A spacious room with everything needed. Tasty breakfasts with a wide selection. Easy parking. The room could use better blackout blinds, and traffic noise is audible at night.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was so clean, which for me is a big deal cos I’m a clean freak! The kids enjoyed their games room and we had fun working out in the gym too! They went over and beyond too make our anniversary weekend worthwhile. Thank you to all the amazing staff and oh…breakfast was great too!

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Above all else though was the staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. They made you feel welcome. If the opportunity arises again, we will stay here.

My daughters and I stayed 4 nights in May 2026. Check in was fast and easy and friendly. I did the pre check-in online the night before and was able to choose my room and just show ID upon arrival. I liked having the option to have a digital key card on my phone. There were hallway reno's going on during our stay on the upper levels but not the main floor. I would have to say this was one of the best included breakfasts we have had at a hotel. There was a waffle making station with two type of batter to choose from and a buffet of toppings to go on it such as sprinkles, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, chocolate bar pieces etc. There were cheese croissants that were so fresh and good, muffins, bagels, and toast, hot and cold cereal, apples, bananas, oranges. There was a variety of meat each day and bacon was served on the weekend both days, eggs, hashbrowns etc. There is a large seating area beside the breakfast spot that they set out games you can play and just hang out. Our room had two queen beds that were very comfy and a view facing the hwy overlooking a pond. There was a mini fridge (no freezer) and a work desk area. Surprisingly there were no dresser drawers to put clothes away. There is a large grassy area at the back of the hotel with some big red chairs, it is near the pond and a nice area to sit. There was also a walking area near the pond which would be good for people bringing pets. The hot tub was spacious with a nice pool. Front desk staff very friendly, always greeting us when we walked by. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. Beds and linens were great, pool/hotub/gym facilities were top notch. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. Great food selection and the atmosphere of the breakfast area was very lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Always fresh no matter what time we ate at. Front desk staff on arrival we super friendly and greeted our pup with treats and offer of a pet bed.

The noisy kids the first night. Parents could have done better. We didn’t want to complain but perhaps they could all be put together.

The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and it was so clean. My sister is a smoker and having a smoke room outside the main builder was a bonus for her as well.

My only issue was there were small kids I. The room above me and all they did was run back and forth in their room. It sounded like elephants up there. Suggest people with small kids only stay on the main floor.

Location made it easy to stop for a good quiet night stay on my way to Saskatoon. Masoom was very polite and efficient at checknin

Chair had a stain, one of the couch cushions had no support left, limiting seating. Curtain had holes, mirror and tv were dirty. Price to high for what we got.

Stayed when lots of kids in hotel. Room was nice, staff friendly, kids out of control. Parents really need to talk with their kids about behavior.

We had a very bad experience when we stayed in this hotel last year with the skinny Filipino receptionist whom I believe he is the reception manager. He was very rude and did not fix the issues on my address that was wrong and over charge us for $200 a night. I believe he is scamming. When I called direct to the hotel reception number for booking, I checked online the rate it is in between $116-122 depends the room. There was no rate of $200 at the time of my booking. A lady in the reception answered my call. She ask me if I am a member? " I answered (no) I asked if I will be a member do I have discount, she said yes. I told her, this was the 2nd time we will stay there " the reception answered me she found my record. However, when she tell my address, it was wrong not in Canada but overseas, but my name and email is correct, wrong phone number on the record, there was also different card number on the record. I told reception that is maybe different person. After booking, I will verify the next day when we check in. When we check in this Filipino guy is in the reception. I told him the issues on my personal address and record that is wrong, asked the reception to check and corrected it. This reception did not do anything he just mention that the reception who booked me is a new and she do not know what she is doing. I booked 2 nights but after we check in and settled on our room we found out the pool is not working. My child want to swim for this reason we choose this hotel. So we stayed only one night check out the next day to find hotel that has swimming pool. My surprise we were charge $200 +taxes. I asked him if he charge us 2 nights, no that's only one night. I told him that I am sure the rate was below 200 when I booked. He started to answer rude . He told me that when I booked It was in US$ so it will be automatic exchange to Ca$ so that's make rate high. Why is in a US$ I am in Canada and I called direct to the reception from here in why I get charge in US Dollar rate? he answered me back sometimes like that. I notice the address on my receipt was overseas, he did not change or corrected it as I complain upon check in. I asked him if I can speak to the manager, he told me no manager around but he told me to give me discount and change mu rate. He print another receipt charge 108 + tax and other charges. He told me the rest will be refunded on my credit card in 3-5 business days but I never been refunded. I called back again 3 times to follow up because I did not recovered the refund. He was so rude on the phone said its already refunded on their record and done. I asked the manager, he told me no manager around. Every time I called no manager around. The 4th time I called a Filipina lady answer the phone when I explain the reason of my call sounds she knows already what I am going to say, she was rude and defending the other guy, I never refunded and its almost a month, she was so rude tell me that in the record I was already refunded, if I did not get it, she said it takes 15 days to a month so I have to wait. I asked again the manager she said no manager around. I wish I could speak to the general manager but they always saying no manager around. I never receive the refund, I just give up. I consider the money as donation to them in advance. I think this 2 reception are partner of Scam. May I advice customer to ensure the rate before you book and know the real name of the reception who registered you in. On the previous review I see other comment a guy was experience rudeness of this reception

Stayed: October 12 & 13, 2025 I would have gladly rated this property five stars if not for the very unpleasant check-in experience. Before arrival, I completed mobile check-in through the Hilton app, received my digital key, and room number. However, upon reaching the hotel, I noticed that my digital key had been cancelled, and I was instructed to stop by the front desk to “finalize a few details.” At the time, Agents Charlotte and Masoom were on duty. It appeared that Charlotte might have been training Masoom, though I’m not certain. When I asked why my digital key was cancelled and what details needed to be finalized, Charlotte informed me that all online check-ins must report to the front desk first. I explained that this defeats the very purpose of mobile check-in — which is to avoid waiting at the desk — but she disagreed and continued to argue unnecessarily. I mentioned that I had stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Saskatoon the night before without having to report to the front desk, but she still insisted otherwise. Eventually, Charlotte discovered that the key had been cancelled due to a mix-up in the credit card details. When I pointed out that this, not the policy she mentioned, was the actual issue, she continued to insist that both were correct. After nearly 15 minutes of back-and-forth — following a long, tiring trip from Saskatoon — I was finally assigned a room. Unfortunately, upon entering, I discovered it was a two-bed room, even though I had booked a king room. When I returned to the front desk to address this, Charlotte once again responded aggressively, claiming that the rate I had booked only included a two-bed room. I showed her my Hilton confirmation email clearly indicating a king room, but she continued to deny it, stating that their system showed otherwise. Only after I firmly insisted did she reluctantly change the room — making it feel more like a favor than a correction. No apology was offered at any point. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that fell well below Hilton’s usual service standards.

It was clean and it prompted us to stay at another Hampton Inn the following night.

The hot tub was hot. The pool was cool. The rooms where clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. Good value.

The room is spacious and clean. The free breakfast is much better than average. There is a pond just behind the building with lots of goose, nice to walk around.

Check in was smooth and staff were great. Check out is 11::00 and we had housekeeping bang on our door 3 times at 9 am to clean the room, which was frustrating. Otherwise, good stay.

Great hotel to stay at for our trip to Edmonton. We stayed a bit outside the city because of the lower price and were very happy with the choice. It was a great hotel for a family of 5 (2 seniors, 2 kids, 1 adult). Very clean room, nice breakfast, and amazing staff. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet. Lots of parking.

The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options available. I appreciated the hours from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great with plenty of towels available. The location was perfect for us and it was handy to drive to places we had planned for. There was lots of parking available at different times of the day. The hotel provided large-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner for showers. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

There was no kids programming that I could find on the tv, unless I wanted to pay for Netflix. However, it wasn't a problem.

My husband and I having been staying at The Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/Sherwood Park for six nights. The hospitality has been perfect. Victoria and Charlotte at the front desk were so helpful and friendly everyday. Both were so willing to help in the dining area when available and needed. It was plain to see that they took much pride in their work and your hotel. Charlotte took get care with my purse that got forgotten in the dining room for two hours. The breakfast staff, room service and gentlemen in blue shirts were also friendly and so helpful. One blue shirt gentleman went running for an item that went flying in the wind for us. The fellow customers in you establishment were so friendly and I’m sure the service we all enjoyed was part of this. Sincerely Joanne D.

It was a nice new hotel that was very comfortable. Only annoying thing was a boys sports team that took over the pool when my kids were there and weren't very respectful. They also were taking up all of the seats at the breakfast area and we had to ask them to move since they weren't eating.
