Love everything about this property! Best place to stay when travelling to Cornwall!! I will never stay anywhere else!

The employees were really friendly.

The location is very good for travelers with close access to the highway as well as multiple restaurants and stored. The included breakfast had some nice choices and staff are very welcoming and warm. Our room was roomy and the fireplace was a nice surprise. The fridge was big for a hotel room and very nice to have. I think a person or two could be very comfortable for a weeks stay here. The room and hotel appears clean.

We had a ground floor room and the floor was very uneven in the living area. It caused me to loose balance more than once. The outside corner of the room shows water damage and there is a but of a musty odor as well. There was a room close to ours with a dog that was left alone by its owner twice in the evening with the dog crying and whining for being left. The owner raised his voice to the poor dog, stayed in the room perhaps 10 minutes and left the dog again, who again became vocal. Being an owner of 3 dogs, I know the dog suffered anxiety in a strange place being left alone. It was upsetting to me. I believe the hotel should have a stipulation that dogs are not to be left alone.

The room and general areas areas were very clean and in good repair. Easy check in and lots of available free parking. Hotel restaurant was good and handy to have . There are fast food restaurants in walking distance . Easy to get to from highway.

Due to a locate weekend event , the rooms were over priced . Rooms and building are somewhat dated. The hallway to rooms is long.

Coming in tired on our way home from and Eastern vacation and had the most welcoming experience. Pleasant customer service and at an affordable price. A late supper in the restaurant was great and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a real treat to start our day on our final leg home. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The friendly atmosphere truly set the tone for the perfect stay.

Difficulté de se faire répondre et comprendre dans notre langue, le français. La chambre au - dessus de nous bien ils nous ont tenu réveiller jusqu’à 3h. 30 dans la nuit en date du 14 juillet et nous étions à votre hôtel pour 2nuités. Le lendemain nous l’avons rapporté à la réception.

Welcomed warmly from the time we checked in till the time we checked out...clean, quiet...everything you'd like to have when staying at a motel. The HUGE star was the greeting of a bag, dog treats and waterbowl for our dog with a personalized welcome note from the GM. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this Best Western!

Very convenient place to stay on our way from Quebec to Niagra Falls. Breakfast was big and awesome. Liked it was near shopping centers and though didnt have a chance to use pool an microwave handy. Heat light drying off from shower was nice. Sofa was a nice addition.

Didn't like the distance to the ice machine from room. No big deal.

The staff were incredibly helpful! Great location. Lovely rooms! Comfortable beds! Love how they welcomed pets and provide care package for pets also.

1st time staying at this hotel. There was ample parking for my big rig and trailer.

Very good breakfast with a good selection and the staff was present to clean the tables rapidly because the hotel was full. We requested a bottom floor room because we had to store our bicycles in our room, they gave us a very large room on the bottom floor taht was excellent. The pool area was great with tables and chairs in the shade perfect for a pause after a day of cycling. The staff was very helpfull we ran out of soap for th shower and within minutes from our request the bottle was changed. Great Stay!

Only employees were kind and helpful.

The booking experience was horrible, it was “pay at the property” and when we went there our reservation was cancelled. Booking.com blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed booking.com. Shortly our room was sold to someone, and there was no room with the same beds. Nobody called or informed us about this cancellation. We drove 9 hours and arrived to this hotel to learn that our reservation was cancelled. Employees at the reception tried to help and found another room-not fitting well for the family but we were tired and stayed there. The hotel is too old. The rooms have an odd odor, probably from the AC. Breakfast was lacking options and was cheap quality. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

A “go to” stop for me and my family as we drive East. It’s a convenient stop just before crossing over into Quebec. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff from the front desk, to the room attendants to the servers in the restaurant are all friendly and efficient. While we didn’t make use of the pool on this stay, it looked to be clean and lovely.

Enjoyed the attractive lodge-style decor with wooden panelling and fireplaces.

Bed and A/C was amazing. Breakfast was included and very good. We brought our dog and the premises was very nice to walk it. Unfortunately, I didn't do a workout, but the gym was very good.

I have a lot of allergies, so having carpet in the bedroom is not ideal. But this is no fault of the hotel as they have to preserve the history of it. Altough, it was very clean, I haven't stopped sneezing l.

The room needs go be updated, along with the hotel. That being said why, spend money on that when the hotel is always busy. Carpet in the rooms, especially need to be removed. The room had a outdoor light right in front of the window, so the room was never dark, so I had trouble sleeping because of the light even thou I had the curtain closed.

Everything was great except parking but there was an event that evening.

This is an excellent BW property. Warm, inviting lobby, very pleasant lounge/dining room, well-trained and personable staff, excellent offerings from the kitchen, and a respectable room with all the needed amenities. Highly reckmmended.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is coz and offers good quality food, the restaurant staff is amazing.

There was not a single water bottle in the room.

This hotel is the best. I always stay here. Its always clean and the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is the best around. Staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything.

Chain hotels usually fairly predictable, but this one stood out (in a few good ways.) We were really tired after our drive so just ate dinner in the hotel, the restaurant was very good, variety of offerings, delightful server and delicious dinner. Next morning Breakfast was superb, wide number of choices all good quality by standards of “breakfast included “ hotels. Both front desk and morning staff very agreeable. Finally, the parking area seemed more secure than many road trip hotels and we liked that most rooms were ground level accessible. Beds comfortable and room very clean as you would of course expect.

Everything was spectacular, the breakfast, the attention, the good energy of the hotel employees. I'll definitely be back.

The room was spacious and the beds were so comfy. I liked the couch for relaxing with my IPad. The fireplace was an extra bonus. The whole experience was so peaceful and relaxing. The continental breakfast was the best. We had 2 choices of bacon or sausage. Everything was so tasty. We also ate dinner at the Best Western which turned out to be so delicious.

The property was musty. Needs new carpet and furnishings/lighting in sitting area of luxury suite. Hardly luxury. Restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly but food mediocre and coffee was water. We stayed at the Best Western plus in Coburg and it was much better. However we are not Best Western customers, so we just took the best options for our stay.
