything is perfect✔️

Great place and great value for money. Staff all very good and accommodation very spacious.

The location was good. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with the hotel.

Good location for airport. Very roomy 2 bed apt perfect for our needs. Only downside was nearby cafes/restaurants cater for Shisha customers mostly

Awesome place for family, just have all the amenities that's required, a perfect trip and enjoyed a lot

We will be back. Absolutely amazing experience thanks so much.

Hotel was very spacious and clean and in a good location

The place is nice and spacious, feels like home

The first thing we found was that the apartment was enormous. It kept going and going. It was tile throughout, which was nice and cool after warm days of lots of walking. Decorations were tasteful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were good and there were 4 TVs. All experiences with the FD were great. We checked in early - no problem. Checked out late - no problem. They helped with everything we needed and were always very kind. The pool was nice and great for smaller kids as there is a shallow pool attached for them. The pool is shaded by sails in most areas so you don't get scorched on those hot days. There are 2 grocery stores and pharmacy right next to the lobby and a number of restaurants. We especially liked Hkayat and the Turkish place across the street. Both were inexpensive and tasty. Metro is within walking distance - did it with small kids - but not super close: maybe 10-15 minute walk. We were happy with everything. My only suggestion to the property would be to get new wireless equipment. The speed and coverage were great, but the equipment was very old - it needed several reboots (done through electrical panel once I saw the tech do it), and it didn't handle multiple devices well. We had 2 families and 8 people sharing the apartment, which meant a lot of devices. The access point would let on the first 3 or so and then simply not allow connections after that until rebooted.

Positive: 1) WiFi connection 2) calm and noiseless 3) Big room Negative: 1) The hotel did not respond to my email via booking.com. So I had to call them by phone and paying for roaming. 2) Just few hours before check-in, they replied my email, refusing one of my special needs written in my email and confirmed by the staff. Refusing that special need could easily destroy my holidays. 3) I asked an extra bed several days before my stay and I got the confirmation email from hotel. But when we arrived they had not added the extra bed to the room. Imagine we checked-in at 3am and still waiting for the extra bed. Totally disappointed. 4) The staff that reception sent to our room for fixing the room temperature and also installing the bed could not speak English. We got a big problem understanding him that the room is could and we want it warmer. 5) They did not clean our room for the second day of stay. 6) During one day of stay we came back to the hotel at 4:30 pm hoping that the room is clean, surprisingly, we saw that the staff had just arrived for cleaning the room. What kind of hotel is that?!! 7) They did not clean the floor at all days. 8) We were 7 people, but the facility in the kitchen was for 5 or less people. 9) The Teflon of the pans was removed, and they did not change them even for the sake of health. 10) We had limited amount of hot water, not even enough for filling the bathtub.

Noicy hotel, otherwise good.

Excellent place...spacious

It was a great experienced. The hotel staffs are helpful.

Close to many attractions, Gold souk and yet providing excellent quiet and cam atmosphere for conducting business, this is an excellent choice for the discerning traveler. The service is professional and friendly. The amenities are adequate, though a little old.

Our room was huge with all facilities that we had requested. Convenient location, short walk to train station, buses at door, quiet area. shopping mall in arcade of hotel. Hot water was plentiful.

Not a great hotel. Reality is nothing like pictures

the stay for my family was great. spacious rooms and huge apartment

I was there for only for two nights but the place was good.

Lovely apartments very clean Central Would use this accomadation again

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms in the Apartment. Ideal for a family vacation. No in room dining but a well equipped kitchen. Supermarket for supplies in the basement.

everything around was superb.

I opt for 2 bedroom appt which was big in size with kitchen location was also good near to mall and market the location is basically for shopping. The appt don't have restaurant but you can order from outside they deliver to your room . And there is a grocery in the ground floor.

Hotel not even easily known to cab drivers No shuttle service offered and no breakfast especially for the price you pay Bad experience with accommodating us for a cab in the morning to the airport where we we're met with a private Van instead and were overcharged $50 Dirham instead of the !31 Dirham a cab cost us the night before from the airport!

I recommedation here to friend or family tour. Again I want to stay when I visit to dubai. I appreciate to deira suites hotel apartment. I have good memory.

Hotel was value for Money but not perfect, Beds were hard but big, a few faulty handles on doors and kitchen drawers and leaky shower. Other room facilities were good, pot pans, washing machine and drying room. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated and Clean. Great view to Creek and had a little mall under it that had restaurant, shops, ATM and Little Supermarket. It is in great location to explore from, within walking distance of Creek and Short ride to Gold Souk and dock for Boat trip Departures. Not far from Old Quarter of Dubai which we found so appealing and felt safe. If you are fit and like to hike you could explore it by foot or pay 10 dirham for taxi . Short taxi ride (25 dirham) to Dubai Mall (Fountains) and Burj Khalifa. Near by Cart track and other attractions.
