Really clean and tidy. Great price. Plenty of parking and easy access. Guy at reception came to check everything ok once we were settled.

The young man on the desk was very helpful

There was no hot water and there was no one to contact to change our room.

Staff were nice. Room seemed clean but opted not to stay.

The property itself was a mess. I’m assuming they are trying to make improvements so I’ll chalk it up to that. The rooms have old chairs and dirty ashtrays outside the door. A few shady looking characters (maybe guests). We opted to take the loss and go to a different place.

Shower and tub did not have safety grab bar installed... I showered in absolute fear of slipping and falling in the tub, potentially causing serious harm... For the protection of your clients and for the hotel's liabilty, safety grab bars really NEED to be installed...

Staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Came to our room to explain how the tv worked, brought us ice to our room and the wifi code on more than one occasion.

Only complaint would be the small step up room where the beds were to the washroom. I thought it might have been a tripping hazard in the middle of the night but it actually wasn’t.

The newly upgraded room was basic and had everything that we needed for our overnight stay. I loved the fact that it had a good size fridge with a freezer, which worked well since we were travelling with a cooler. It is family run and they were very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us after we settled in to ask if we needed anything, like extra towels etc.

The property is in the middle of being upgraded, with the interior of the rooms being upgraded first. The outside of the property will be getting a facelift, but they aren't quite there yet.

The owner / manager assured me the room would be quiet and he did not disappoint. The owner/management were very polite, attentive, and efficient with all of my interactions, which were very few. The room is basic but quite clean and looks to have been recently updated. The price is equivalent to the amenities, not to mention the manager was very generous in offering a second night at an even better rate than the first and I thankfully accepted it. You will be pleasantly surprised if you stay here, basic money for a basic room.

The only complaints I have is the room is a bit dimly lit. There is additional lamps and things to brighten it a bit, but a bit brighter main light would be welcomed. The only other complaint I have is the lack of receptacles. I’m not overly techy but being able to plug in 2 devices at the bedside would be nice, only having one available if the lamp is plugged is a bit annoying. Both of those complaints are minor ones.

Pour notre chambre, de passage pour dormir...qualité /prix super. Propre,lit confortable, tv, ,micro onde, cafe,frigo, bien situé. La place manque d' Amour et l'état du stationnement est comme les rues de ma ville ..( Montréal) mais ces details ne changent aucunement....le fait que pour la qualité/ prix c'est bien.. The front desk lady was nice

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the floor. A dirty face cloth was under the sink. I could not shower there because the bathtub looked gross. It didn't feel safe because the door was very flimsy and old.

Location and price was most important. Only slept and showered next day quick lay over.

Re pave parking lot

The hotel is newly renovated, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. It also has a great location, making it convenient to get around.

The washroom floor was a bit slippery.

Gross heavy smokng smell in reception area, 2 tv remotes with no instructions, plastic lawn chair with hazard tape around it to indicate a pothole in the parking lot, a previously burnt curtain next to the heater had not been replaced, not as clean as it should be.

The location was good - several options for restaurants within walking distance. Staff were polite and friendly.

One side of the shower door was not on its track so we couldn't close it - therefore couldn't take a shower. The shower floor mat was not clean - nor the bathroom floor. The whole faucet mechanism was loose on the sink in the bathroom. One of the lights above one of the beds sparked heavily over the bed when I tried to turn it on. The ceiling light was very dim, but it got brighter after a couple of minutes. Because the room was not well-maintained, I worried about bedbugs and therefore could not sleep most of the night. Note: By the time I left the next day, I observed that there were NO bedbugs in our room that night. The staff are very nice people, but I cannot recommend staying at this motel.

The place was clean and neat. The free wifi worked perfectly, as did the big tv and AC. The room had everything you needed to enjoy your stay (including table, mini fridge and micro wave) and the free parking space was just in front of the door. The location was in walking distance of mall, supermarket and several fast food places. I particularly loved the fact that the check in was at 1pm because after a long trip, being able to just arrive and check in was wonderful. All the other places nearby offered check in at 3pm and that was too late for us.

I don't know. I liked everything and I will stay there again if I go back to Cornwall.

Cool motel with full place for 🚗. The staff were incredibly helpful. Greetings to the gentleman at the front desk! In the end, Canada turned out to be so big that we didn’t make it to Banff like I said we would, but we ended up around Whistler and got to know Vancouver really well 😁 Greetings from Poland! 🇵🇱

Great price! Nothing bad. As motels go, this one was clean, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was great. It is a basic, standard, one-story, bare-bones American motel. If you're okay with motels, this one is a thumbs up.

If you are looking for something fancier, you won't like it. If you're cool with motels, this is a good one. The photos in the listing didn't quite show the very motel nature of this motel, so I was surprised when I arrived. Unlike some motels, however, this was fine. It felt completely safe and the beds felt clean and comfy. There were no weird smells, janky bedspreads, or old carpet, and the shower was new, spotless, and amazingly well tiled. If you want to save money and you're okay with motels, this one is a thumbs up.
