They do not label their food so you so you wont know if you ate Beef, Pork or any other random meat. Coffee was tasteless so better invest in a good machine and use good quality beans. They do not check Chrlorine levels in their pool either. I landed in the ER because of severe chlorine intoxication in my eyes. Better to spend some money and hire someone who can do it for you.

Cornwall Ramada is impressive. The Locations, roominess of the rooms, and delicious breakfast ALL were fabulous. We slept like babies, had a fantastic breakfast, then continued on our journey to see family. The Breakfast and Front desk staff were amazing.

Lovely grounds backing onto small shopping plaza. Fairly central. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. Some of the rooms and the hallways remain carpeted. Musty and odorous. The room without carpet was clean and comfortable. Good sized pool! Breakfast buffet was adequate. Chuck's Roadhouse is attached to hotel.

Room was nice. Ok breakfast.

Outside of the facility needs some cleaning up. Lots of garbage and over grown flower beds into the walkways.

We were pleasantly surprised by the kind receptionist who offered us the disabled room. My wife is ill and this will be our last holiday before she goes to a nursing home. Our room was perfect for our needs!

I booked with a dog, this was an issue. The very worst “breakfast” we’ve experienced, and we travel a great deal both with our pet and not. The server couldn’t provide us with a tray for breakfast. We eat in our room so that we don’t inconvenience other guests if our dog barks in the am.

I like how close it is to everything. Its a clean hotel. Pet friendly. The pet friendly rooms are big.

Their was no one at the front desk even after waiting for a while I ended up having to call customer service as I didn't have a key yet to get into the room. I was there 2:45 pm and check in is 3pm. I can understand if it was a weird time then I would get it. I find it expensive for Cornwall. The breakfast isn't good.

The service was excellent! We arrived late at night and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. We were traveling with 4 pets and when we thought we had lost a cat, the staff jumped in to help us find her. We found the cat!! The breakfast was good and hot. The location was fantastic. Definitely would stay again!

The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I slept well.

I liked the location of the hotel close everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was specious. The pool looked nice but we didn't get chance to use. They have pet friendly rooms which we used. The pet fee was cheaper then other hotels thats why we choose to stay here.

The breakfast is terrible. Because its included does it need to taste bad. The sausages i think the worse I ever eaten. The eggs tasted like rubber. How do you mess up scrambled eggs. Only thing good was toast jam and butter. The second morning we bought breakfast as even though its included neither one of us wanted it.

The staff was wonderful.

This older hotel is much in need of serious repairs. The room I was first given had mould issues that aggravated my asthma and affected my ability to breathe. And while I was kindly moved to another room it faired only slightly better in air quality and left me with a headache. From air quality to the loose toilet and dripping tub faucet the overall experience is not worth the price tag. The hotel as a whole has water infiltration issues, there was a bucket under a serious leak in the lobby the next morning.

Breakfast was excellent in selection, hot food and variety.

The room was clean, bed comfy and a bonus of a free breakfast to get us on the road easily

Due to deteriorating weather on route to Montreal we spent a night at Ramada Cornwall. With the hospitality, great service, nicr pool, decent fitness facility and comfortable room, it turned out to be pleasant detour that enhanced the overall vacation!

I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel has received so many positive reviews, as our experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in late on Wednesday evening, and when we arrived there was no one at the front desk. While there was a sign indicating someone would return in five minutes, the staff member who eventually appeared was not particularly warm or welcoming. Given the late hour, we didn’t dwell on it. Our room was located a very long distance from reception, and we were surprised by how large and spread out the property is. Upon entering the room, it was uncomfortably cold, set to 66 degrees. The furnishings were very dated and showed significant wear—scratches, dents, and visible water damage. The crown moulding was poorly done, and throughout the hotel the stucco ceilings and walls felt outdated and unappealing. Air vents were visibly dirty, and the doors looked like they hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. The mattress was worn and sagged noticeably in the middle, and the sheets were thin and low quality. The shower water pressure was extremely weak. While the room was reasonably clean overall, the condition and comfort were far below expectations. Based on our stay, we truly don’t understand the volume of positive reviews and would not recommend this hotel.

No elevator so had to carry suitcases upstairs. Breakfast was very limited.

Extremely great priced hotel for the quality. Breakfast is surprisingly quite good compared to other hotels with included breakfast usually (simple but all you need - eggs, sausages, cereals, etc). Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel isn't really happy to have hockey teams though.

Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious. We decided to stay an extra night in our room and Chantal was fabulous at moving things around so that we would not need to change rooms. Only thing that could use improvement is the breakfast. It was pretty sad with limited options.

How doors to rooms make alot of noise.

I liked our room very much. Beds very comfortable same with pillows. No complaints about our room. Breakfast was good as well. A good selection for a continental breakfast.

I would like to have seen more picnic tables outside as we enjoy sitting outside after a long travel day of driving. Other than that i have no other comments to make. Ejoyed our quick stay for the one night.

Endroit correct pour une nuit Chambre propre et déjeuner de base correct Piscine bien et environnement de piscine qui pourrait être vraiment amélioré, fane sale autour de la piscine et coin table et chaise laid qui mériterait un bon nettoyage et upgrade. Vieux spa désuet et sale dans un coin, ça pourrait être enlevé pour avoir meilleur allure. Sinon piscine assez grande et propre à l'intérieur. Il y a des restos proches à distance à pieds.

The grounds were not well maintained. There was no bottled water in the rooms to use and tap water tastes awful.

Very nice breakfast, lots of variety.

The location was excellent. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was updated. There was a beautiful sitting area out back. The reception area and buffet area had been updated, it was very nice . Breakfast was standard , more than enough. The staff, receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. She made the experience of staying there a perfect 10.

The bottom of the doors to rooms need to be plated as there is wear on every door. The shower function was different as you had to pull down on ring at bottom of tap. Entrance to door number 2 could have been brighter.

Hotel needs a Reno. Old tired building. Had to walk forever for the room. Needs some upgrades.

No carpet in room. Nice bright furniture. Nice grounds.

Children running and playing with a ball in hallway. No respect for people sleeping.. Not hotel's fault I know. Wouldn't have let my children do that, always made sure they were quiet.

Our experience was good except the rooms are not soundproof, and so noisy children can be a disturbance. There is no elevator. Breakfast room is pleasant but attendant during our second stay seemed overworked and unhappy. Many food chains and restaurants are close by.

Service was great even with kids hockey tourney on same floor. Hotel is tired and needs a refresh. Pool was cold, hot tub broken, low ceilings in hallways and evidence of roof leaks in room and common areas.

Very clean and fresh, nice staff, decent breakfast (ham, boiled eggs, crispy potatoes, cereal, toast, muffins, juice- coffee wasn’t the best in lobby but there is Keurig in room) you can also buy beer/wine/coolers at front desk-checked in and grabbed a beer to take to room after a long day of driving

Long hallways, had to walk forever from parking lot to room. No elevator, had to climb stairs with luggage.

Gabby was absolutely warm and welcoming, it was easy and fast to check on. There was another staff memeber as well when we entered at about 4pm at the front who was dusting thr light's, she was absolutely amazing as well, she spoke and engaged my 4 year old. We had a long day of travelling and she helped capture my child's attention. I am very grateful as it calmed her down and burned some of thr extra energy.

Location was fine, central but you need a car because you cannot get to the food options easily on foot (believe me I tried). The staff were very good, went above and beyond and were always pleasant and accommodating. Small town charm. The rooms were clean, hardwood flooring not carpet, seems to be recently updated bathrooms. Towels refreshed daily, which I want when I stay in a hotel. Comfortable beds - very good beds. Breakfast is mediocre at best, eggs a bit overcooked rubbery, greasy, sugary, out-of the freezer options - some healthier options such as plain yogurt, plain oatmeal, or real baked bread (not wonderbread kind of bread) would be preferred. The pool was lovely, relaxing, nice big windows, good hours for a swim before or after the day, but very very cold. Robes for going between pool and room would be nice to have. Quiet, not noisy at all. You have to drive/have a car, although Walmart is walkable, about 2 blocks (I did it twice).
