It was Saturday and the apartment was above the restaurant, really noisy until 2-3 in the morning.

Ilmastointi oli erittäin mieluisa, huone siisti ja viihtyisä sekä keskeisellä paikalla ilman autoa matkustavalle.

Kadulta kuuluu hieman ääniä huoneeseen illalla. Ei kuitenkaan liian häiritsevästi.

The central location is great. The beds are comfortable.

The bars downstairs are pretty loud. I sleep with ear plugs, so it didn’t bother me, but it could for some.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement était parfait, tout était accessible à pied, ce qui a rendu notre visite très agréable. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Premetto che mia moglie ed io abbiamo settant'anni, siamo arrivati in auto e avevamo una valigia di 20 kg, avevamo chiesto il giorno prima (whatsapp) all'albergo se avevano dove posteggiare, NESSUNA risposta. L'albergo NON è raggiungibile con l'auto, il parcheggio è un incognita, bisogna trascinarsi i bagagli, anche per un lungo tragitto, in un dedalo di strade straoccupate da locali e negozi , il check-in è in un altro albergo (Elia Bettolo) relativamente vicino, anche questo albergo NON è raggiugibile in auto. Un adetto ci accompagna al portoncino dell'Elia Potie, ci lascia le chiavi e se ne va. Apriamo il portoncino e scopriamo che l'Elia Potie NON ha un ascensore ma una rampa continua di 23 gradini per piano, noi eravamo al secodndo piano. Sono dovuto tornare all'Elia Bettolo a chiedere (abbastanza contrariato che nessuno avesse avuto l'iniziativa) che qualcuno ci portasse la valigia in camera ed ho prenotato che qualcuno la portasse giù il giorno dopo. L'aspetto che indigna è che tutte queste condizioni NON sono descritte sul sito dell'albergo, per l'ovvia ragione che nessuno sceglierebbe di andarci. La stanza aveva il bagno con una sola luce fioca dietro lo specchio. Quando cade acqua sul pavimento del bagno risulta scivolosissimo, pericolosissimo indossando le pantofoline di spugna con suola di plastica. L'armadio malfunzionante aveva un lato distrutto. Infine I due alberghi sono immersi in un reticolo di strade totalmente invase da una bolgia di chiassosissimi locali e relativi tavolini. Per fortuna l'isonorizzazione della stanza è buona.

Le petit déjeuner était extra, à prendre à l'hôtel elia bettolo situé 100 m à coté, une grande chambre avec spa, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la literie, l'emplacement au coeur de la ville.

Le seul souci mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, c'est pour se garer. Hyper compliqué si vous revenez à chania après 17h.

The staff were exceptional in accommodating us and a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

The street is very close to night life, so something to consider if you are looking for peace and quite.

Right in the thick of things. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops. Great balcony overlooking the street below. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Help us retrieve some forgotten items. Just all around a great stay!

Es war sehr sauber und schön die lage ist auch gut

Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht genauer gesagt haben wir abends gegen 19 uhr eingecheckt und morgen 2:00 ausgecheckt. Wir wollten noch unsere letzte gemeinsame Zeit genießen und haben extra spontan dieses Zimmer gebucht aufgrund des Whirlpools-> welches leider nicht funktioniert hat. Es hat sich gar nicht eingeschalten.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη περάσαμε φοβερα!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης, ήταν όλα δίπλα μας! Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό!

Το δωματιο ειχε λίγο υγρασία λόγω της τοποθεσίας του.

Noisy place, breakfast in different location (without mentioning it in the reservation) the materials of the room seemed cheap and needed repairs, the balcony door was almost impossible to open, the coffee maker wasn’t clean (empty capsule from previous stay in it)

Iltaisin katu on melko vilkas ja äänekäs, parvekkeen ovi kannattaa sulkea (pimentävä ovi), se auttoi ääneneristyksessä.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Kaffemaschine (Pads) und kleiner Kühschrank im Zimmer. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze in 10 - 15 Minuten. Lebendige Innenstadt von Chania. Sehr schön, da ist es abends etwas lauter. Gute Betten. Wir hatten sehr gut geschlafen.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, excellent location. Very easy to check in, check out. Good in all ways. Would stay there again.

Staff was excellent.

Room is right over and in a very lively part of town. Quite noisy until late. If you are in town to party this place is awesome. We had a 5 am flight, not the best to get a few hours of sleep, the town was still going when we had to leave.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, room was tidy and clean. Staff went out of the way to help me with check in because i went to the wrong location and they came and found me and assisted me to the right spot! Was a last minute booking for work and was everything I needed.

No complaints! Maybe for some t will be an issue, but you can hear the people in the streets below at night at the bars and cafes, for me it wasn't an issue because I'm a deep sleeper and went to bed very late. So by the time i got back to the accommodation for bedtime it was quiet.

Excellent location! Nice and clean with a balcony having a view to a vibrant street with cafes and restaurants, coffee machine and all necessary for a great stay was also provided

In room No 2 the mattress is making an odd sound at every move and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, otherwise everything else was great

Great location in the heart of the old Chania. Tasty breakfast with plenty of variety. Helpful staff. Towels were changed every day. Notice that the reception and breakfast are at a near hotel (100 m).

Very noisy in the evening and night because of the central location which is understandable. If you are a light sleeper, at least earplugs are necessary. No elevator and quite steep stairs to first and second floor.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, sauber, bequemes Bett, nettes Zimmer. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es in einer Straße mit Bars und vielen Lokalen liegt. Wer gerne feiert ist hier richtig. Abends übertrumpfen sich die Bars mit extrem lauter Musik, man kann nicht mehr unterscheiden welche Musik in den Bars gespielt werden. Es dröhnt aus allen Richtungen. Schade. Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort und werden nicht mehr dort wohnen. Bevorzugen etwas ruhigere Gegenden.

Awesome location and really nice hotel in Old town of Chania. Plenty of restaurants just outside hotel, but room is quiet when you close the windows. Aircondition works really well. Really nice and helpful staff, towels changed daily.

Shower space could be or a little bigger or maybe have a closed door or curtain, because it's easy to fill the whole bathroom, but the overall size of the bathroom was really good. We've had a water, coffee pods and tea to make, There was no kettle - just an espresso machine for coffee pods - managed to make a tea, but we were struggling a bit. There was no place to connect that espresso machine. The most convenient place has to be in the bathroom

This guest house is like on the club house. Ground floor of this property is bar restaurant with loud beat music shaking whole upper rooms. Hopefully, I was able to ask to front desk to arrange different hotel room for 2 nights of 3 days itinerary. I guess no one sleep and rest here.

Breakfast was good. Staff is very helpful. Its in a car free zone. So the staff helped us with bags. A bit noisy but manageable.

My son slept on the pull out couch, which was very comfortable. The mattress was very thin. But it was ok for one night.

The room was just as described I got my hot tub and king size bed. There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Other than those 2 things everything else was good. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping area.
