The staff are awesome, friendly, welcoming and always making sure you’re comfortable. The RE-Five facilities (gym, spa, pool, sauna and steam room) are the best I’ve experienced. The steam room was amazing, nice and hot and the pool and jacuzzi were my favourites. The gym is a standard hotel gym, but it has enough weights and machines to keep up with your training during your stay. The restaurant was great too. Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Zurich. I’ve stayed here two years in a row now, and it will continue to be my first choice whenever I visit Zurich.

The view from the room was nice

Breakfast was horrible, unprofessional staff, no selection for food. the staff were not helpful at all , it does't deserve 5 star, 2 star is max. It doesn't deserve what you pay for it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and we loved our room. The pool area is beautiful, although very crowded, which is understandable with the summer heat. It did feel a little understaffed for the high season, though.

The pool was really nice and the parking. The in dinning room was extremely well priced and the food was lovely

The size of the room was quite small which meant there was no where to put your suitcases and the cupboard space was not really there

Sehr gutes Essen

Distanz zum Nebengebäude, wo mein Zimmer war. Fitnessraum könnte sauberer sein, zudem nicht der beste Standard.

La décoration, le confort du lit, la chambre dans son ensemble.

Le personnel moyennement multilingue et quasiment que anglophone. Et même l'anglais etait pas parfait. Propreté plus que médiocre pour un 5* Musique du bar qu'on entend jusqu'à dans la chambre. Check-in ultra long.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders schön und hätte dringend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eine Renovierung nötig. Spiegel kaputt, Wände angeramscht, housekeeping vor derTür den ganzen Tag, caddy geparkt! Sicher kein 5 Sterne Zimmer!

No me gustó la separación del hotel que no te la comentan en booking ya que había que caminar bastante por un subsuelo para ir a los amenities y eran dos partes de distintas categorías

Wir gehen oft ins FIVE und es ist immer super. Besonders hervorzuheben ist bei diesem Aufenthalt das Cinque Studio. Das Essen war von Anfang bis Schluss aussergewöhnlich gut, viel besser als früher. Das Servicepersonal hat sich enorm gesteigert.

The cleaning department, was not cleaning the room properly,, we have to remind them about it .

Besonderes gefallen haben wirder schōne Aussenpool und der Wellnessbereich.Das Personal war sehr kompetent,freundlich und Nett. Ich und meiner Tochter haben und sehr wohlgefūht und komme gerne wieder 😄

The Penthouse : Unsere Reservierung wurde zunāchst nicht erkannt,trotzdem haben wir einen Platz bekommen. Leider war die Mitarbeiterin nicht besonders freundlich

Spa was ok

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant und Club. Wir haben eine Gutschrift erhalten, weil ein aufs Zimmer bestellte Getränke nicht geliefert wurde. Danke! Parkingservice ist einfach eine tolle Sache. Auch hierfür vielen Dank.

Der Weg zur Nebengebäude war sehr weit. Wir wurden über die Taximöglichkeit nicht informiert.

- Checkout war sehr kalt und nicht kundenfreundlich, so als würde man uns loswerden wollen - sehr teuer obwohl es keinen USP hatte, für den es sich lohnt - es ist einfach nur ein etwas luxuriöseres Hotel..

El hotel me encanta, ya he ido varias veces y es inigualable. Muchas gracias a Simone que siempre me recibe muy bien.

Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Scheint mehr ein Eventhotel als Unterkunft zu sein. Lux Zimmer mit Balkon hatte nur ein Zimmer, da waren die Fotos auf Booking wohl irreführend. Personal hauptsächlich englischsprachig, Rezeption telefonisch kaum erreichbar und konnte mit einem früheren Check-in nach mehrfachen Anrufen nicht konkret weiterhelfen.

Den Pool draussen

Englisch sprechende Hotel in der Schweiz!!! Es wird nur englisch gesprochen und wenn mann auf Deutsch etwas gefragt hat, die Mitarbeiter verstehen gar nichts!! Traurig! Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns gesagt, das Problem haben sehr viele Menschen schon angesprochen! Aber dort interessiert niemand! Ich würde garantiert nicht mehr dort hingehen 🥵

The location is really nice but needs to be reached by car. The pool is the best part. The spa is also nice and they have different restaurants which is nice. I liked cinque a lot. Also, none of their staff seemed to be really Swiss so it feels like a place in Switzerland that has kind of a Dubai vibe. And the location is so nice, there are lots of walking trails nearby with a panorama of the whole city. I like the design a lot. Will def be back!

The biggest problem was that the room in the east wing is in another building and I had to walk through a long tunnel that is on a hill up and down with stairs too. You can’t bring your luggage through there so they have to bring the van and it takes a long time because they also combine it with luggage deliveries. It adds an extra 30 min at least. Also the staff at checkin was not so competent and when I asked for a room change they didn’t move my luggage into the new room but instead moved someone else’s luggage there and so I needed to re request a new room and that was more time lost. I also found the food to be pretty expensive and not bad but also very salty and music in restaurants to be loud. And, the room was cold like 67 F (21 C) in summer - AC really loud and can’t open the window. They could use some perfume in the hallways because it didn’t smell amazing.

En primer lugar una cosa terrible alquilas una suite en hotel five y te llevan a unos apartamentos retirados del hotel con una vista a un gueto o sea otra dirección que para ir hasta allí te tienen que trasladar olvídate de llevar tacones porque puedes hasta lesionarte

Un engaño en ningún momento ponen en la página que tiene una clase de apartamentos independientes al hotel no lo especifican en la página si quieres estar dentro del hotel te tocaría pagar 250 más Los apartamentos son limpios pero no es lo que venden en la página si reservas para estar en hotel five y te llevan a unos apartamentos que parecen de un Airbnb no es justo vas al bar pides un zumo de arándanos y te cobran 18 euros dado que se equivocaron y cobraron un litro hablando con la recepción una mujer muy amable llamada Karina me retiro las bebidas debido a todo ese espectáculo lo único bueno esa recepciónista encantadora Viaje con mascota y no pudieron bebedero de agua ni comedero como me quejé por lo menos la descontaron decepción adjunto fotografías del supuesto hotel five deberían especificar que tienen unos apartamentos independientes y que el precio es más bajo no engañar así

The room we eventually had was great - spacious and comfortable. The location is something quite special.

We swam in the pool once and found it slimy and dirty. On our last morning I watched the pool cleaner - what a joke. NOT good enough for a hotel of this level. We had originally booked an EAST WING room - on all the promotion this shows as part of the main building - what a CON - walking 100's of meters through long tunnel with steps every time you want to use a facility in main building. Lucky one of the kind front desk staff found us a room on 3rd floor of main building looking over the pool with a balcony. Perfect - but EAST WING is a CON.
