Ding Jia Hotel

The accommodation was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was right in the city centre, and there were evening markets right outside the entrance. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the price was reasonable. We really have nothing to complain about.

在墾丁大街上，距離Ironman比賽會場算是相當接近，走路約5分鐘可抵達 賽後要逛墾丁大街也十分方便

建議可以跟停車場合作，提供住客一些折扣或優惠

This hotel was a great choice for us. It is right on the night market road and is next door to a 7-11. It is a short walk away from the Little Bay beach and the other main beach in Kenting. We could not have been happier with the location. The room itself was nice and clean and had great air conditioning. Some of the paint had a little water damage but nothing was big enough to be a hinderance on our stay. The balcony was small but enclosed so there were no bugs which was nice. Parking was located across the street and the hotel provided us with a discounted daily rate for parking at the lot for 200NT (compared to other lots which charged 400-600NT fees). We were with our 2 year old son and he had a great time in the room and had no problem sleeping or playing here. We had a great time and would consider staying here again. Thanks!

覺得環境很乾淨，而且在墾丁大街上，很方便。

房間很大，地方清潔整齊， 裝修也很特別亦有情調，民宿主人也很友善，雖然我很夜才check in，但是他也等我，也很詳細，講解泊車位置。

還不錯，就是浴室水的強度有點太強!

Booked two quad rooms, but they were very different in size. One was large..almost too large, and the other was a bit small for a quadruple room. There's no elevator so be prepared to drag your luggage up the stairs. Room comes with pretty much all the things you'd expect. I did not like the one time use, shampoo packets. Shower is open so your bathroom floor will be mostly wet after. It makes the floor slippery inside bathroom and right outside. Beds were comfortable enough. There's a bus from Zhouying station that drops you off very close to the hotel. It's a similar walk to the stop that takes you back to the station. It's located right on the main street although more towards the end, but you'll still be able to walk outside at night and have food stands right there. Tip: Do not go to the restaurant next door on the left. The food is horrendous and had hair in it. Overall, convenient place to stay with easy access to the park and to the lighthouse. Didn't interact too much with the staff, but they seemed nice enough.

飯店位置極佳、方便，樓下就是 7-11 大街夜市。旁邊有收費停車場。雖然熱鬧但隔音不錯。501 的最高房型陽臺讚讚讚。

飯店出來就是墾丁大街，但房間不會聽到外面的聲音，附近也有些海灘景點。唯一的缺點是入宿時間是元旦連假在旅遊補助（普悠瑪事件旅遊補助）期間內，但飯店卻說連假不提供申請補助，所以訂房前要問清楚。

櫃檯員工十分友善，樂於在各方面幫忙。 地點旺中帶靜，如果想伸展一下，只要問一問他們，安排的戶外活動絕對不會令你失望！

This hotel was located conveniently in the center of the Kenting Beach area. The room was small but nice, with a new bathroom.

民宿就在垦丁大街上，夜里非常热闹，楼下就有公车站，到景区非常方便。房间使用双层玻璃，尽管夜市再热闹，房里还是很安静。虽然是民宿，但是装修却看出来花了不少心思。

老闆非常好，不但會幫忙訂票，還會提前幫忙訂蛋糕，感激不盡。 本來想請他喝飲料，但時間太趕，會下次再來。

很舒適床很好睡但唯一一點就是冷氣直接對床吹整夜臉吹冷氣...

Overall, it was a nice hotel close to the kenting night market and there were shops within walking distance.It was also close to bus stop. The room was very nice with beautiful decorations giving a feeling of summer and beach. There was no lift inside the hotel but it was ok for us, not a big problem. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy and not recommended to those who need quiet sleeping environment.

工作人員友善，在墾丁大街尾段較靜，近沙灘，沒有電梯，要自己搬行李上樓。如搭公車很方便，附近便有公車站。

4人房景觀不錯

Love every part of this stay at this hotel. The hotel was directly above Kenting main street which is easily accessible. We had a balcony overlooking the street which was lovely. The room is new and clean, with a great air conditioner which is so important in the hot weather. The hotel is close to all the beaches, Xiao Wan by foot, Nan Wan and Da Wan by cab less than 5-10 min ($100 ntd or less, $3-$4 USD). The host is extremely nice, and managed to booked us water activities at Nan Wan for a great discount along with free rides back and forth from the hotel. Loved it.

Walking distance to everything. Staff members are extremely helpful. They even helped me to arrange carpool to the airport. Plus room is super clean. I'll definitely go back.

It's a nice tiny hotel right on the main road, so it's easy to get to. The staff is willing to help with directions to the bus stop and different food. The room was beautiful. It felt like a beach house.

老板挺好的，很热心，没有房间给我们生了级，房间很大，但是卫生差了点，不过酒店位置很好，就在垦丁大街上，出行也都方便。

We emailed the hotel in advance to arrange for ride from Kaohsiung to Kenting. Good response time and clear communication (in written Chinese). Both the hotel staff and the shared ride driver contacted us by phone a day before the pick up to confirm location & time. The NTD 350/person one-way ride was totally worth it as the ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. Upon arriving at the hotel, an older lady greeted us at the reception and offered advice on restaurants (good recommendations). We rented a scooter from her (NTD400/day) but the scooter was not in very good condition. We therefore rented at a another store the next day at a slightly higher price (NTD500/day). We can tell that the cleaning lady was trying very hard to keep the hotel clean. However, being on the Kenting Main Street where all the night market food stalls open from sunset to midnight, it was probably too difficult for them to get rid of all the insects. There was a lot of ants coming through a gap near the window on our second night. We poured water on them to drive them away. Then later in the night I saw a mid-sized cockroach on the floor. I was terrified. If you're not scared of insects, it's a good hotel to stay as it's close to the night market. However, I would definitely stay away from hotels close to the night market next time.

近臨墾丁大街，簡單、乾淨、方便，價格又便宜。唯獨那天我要租機車可是沒有帶駕照店員不肯讓我租機車，可是其他的出租的機車行他說只要我有駕照忘了帶還是可以租機車。我想當天店員只要多問我有沒有駕照應該就可以租到機車，因為有些地方需要機車才會到達。

就在大街上地理位置很棒！房間雖然不大但很乾淨，整體擺飾添增不少峇里島風格，住起來舒適！民宿也有提供摩托車租借一天350價位也算公道，只是車輛要加強保養。老闆娘人很好！有機會會再去住

Nice hotel. would come back next time. you have to ask for room service cleaning otherwise they would not do that.

部屋は狭くて暗かったけれど（値段的に仕方ないか）、夜市の真ん前。かなり楽しめました。また泊まりたい宿です。

唯一最大缺點是浴室去水很差，經常水浸。

本次選了一間有陽台的房間，比想像的大，讓空間看起來寬敞。因為位於墾丁大街，難免嘈雜，但玻璃窗的隔音很好，關起來就很安靜。附近有幾間特色的早餐店，味道也不賴，晚上最期待的是鹽水雞。

地点不错，就在垦丁大街上，背向垦丁大街一侧的房间噪音小。卫生条件一般。不知是否因为连任大雨，床单中出现数处直径10cm黄点。告知店主后态度诚恳马上更换了相关物品。卫生间较为简陋。内饰普通但温馨。

要帶耳塞睡, 因水喉聲比較大

墾丁の中心地にあり、夜市、コンビニ、食事、買い物に便利。価格も、この近辺では安い。部屋は、まあまあの広さで清潔。一通りの設備はある。風呂はなくシャワーのみ。フロントの若い男性も一見、冷たそうだが、地図を見てたら助けようとしてくれた。彼は英語ができる。マイナスは騒音。夜市、宿泊客のスリッパの音、ガーっという謎の異音。エレベーターがない。

Right in front of the bus stop, easy to find.. The hotel is on the night market street.. Lots of things to eat.. Hotel is very good.. The lady boss is very friendly and helpful..

Best location as next to night market and easy to access many places. No lift but beautiful and clean room.
