Rooms very sparse, limited storage space. We booked two rooms for three nights, and both were affected by significant noise disturbance. Staff congregated in the corridor directly outside our rooms — talking, watching videos on their phones, and banging doors in the staff/private rooms opposite us. This happened repeatedly, including multiple times overnight, and we were woken up again and again. The last night was the worst of all. For two rooms in a hotel of this standard, this is not what we expected to pay for. Pool: The pool area itself was genuinely lovely — one of the few things that worked well during our stay. Food: The food throughout our stay was very good, and the massages we booked were excellent — real high points. Service: This is where things fell apart. Reception staff in particular did not speak enough English to handle basic requests, which made even simple communication difficult. On top of that, several emails we sent directly to the hotel went completely unanswered, so there was no way to get the noise issue addressed while we were still there. Overall: A hotel with real strengths in food, pool, and spa, let down badly by noise management and a reception/service team that couldn't communicate with or respond to guests. Three nights with almost no sleep is hard to overlook, especially when we tried to flag it and got no response.

The most beautiful pool. We had a view from our room of it, so relaxing. Also had a good massage. Breakfast was a great choice of western & asian. Interesting art in foyer for sale.

Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Das Hotel ist wirklich richtig schön, mit einem tollen Pool. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, absolut sauber und sehr modern. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot eine breite Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The Staff were helpful and the food was so good at the restaurant 10 out of 10.and the accommodation was luxury.

très mal isolé. notre chambre était très sombre. nous avons passé trois nuits, les serviettes n'ont jamais été changées. le SPA j'ai pris un massage, c'était très bruyant impossible de me détendre.

Le cadre est superbe. Un havre de paix au milieu de la ville. La chambre est confortable, le petit déjeuner très bon et le personnel serviable. Nous y avons logé en début et fin de voyage, deux expériences identiques et très appréciées.

La chambre était assez propre mais à parfaire : draps avec des traces et cheveux, changer le lendemain sans que nous ne demandions rien. Les saletés dans les coins n’étaient pas enlevées.

Truly an oasis in the hectic and loud city. Staff was excellent. Pool and breakfast were perfect. Massage was also A+.

The rooms were not as luxurious as the rest of the hotel but still a really good value for the price and very clean!

Prachtig hotel midden in de stad met een schitterend zwembad. Oase van rust in de hectiek van de stad. Ontbijt was geweldig, aan het zwembad in een prachtige tuin. Het wellness centrum was ook heerlijk.

L’établissement est sublime, un lieu calme au milieu de Phnom Penh. Des artistes et créateurs locaux sont mis en valeurs sur les murs et dans la boutique. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. Chambre avec accès direct à la piscine. C’était très agréable de pouvoir se prélasser autour de la piscine. Les clients sont respectueux du calme global. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. L’hôtel se trouve derrière le palais royal et à 5/10 minutes des principaux sites en tuk-tuk. Qq restaurants et cafés aux alentours et marché de nuit le long du fleuve.

La chambre pour 4 est assez petite. Si vous avez de grosses valises, ce n’est pas évident de les loger. La salle de bain se trouve dans un coin de la chambre. À 4, l’intimité est vite limitée, et la proximité est certaine. Qq moustiques sur la terrasse.

I liked the location and the tropical gardens. My room was comfortable and quiet. I slept well and I enjoyed sitting on my terrace looking at a secluded garden and tall bamboos.

Though the breakfast buffet is generous, the quality overall is not what it should be. The juices are not fresh and there is only an egg station for those who prefer a “western” breakfast. The crepes are unpleasantly cold—no attempt is made to keep them even warm. Unfortunately, smoking is permted too close to the poolside restaurant. My room, though comfortable, lacked hot water in the bathroom sink and the plumbing drainage was a bit noisy.

Dit is een groene oase van rust in de stad! Zalig zwembad met exotische tuin waar het fijn vertoeven is, fantastisch ontbijt (kon echt niet beter!), supervriendelijk personeel, heerlijke hotelgeur. Aan alles is gedacht. Prijs van het eten in het poolrestaurant is aan de hoge kant vergeleken met elders. Verder werkelijk niets dan lof!

Lieu idéal proche du palais Royal. Accueil à l’arrivée, le personnel attentionné et souriant. Le petit déjeuner buffet mais plutôt tendance western food.

Pour le ménage des chambres, nous étions surpris de retrouver en boule nos pyjamas sur le lit, et le reste rien rangé à part les serviettes. Dans les autres établissements, ils rangent soigneusement et délicatement (aligner tous simplement sans en faire trop). Ici inexistant ce qui m’a surpris par rapport au reste de service de l’établissement.

This is my 5th or 6th time at this hotel. It is a little oasis tucked away in busy PP. The excellent staff make this place amazing!

Tout. Pour preuve c’est notre deuxième séjour d’une semaine en 2 ans. Caro, Thierry et tout le staff sont les hôtes parfaits pour se relaxer en profitant des beautés d’Angkor et de la douceur de Siem Reap. Bien entendu la connaissance profonde du Cambodge de toute l’équipe permets d’organiser en confiance visites et activités de qualité au meilleur prix. Les photos sont à la mesure de la réalité. L’accueil est merveilleux.

Bel hôtel avec un patio vegetalisé et même un petit bassin avec des poissons. On entend à peine le bruit ee la bouillonnante capitale. Check-in rapide. Couloirs aseptisés tout blancs, chambre très propre, de bonne taille. On avait même un lit simple en plus. Petite terrasse. Douche agréable. Toilettes à part. Bon wifi. Grande piscine. Le PDJ est très bien, du choix et des produits frais (grande terrasse qui donne sur la piscine). L'hôtel est à 5 min du palais royal.

L'agencement de la chambre : le lit double est en effet collé au mur d'un côté. Donc pas du tout pratique pour sortir du lit pour la personne qui dort de ce côté là. De plus, il n'y a pas de lumière ou liseuse non plus de ce côté.

The hotel location isn't all that great for walking around. It's close to the royal palace but not convenient for walking to restaurants outside of the hotel. You'll probably want to TukTuk around especially during the heat of the day. Fortunately there always seems to be a TukTuk waiting outside.

Un grand merci a la jeune fille qui nous a aider pour notre enregistrement car nous avons prolongé notre séjour et avons du faire le changement de chambre qu elle a gérer de manière magistrale elle a des lunettes petite de taille et un sourire magnifique Merci aussi a l équipe technique pour le changement de mini bar dans notre chambre Une belle atmosphère dans ce lieu magique.... Du coup 3 jours de plus

The bathroom is inside the bedroom with no clear partitioning and that was not very obvious in the photos.
