Four Points by Sheraton Sherwood Park

Bed was terrible as was the pillows. Super uncomfortable. Room was loud and could hear dripping all night . Terrible sleep there Bathroom wasn’t as clean as should have been - def not worth the cost considering cleanliness and sleep are our top two requirements for a hotel lol staff was polite though

Stayed several nights last month for a business meeting. Very clean rooms, friendly front desk staff, and great housekeeping. Pool and fitness area were good. Tried the restaurant once — the food was excellent. Will be back again. Thanks to the whole team!

This hotel is a disaster. I just checked in today. The agents at the desk are so confused and not knowledgeable at all. The rooms are not ready by 4pm. Check-ins are so disorganized. There are kids running all over the hotel and no control for this from the management side. The Frontdesk team seemed to be overwhelmed with no support. Phones ringing non stop and people waiting in the lobby for check-ins for a long time. Last time I stayed here was in during the last Edmonton concert and was pleased but seems like there is all new faces who just got hired and not well trained. The management team should make sure they put the front facing people at work after full training. The front desk agent told me herself that she was new and no proper training was provided. They are put to work alone on busy days with no help. Lastly, the restaurant service is terrible. One server running after so many tables. The restaurant also seems to be understaffed. After checkin we called for some extra towels which didn’t get delivered till we got down ourselves to ask for it again. Called four times down but no one answered the call. There is only one bottle of water provided in the room even though the room is booked for 3 people…CHEAP!!!… The also have some new house rules at the table which does not make sense. Breakfast when asked. The agent replied. No breakfast. When asked to add it on the reservation they cannot do that as well. The answer was Pay at the restaurant as our manager said we cannot add breakfast in the rates because of the extra cost as restaurant is not owned by the hotel. This is seriously very disappointing. Hotel seems to be very much cost cutting while the prices of the rooms are crazy

Booked a room at the four points Sheraton in Sherwood park for 2 nights for business. It’s not too far from Edmonton, but if you’re mostly in the city just stay there. As I had business in Sherwood park it was perfect. Lots of free parking and right off the highway. Check in was great and I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite due to my Bonvoy status. Staff were very friendly. The room itself was large, almost too large for the decor, but the bed was comfortable and it’s always nice having dedicated work space away from the room. The bathroom was large with a seperate shower and large soaking tub. Definitely would return when in Sherwood park next.

Loved being given a room on the ground floor. Room was very clean and staff friendly. The location is great for our needs in Sherwood Park.

Parking was very crowded. We felt fortunate to get a spot. The bed was comfortable (mattress and pillows) but the duvet was way too heavy for summer and there was no lighter blankets in the room. It was the sheet or the duvet, nothing in between and I didn't want to run the AC just to cool the room enough to need a duvet. Cleanliness and sleeping comfort are the two most important things we look for in a hotel. It was our second visit and we will likely be back because of location but some bedding options would be great.

One of a very bad experience with the hotel. I did stay in room 216 and complained about the hot water issue with the Tub. I asked to speak to a manager but the Manager is on Vacation. The front desk lady looked really confused, and not Knowledgeable about the system. I asked to speak to someone in charge but there is no manager or supervisor available on the weekend. I was told to wait till Monday for a call from the head of sales. It has been Friday but yet there is nothing. I am very much suprised with the way this property operates. The parking lot is a disaster, no control at night for the noise level. The night lady was always at the back office and never answered our phone call so we had to come down. The pool is filled with ants and not maintained well at all. The rooms on checkin comes with creamers which is only 3. We requested for more but the housekeeping lady told us that we only provide it for the check in room. Very cheap!!!

Place to sleep

Pool didnt work, buffet was not available and the breakfast menu was very limited. The bed was uncomfortable. The hot tub was full of unaccompanied kids and staff did nothing.

The restaurant/lounge was good. Location to where I needed to go was excellent.

My room was not cleaned, which was unexpected.

It's a very high price for an incredibly basic hotel room. It has a tiny pool and hot tub. It is certainly not a high-end hotel to rate the price they are charging.

We booked the Emerald Room for a family birthday party. Start to finish, an excellent experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The catering was fantastic. Thank you to Kaushik and the team for all you did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was convenient for me.

Breakfast was disappointing as it was so expensive! There was no $10 breakfast as advertised - more like 15 to 30. Also, I don't think they changed the sheets even once during my stay! Restaurant was very outdated.

Rooms are clean and spacious. But noise is definitely a problem. There is no sound insulation between rooms and floors, especially near the bathrooms . At 10pm the room above us decided to run a bath and it was so loud it was like they were in our room with us. They were very noisy - we could hear them talking and jumping and banging around. When they drained the tub it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Same thing happened the next night at midnight but the also ran the jets in the tub on top of it. Not cool. Jetted tubs in hotel rooms shouldn’t be a thing. Especially when there’s no sound insulation like this hotel. The breakfast buffet was awful. Very small and the food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. The eggs Benedict off the menu was apparently good though. Pillows were horrible. No substance or support at all. Our bed tilted down at the head of the bed. Really weird. The pool was over crowded. Only 4 loungers present. Pool towels were tint and thin and hard to come by. We picked this hotels based on the reviews… which in this case… we don’t understand the high ratings,

Parking space above ground is very limited and multiple people trying to find parking spaces , under ground parking is 5’5” but not signed until it’s too late and at bottom of the ramp.

Because we used booking.com we were not eligible for the free breakfast (this was not made clear to us). I requested and paid extra for 2 Queen 1 sofa bed, our room did not include a sofa bed and no reimbursement was made. Swimming Pool on main floor, we didn’t want to go back to the hotel room dripping wet and the swim towels were embarrassingly small. We requested robes, said they would check, we waited, no one responded, so we approached the front desk told us they only had 4 robes in the hotel and the guest “just before us” requested them.

Had to request to be transferred when a team of young, rowdy hockey players were making noise. Quite inconvenient to quickly pack up and move to another room. Good that my request was accommodated and the new room was quiet.

Very welcoming check in and check out staff who call us by name! So nice to return to our second home! The room is very clean, temperature is perfect and the bed is very comfortable! It is difficult to leave but we always look forward to returning! The value is superb and we will always keep Four Points Sherwood Park our first choice!!!

Where to start….had Christmas party in town. We had booked for ourselves. Found out one of our employees needed a place to stay, so I called in and they accommodated us and gave us a good rate. Then day of, the bosses parents needed a room. I went down to the front desk and they were so helpful and got them booked in. So when they would arrive that night they would just get the keys and head up to the room. May I add they were extremely busy with a wedding taking place but made sure I felt I was top priority when dealing with me. THENNNNN came the check out the next day. We had gone shopping and with the -30 weather couldn’t leave items in the vehicle over night. I came down to get a trolley but none to be found. I asked the front desk if they were gone long and they immediately started to check the cameras while another member was checking all the floors and even the event room. Unfortunately it could not be found. A maintenance/orderly came around asking if he could help. And so he then went disappeared and then came back with a laundry cart. I went and loaded it up with all my Christmas shopping and cases of pop for the holidays. When I came out of my room he was there to help me wheel it to my vehicle and EVEN helped me load it. Now I know this is a long post but each one of these three workers did not have to do what they did. It could have ended with the front desk saying the trolley was out and didn’t know. But each one made sure to help in their own way. For me to have hauled my Christmas presents. 2 cases of pop. A case of water. Luggage. As well as probably 25 lbs of groceries. This meant a lot so I wouldn’t have to haul it from my room multiple trips. Thank you to each one of them. Booking here you will not be disappointed with the customer service.

First time stay at the Sheritan Four Points in Sherwood Park. Extremely impressed wih all aspects of the hotel. Staff well trained. The restaurant was very good. I have stayed at 3 of the 4 hotels right in this area and there is no comparison. The room is perfect and the bed and bedding are super comfortable. When I'm in this area I won't stay at any other hotel why downgrade.

Have stayed here half a dozen times in the last 6 months and quite like it. Rooms clean and beds good, temperature control can be a challenge and find the rooms overly warm when I get in. Noise of road can also be an issue so try for the carpark side On property restaurant is pretty good Rob

I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton, Sherwood Park as I had a business meeting the next day. The front desk staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a perfect location! There is a restaurant on site and several others close by. I highly recommend staying here!

This is my home , the staffs are extremely good . Always prefer ti stay here. I stayed more than a month in thus hotel . They do have all facilitates including self laundry. Great experience Always.

Room was clean and comfortable and front desk was professional, friendly, on task; lack of service as far as the restaurant went, not open all day, service in the restaurant was not great. Would have been nice to have room reservice too. Could use more items in their pantry, could even use a shop that sells hygiene products, like toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. Otherwise pleasant stay.

A nice hotel in Sherwood Park area, with nearby Starbucks, Walmart, Winners/Marshalls, and many chain restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, an older hotel with a bit of a facelift. The rooms remind me of the 80s or 90s, carpet, lots of space, but upgraded with a new TV, curtains, and a modern bathroom. A solid hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel is newer, clean, and has a great location. My only complaint would be the hotel room and bathroom has the worst, poorest lighting of probably any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom is half dark even when the mirror lights up.
