Everyone - Zakaria, the young man on reception and the ladies were all kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also great, with jams, honey, youghurt, pancakes, eggs and more delicious things offered! We found the little booklet full of information for tourists very helpful too. Myself and my partner would return if coming back to Marrakech.

La struttura è molto pulita e curata, e la posizione è semplicemente ottima: si trova a due passi da Piazza Jemaa el-Fna, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e vivere pienamente l’atmosfera della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e cortese. L’ospitalità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti sono state davvero impeccabili e hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei volentieri!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The guys at the hotel were super nice and helpful with all questions and requests we came up with. They gave us advices on restaurants, sights and programs which was really helpful. The breakfasts are amazing, it gives a really good start to the day with full of energy.
The neighborhood is not really welcoming but we had no issues with finding the riad or the people around. Marrakesh is an old town with crowded streets and therefore even the fanciest riads are found on similar streets. That you have to get used to in the city overall.

Tenía que entrar en la otra habitación separada para ir al baño, con lo que la habitación con baño teníamos que dejarla abierta por la noche. UNA ESTAFA, PERMITIDA POR BOOKING POR NO COMPROBAR LO QUE ALQUILAN
La recepción horrible, no hablaba más que inglés y arabe, pasó de nosotros en canoa, cuando me quejé se encogió de hombros, me quedé en la habitación sin baño y dejé la habitación con baño a mi mujer y una prima, tenín que dejar su habitación abierta para que yo pudiera ir al baño. UNA ESTAFA que no se corresponde con la descripción ni con las fotos que aparecían en booking. Las luces de la habitación parapadeaban continuamente, y6 para colmo me picaron chinches

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Emplacement (à 5 min à pied de la place Jeema el Fna) Il y a toujours eu une personne présente dans le riad et qui nous a donné des bonnes adresses pour manger. Les petits-déjeuner étaient délicieux. La décoration super, accès à la terrasse tout en haut.
Attention à l'arrivée, ce sont des petites ruelles qui peuvent donner une impression d'insécurité mais tout est safe!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026La atención del lugar fue muy buena, el anfitrión Zakarías era muy simpático y servicial. Las áreas comunes eran muy bonitas. La habitación era sencilla pero la cama/almohadas estaban bastante cómodas.
El hotel no ofrecía agua para beber, ni siquiera la opción de comprarla, lo cual era importante para el calor que había en la ciudad y porque llegamos en un vuelo de madrugada cuando no había otro lugar abierto. El baño no tenía puerta, solo una cortina que lo separaba del cuarto.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026A medina nagyon csendes részén van,mégis csak 5 perc séta a központ. A személyzet ,főként Zakaria nagyon kedves,segítőkész,mindent megold. Tudtuk ,hogy bármi van hívhatjuk és segít ,ezért nagy biztonságban éreztük magunkat az országban. A reggeli finom,egyszerű,elegendő.Nagyon gondoskodó,hazavárt,figyelt ránk. A tetőterasz nagyon kellemes!
A szoba fotóján nem látszott hogy szinte nincs ablak,csak egy pici,magasan,fény nem jön be.Fura volt hogy olyan sötét,de úgyis csak aludni jártunk haza.A hűtő és a hajszárító hiányzott,( biztos le volt írva hogy nincs,de elkerülte a gigyelmenet :)de ha kellett,Zakaria betette a hűtőjükbe,amit kértünk.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Adorámos a nossa estadia no Riad. O Zakaria foi o melhor host do mundo, sempre muito atencioso e simpático. O pequeno almoço era muito bom e preparado com muito carinho. Gostámos dos quartos, e apesar dos quase 40 graus na rua o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem e refrescava bem os quartos. Adorámos também a arquitetura dos quartos, especialmente da casa de banho que tinha uma área do chuveiro muito estética e acolhedora.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location is really good because it’s close to the market. The vibe of the road is very cozy and cool. The mattress is quite firm yet comfortable.
Requested the pick up from the airport but has to be dropped to the main road. Then the guy who’s supposed to direct us to the riad had to wait for the other guests that he had to send to other riad. Considering we arrived super late (past midnight) then We had to wait and walked for about 30mins, it’s quite inconvenient than just getting a taxi from the airport. Plus, it’s actually much more expensive than the airport taxi. As for the room, there is no door in the bathroom, only a curtain. So if someone is doing their business, it can be heard.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The Riad is located in a great central place, only minutes away from the Souks and Jema el-Fna. Although close to the centre and near the souks you could not hear the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The hosts (Zachriah and Co) were very hospitable and attentive. When we would have breakfast in the morning and leave for our day excursions or activities they would welcome us back with questions and how we found everything, even in the late evening they checked to see if we were ok when we got back. I would definitely recommend this Riad again just for the wonderful experience we had with our host and great location.

I woukd say the room was a bit smaller side as it was a double room. There was a mucky smell inn the room despite the weather was hot and warm. Please bring cash payment as the card only being used as a guarantee. We needed to bring cash later on
