Room good size and clean. Location was ok. Car park had limited spaces.
Not a lot going on around location in the evening
Good location overall and reasonably sized room. High quality TV and remote control with access to Internet. Relatively cheap parking was available close by and it was secure. Cooked breakfast was available.
We were not directly offered parking onsite or asked about it. The bathroom was not actually clean when we arrived which was a surprise. The pillows were not comfortable and of relatively low quality so did not support the neck. Coffee machine in breakfast area was malfunctioning and the standard of the Coffee and the Hot Chocolate was mediocre at best.
Clean and look location
The breakfast was basic and in tin dishes which did not help presentation
Lucas is great man good ppl makes good world
Hospitality
Easy location, lovely and clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were good. Good value for money
Slightly dated feel of the rooms.
The hotel is very clean, and it smells fresh. The location is only about 10 minutes' walk from the Wolverhampton train station.
There's nothing not to like
Clean. Good location
Breakfast was poor
Perfect lovely staff very friendly
The only problem was there is no where if you get there before check in to store your luggage thus had to pay to get early check in
Location is great!
Breakfast was pre-made and not to order. It was hot, though and had enough variety. Great kitchen staff.
Great location short walk to train station and kks steel mill. Friendly staff and large comfortable room.
Great location, very friendly staff
Friendly reception staff, good location
Location was right for what we needed
I loved how clean it looked. It was better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Meals were good
We had a comfortable quick stay at the hotel! We initially had a small problem with our room, but the receptionist was kind and quick, and moved us to another room. The room was facing the parking, so very quiet. We had an excellent night of sleep, comfy bed and great quality linen. Good AC, good shower. Breakfast (English) was sufficient.
No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Not a problem for us, but good to know!
The property is in good location near town centre. The rooms are refurbished, clean and tidy The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, I paid £13 for the breakfast which had very few options and some things were not fresh (eg croissants). Apart from This everything else was excellent . The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
n/a
Did not have breakfast.
Every thing was fine.
Good location. Friendly staff
Busy road. Noisy in room. Air con blowing directly onto bed
Locations was superb, reception was really nice, the room had everything we needed.
The bed was quite uncomfortable
excellent location for football match
everything was good
Convenient location and fresh rooms.
No luggage storage which was a real pain and I had to take my bag to a wedding. Really inconvenient.
Great location, great staff on reception and bar
Air conditioning in the room
Although the bed seems big, it was actually 2 beds pushed together, meaning being near the centre of the bed was uncomfortable
Proximity to Molineux. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Nice to have a bar in the evening too.
Shower wasn’t powerful. Missing a wardrobe/ coat hooks near the door.
Great now been done up- huge improvement.
Cost of the breakfast- excessive to charge £13.50
Location , comfortable , helpful staff
All good . Nice refurb but carpets in bedrooms need replacing
Everything
Nothing
It’s the first time we have stayed there since it changed hands and the rooms are much improved.. excellent value for money. The staff were all amazing and very friendly and helpful
Staff were very friendly
Carpark charge and breakfast should be included in the price and cheaper 10 instead of 13 if your a couple staying 3 nights and have 3 breakfasts each that's 78 pound just on breakfast .But did enjoy the breakfast
Stayed in the building under previous ownership, looks cleaner and more inviting in some areas.
I have no major complaints about the facility, maybe a bin out the front.
Great improvement since the building was taken over. Staff were great
Nice price. Excellent staff
Clean, reasonable rates. Excellent staff
Nix
Staff friendly and helpful
Nothing
Very convenient location, clean, perfect room.
We stayed during the heatwave and the room's aircon was not very efficient.
Very good 🙂
Superb 👌
Great location Great staff
Hotel is clean and smells fresh
The mattress on the sofa bed is too thin and there's no where to keep drinks or milk cool
Cleaness
Nil
The room was cozy and clean. The bed was slightly uncomfortable.
The bed it was very firm.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very small with a tiny shower/bathroom. Location feels safe and was perfect for a show at The Halls. Some street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. Would stay again for the location alone.
The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Bedding felt cheap.
The cleanliness of the place and the workers were friendly
The bed was too head for me .
Friendly reception. Cleanliness.
Hotel was at a major traffic junction , the room had a very badly fitting window that meant traffic noise was horrendous all night. No sleep!! We would have asked for another room but it was late when we arrived an were in and out so didnt realise till we returned at night 11pm, how bad it was. But it shouldnt make a difference, windows should be fixed to stop such loud traffic as in any urban hotel, it was like sleeping outside.
Good A.C and clean
Not a complaint but shower door needed some adjustment before things become unsafe.
Stayed in the hotel due to it location due to attending an event at "The Halls" pleasantly surprised. Car parking was an added bonus.
No issues at all.
Everything was fine. Staff were lovely
Breakfast was good , price was good
Bit noisy by the road
Loved the location and friendly staff.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
Room size. Very helpful friendly staff. Matress ok. Clean.
Almost impossibly narrow parking space. Had to crawl out of passenger door. Surprise extra £5 for parking. Aircon wouldn't work. Staff tried but it never got to reasonably low temp. Had to run all night and reset FOUR times. Damaged bath tap control. No loo brush. Almost no width to sit on loo between sink and towelrail.(I am only shirt chest size 38"?/XL). Missing TV remote control. Mis-fitted loo seat. No liner in waste bin. Bar/cafe great aircon - but passages no aircon at all - stifling. Very early food finished time at cafe. Vending machine askes you to authorise £10 for a Twix bar. (Told to ignore it). Then it woudn't take payment. (Staff gave me item from their stores). Brreakfast very underwhelming. Had to get staff to 'wake up' coffee machine as apparently screen goes to low power dim until you touch it. Coffee no better than instant. Blaring big TV screen - at breakfast time? No non-dairy offering for cereals. No fruit. Left knackered and hungry.
Great location, about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the train station. Also only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Bed was so comfortable and for me a shower that actually got you wet in seconds as opposed to minutes.
Breakfast was overwhelming 👍 The receptionists were just great with brilliant sense of humor. If I ever come back to Britain, I'll certainly visit Your hotel.
It was pretty strange that there was no luggage storage on the railway station, also not in the hotel for a concert visitor. Anyhow we managed with a kindest help we got in a bar nearby the venue.
Herşey çok güzel çalışanlar temizlik ve konfor çok güzel
Odadaki klimalar tam soğutmuyor
very clean, has everything you need
air conditioning was not great, room very very hot
Great location for our trip. Lovely and clean. Friendly staff. Air conditioning in room.
Found the hallways temperature hot and stuffy.
Yes, great staff
Customer service, and location
Very clean and tidy hotel , breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again .
It's a lovely hotel its clean and tidy the staff are always very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble
The thing I don't like is the long walk from the lift to the bedroom as my brother is disabled and uses crutches that's the only thing
Location was great for what we needed, all the staff really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, we had a drink in the bar and was really reasonably priced, the air con in the room is an added bonus! And the bed is really comfy.
Isn’t really anything not to like, only thing I will say is the corridors on floor 1 are far to hot really stifling and stuffy not good when ya just racked the stairs haha.
Close to the centre
Pleasant staff, went out of their way for a Personal request
Absolutely nothing
The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. As two motorcyclists, we were looking for a safe place to leave our bikes overnight, and they took the time to direct us to the best parking spot, which was covered by 24/7 CCTV. That gave us real peace of mind, and our bikes were perfectly safe the next morning. For a one-night stay, the hotel had everything we needed.
We arrived late in the evening, and the surrounding area felt a little rough, which wasn't the best first impression. It was also quite difficult to find the hotel because it had recently changed its name, and we hadn't been informed in advance by message or in the booking details.
Very comfortable room & lovely, helpful, friendly staff
Quite noisy at night because of the road
Nice place, has what it needs. Close to the stadium.
Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent location for The Halls. Friendly and helpful staff.
Absolutely everything lovely staff polite easy check in and easy check out rooms was lovely and space and beds was comfy
There wasnt noting to not like Thank you 😊
Friendly staff Fab location Very clean Breakfast very good
Hotel itself was like a sauna, room was ok but they definitely need air-conditioning everywhere else. It felt like the heating was on full blast
No complaints about anything from start to finish Friendly staff, clean comfortable room Good breakfast and location
All good
The staff are always very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble
The mattress on the sofa bed is too thin so you feel the metal frame work
Everything all good
No pillows for bed settee
Clean tidy comfy bed shower flowed well friendly staff.
Nothing
Great location if you're visiting The Halls venue.
Room and corridor had just been painted with gloss paint and the fumes were unbearable so we had to change room for one on a different floor. The breakfast was very disappointing. Bread was mouldy. Sausages inedible. Better off not offering any breakfast.
Easy walk to uni of wolves hall. Quiet. Clean kettle. Very comfortable bed.
£100.00 deposit in case of any damage.
Hotel has been refurbished and taken over , very clean
Was unhappy about the £50 deposit, this should have been mentioned before my booking
Huge difference from redwings, ac a welcome relief and pleasent decor
The name of the hotel has been changed. No email was sent to update. No email was sent either, pre warning that a further £50 would be taken from my account as insurance against damage to the property. The extra money and the cost of the hotel were taken from my account on arrival. I’m still waiting 5 days later for the £50 to go back in my account. I’ve stayed on numerous occasions in this hotel, under its former ownership. I won’t be staying again with this nonsense policy of taking extra money, just in case. It destroys customer relationships with mistrust and negativity. If people do damage the hotel rooms, the hotel has all the details of the perpetrator to prosecute in such an event.
How quite it was
Nothing that I didnt like
It was clean. It has a car park
No one informed me the the hotell had changed name and management. It was double the cost compared to my last stay two weeks ago. Picture advertised 2 beds there was only 1. Breakfast was cold. Requested a £50 fee on arrival although hotel room was already paid for.
Everything about hotel
The fact it changed name and wasn't informed of this so initially difficult to locate
A very warm and helpful welcome it was a nice room with a very comfortable bed and Excellent shower, it was a reasonable walk from the railway and bus stations and an excellent location if visiting Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club
The rooms are quite big and its clean with fresh bedding
No were to keep anything like milk cool so its goes off quickly and the mattress on the sofa bed is too thin
Location, cleanliness and comfortable bed
No means of communicating with the reception No complimentary breakfast Internet downtime for a while
It was clean and comfortable staff were helpful.
Not enough breakfast to cater for the amount or guests staying in the hotel.
The comfy beds, helpful receptionists and air con!
The post code given with the booking takes you to the front of the building which is on a ring road so you can't stop or see a sign. When I rang they gave me a different postcode that led to the car park behind which actually has the wrong name on the sign! Car park could do with some TLC but once inside it's freshly painted, clean and the bed was so comfy, the air con in our bedroom was a massive bonus as we stayed in a heatwave!
Quite close to the city centre. The room was near the dual carriageway, but that didn't matter because the room had air conditioning.
We couldn't find the hotel, as we drove round and round and couldn't locate it - because they had changed their name and didn't think to send us an email. Car park was quite small.
Location
Quality of the rooms breakfast was disgusting and minimal
Recently refurbished room, nice and comfortable. Guy on front desk very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was limited and the cooked choices were a bit dried out and tough. Milk was warm, but the rest was ok. It was advertised as having a restaurant but there was no food available in the evening so it only serves breakfast.
The cost of 2 nights
Breakfast was a bit below average
Location
Looks like it was recently refurbished it was nice and fresh
👌
Location to wolves ground, Clean, Comfortable,
Need car park area cleaning up, Breakfast was a mess. Sausages and mushrooms undercooked. No bread. No juice. No eggs. Tables not cleared. No plates. One staff doing bkfast and reception.
Location was very good. I did not try the breakfast though so can't comment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Card keys stop working at 10am (check out time) which is not helpful or communicated on arrival when you are staying more than one night.
Location,price,staff,comfort.
Only thing was the shower was a little bit grotty, mold on outside of door, but by no means a deal breaker.
The rooms was lovely and clean fresh bedding and towels
There isn't enough disabled car parking spaces and the car is un even the lift doors keep opening even when your not were near the door sometimes the television don't work properly they keep cracking up the mattress on the sofa bed is too thin so you feel the metal frame work these no place to keep you milk fresh if your staying longer than one night not enough tea bags or sugar in rooms no glass or plastic glass if you want to have a cold drink
Clean
Excellent service
The rooms are a good size bedding is clean and fresh so are the towels
The car parking as there isn't enough disabled car parking spaces car park is un even the lift doors keep opening even when your not near them the television signal plays up so you end up missing parts of the programme these no where to keep milk fresh if your staying longer than one night the sofa bed mattress is too thin so you feel the metal frame work there's no glass or plastic glass if you want a cold drink
7 min walk from night life..clean enough.
Do not get room 201...nearest room to the doors..banging all night..
