Amazing hotel, friendly staff who always go above and beyond! Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice to suit everyone. They have everything you need and more. We will miss sitting on the balcony having our morning tea. This is the only hotel we would stay in when in Tenerife now!

Great rooms, great staff

Daytime entertainment need to be able to read the room. Some people don’t want to join in and prefer to chill. Best entertainment was pre Covid Genaro Pepe. He managed to engage even with those that maybe didn’t want to engage.

Desayuno delicioso y súper surtido. Piscinas limpias, socorrista Eddy muy profesional, amable y atento con todos. Trato del personal muy bueno. Gracias por todo. Sin duda regresaré y lo recomiendo 100%

Constant smell of cannabis smoke and the staff did nothing about it. We were told the cleaners would clean the room every 3 days and this changed to every 4 days. Our reservation included breakfast but they struggled to cater for gluten free as everything was cross contaminated.

El hotel esta viejo, el bufet es muy pequeño, escaso y los productos de muy baja calidad!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament z oddzielną sypialnią posiada dwie łazienki, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, hotel posiada własny transport do Los Cristianos oraz na plażę Las Vistas, na terenie hotelu jest supermarket. Bardzo miła obsługa, animation team, kids klub, 3 baseny, codziennie zespół animatorów zapewnia atrakcje dla gości. Kolejny udany pobyt w tym miejscu oraz w tym samym hotelu.

Rodzina 2+2 musi wynająć dodatkowo apartament, pomimo tego, że w dużym apartamencie z oddzielną sypialnią jest rozkładana sofa w salonie. Małe dzieci mogą na niej spokojnie spać.

Bardzo przyjazny personel, dobre śniadania. Były animacje w tym animacje dla dzieci, ale my nie skorzystaliśmy. W salonie piękności dostępne super masaże, chyba najlepszy na jakim w życiu byłam. Darmowy bus na plażę.

Widać, że obiekt ma już swoje lata. Pokoje mogłyby być częściej sprzątane, był tylko raz podczas tygodniowego pobytu, albo chociaż więcej worków na śmieci moglibyśmy dostać.

The property was clean, the food was good quality there wasn’t a massive variety but the quality made up for that . I found the staff very helpful and they were always more than happy to help .

I didn’t like when you were served a drink at dinner time they came back for payment even though you hadn’t finished your meal or even if you were in the middle of eating . I don’t understand why you couldn’t charge it to your room . Also they will sell you bottle of water without telling you can have a jug of water for free .

The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. The lifeguard and animation team were friendly, Cuban lifeguard( can’t remember his name) was amazing with guest always happy and would always find you a bed!

The beds were uncomfortable and bedding was bobbly. The rooms were not cleaned regularly and towels were not changed for 3-4 days!

Tutto fantastico, ma le persone in PRIMIS, è vero che il posto è bello ma il luogo lo fanno le persone come si suol dire, e qui il personale è fantastico! Manuel Yoel, Camillo, sempre con il sorriso, disponibili, professionali, è il 3 anno che torniamo qui, inutile dire che le persone fanno la differenza, è diventato il nostro relax place veramente! Manuel ci ha sempre consigliato bene, 3 anni qui e sempre ci ha dato ottimi consigli! Quest'anno abbiamo conosciuto Hector che fin da subito è stato disponibile e gentile sempre sorridente e ci ha accompagnato con simpatia dal primo giorno fino al check out! Ovviamente ci ritorneremo e non vediamo l'ora!

Niente, impossibile che ci sia qualcosa che non vada in questo posto, è meraviglioso sotto tutti gli aspetti!

Manque jeux enfants pour la piscine, comme un toboggan.

Unsere Zimmer hatte eine schöne Lage mit einer grossen Terrasse und fast freien Blick ohne Gegenüber. Kleiner Probleme wurden schnell erledigt und auch wenn etwas fehlte wurde sofort reagiert. Alle zwei Tage wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.

An manchen Ecken merkt man dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hier könnte man mit wenig Aufwand einiges verschönern, z.B. waren die Rahmen der Schalter für die Klimaanlage lose, man wusste am Anfang nicht wo Aus ist oder die jeweiligen Stufen.

Había cucarachas todas los noches en el apartamento y una grandisima falta de mantenimiento, algunas de las cuales son: uno de los dos grifos del baño de abajo no se podía usar porque no tenía filtro y salpicaba muchísimo, el cierre del ventanal estaba roto y no cerraba, las luces para subir a la segunda planta no funcionaban, el tendedero de pared no se podía usar porque estaba descolgado, el mando del televisor estaba roto y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no echaba aire frío. Y para colmo no limpiaban el suelo de la piscina de la zona donde nosotros estábamos. En resumen la peor estancia en la que hemos estado, las fotos de la web no corresponden a lo que realmente nos encontramos. No lo recomendaría a nadie.

La habitación increíble para mí madre que es mayor muy espaciosa y dos baños y balcón a la piscina perfecto.los chicos de animación del personal del hotel como los socorristas todos amables y maravillosos.

Primero la animación era demasiado constante y repetitiva todo el día música hasta las 10 de la noche y al final acaba uno un poco loco, segundo los extranjeros son animales que están haciendo cola para una hamaca desde que abren la piscina y salen corriendo.... INCREÍBLE.....para el desayuno igual parece se que se le vas a acabar la comida... colchonetas en la piscina.....osea las normas de la piscina ni se cumplen para nada.

Lo mas que nos gusto fue el personal, muy amables y pendientes de hacerte la estancia agradable, en especial el socorrista de la piscina de arriba.

No nos gusto que en la piscina se usen colchonetas y pelotas, aunque tenemos un niño, no me parece bien hacer uso de estas alli, aparte que ocupan mucho espacio en la piscina y eramos bastante dentro del agua, es peligroso usar colchonetas y las pelotas...pues mas de un pelotazo me lleve en la cara.

Overall value for money, spacious rooms with separate living area, 2 separate pool areas never had trouble getting a bed even in July, entertainment day & night. And a short cut back entrance/exit behind the kids club which cut out a hill.

Nothing that would make me not stay again, but breakfast was quite poor, poor selection and everything was cold. Obviously up a hill and not central but we were fully aware of this and value for money outweighed this. 5mins walk to taxi rank, 10 min walk to bars/restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Free bus to beach and back. 2 bed apartment size great for our family of 4. Fabulous balcony which had the sun until after 7. We saw the sunset every night. We never had a problem finding a sun lounger. Pools were great temperature.

Hôtel immense donc impersonnel, on se sent "noyé dans la masse". Personnel distant, peu aimable. Petit déjeuner correct mais repas du soir répétitif, peu varié. Poils et cheveux dans les salles de bain et au niveau de la literie. Nous avons dû appeler la réception car nous avions été "oubliés" pour le nettoyage hebdomadaire du logement, du coup ménage tardif et bâclé.

Rooms did not get cleaned at all during the stay. No fresh towels provided. Additional charges applied for safety deposit usage and towels. Property looks a little tired.

Las piscinas y el buffet genial, además estaba limpio. Tenían un montón de actividades de animación. Me encantó el día de la barbacoa con las actuaciones.

Los apartamentos necesitarían una reforma, pero por el precio no se puede pedir más.

There is no guarantee of an early check in, check in is from 4pm, we were lucky that a room was available to us Our room was spacious and had everything we could need. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice. The second pool was where we spent our time, it was quieter than the main pool and there were always sun beds available, we were lucky that it was near our room. Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly and when we spoke to the staff about this, they were as helpful as possible. In fact, every member of staff we spoke to on the reception desk was helpful and pleasant. The children’s entertainers were fun and we’d like to especially thank David who kept our daughter and her friend thoroughly entertained during the Mexican evening.

The hotel is on top of a steep hill and whilst they provide a shuttle bus, it took us to the other end of the beach, away from where we wanted to be. It’s about a 15 minute walk down hill into the main resort and cost €7 for a taxi back. We were half board, and found dinner options to be less appealing than breakfast time, there was a lot less choice and it seemed cheaply done. If I went again I wouldn’t bother to book dinner. The main pool is extremely busy and loud. We didn’t actually get the chance to spend the day around that pool, the sunbeds all had towels on them by 9am each day, and we were a little too late. I didn’t fancy getting up super early just to claim a spot when the other pool suited us better anyway.

Pas assez de transat , dès 7h la queue pour pouvoir réserver des transats qui sont pour la plus part jamais utilisées.

Obsługa ok. Trzy baseny z ciepłą wodą. Śniadanie smaczne i różnorodne. Kolacje także. Bezproblemowa komunikacja także w języku angielskim. Darmowy bus na plażę na plus. Wieczory tematyczne z różnymi występami. Hotel na uboczu więc wszędzie daleko. Mieliśmy auto więc dla nas nie robiło to problemu.

Znalezione trzy karaluchy w ciągu 10 dni ale to podobno plaga na Kanarach więc tylko informacyjnie. Daje minus za brak napoi i kawy lub herbaty do kolacji. Za wszystkie trzeba sobie zapłacić. Chociaż woda lub herbata powinny być w cenie.

Vam oblidar un objecte personal i tot i contectar amb l’hotel vàries vegades, aquest sempre ens deia que ho recisaria i no ens tornava contesta.

Que tenia una terraza amplia y podías ir a las 3 piscinas del complejo. ( ya que la principal estaba siempre completa).

La televisión era demasiado pequeña y se oía mal.

La amabilidad del personal, tanto Elena como Héctor, son un encanto, amables, serviciales, siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos y de intentar arreglar los pequeños problemas que tuvimos con nuestro apartamento. El resto de personal también muy bien.

Apartamentos muy anticuados y estropeados, la limpieza deficiente. Ubicación, muy apartado del centro y con mucha cuesta.

Das Hotel und die Anlage war sauber und die Bedienung und Angestellten waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat 3 Pools, die genutzt werden können, und gibt einen Shuttle zum Meer, wenn man kein Auto hat.

Das Buffet der Halbpension war mittelmässig, die Auswahl war gut, aber die Qualität des Essens (Nudeln verkocht, Reis verkocht, Dessertbuffet viel zu übersüsst) liess etwas zu wünschen übrig.

The hotel is in a good location if you are willing to spend a few euros to grab a taxi and go to the main areas including the beach and shopping centres, The receptionists were very welcoming! The space was comfortable with a decent sized bedroom and living room. The room has air con meaning we were able to stay cool during the heat and that was amazing ! The kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare and enjoy a meal! The swimming pool isn’t as big and in other hotels and when it’s busy you might have to chose to go to the beach instead!

The terrace furniture was old plastic and full of pigeon poo, and so were the rails so we did not use it during our visit. A major risk to human’s health the pigeon poo. The bathroom walls, shower walls and shower base were also full of mould, having a shower meant you were breathing in the mould and it was so bad you could actually smell it, another serious health and safety issue as mould toxicity is not a joke ! We also never had the cleaners coming in during our 5 day stay, no one ever came to clean out room or give us new towels :( Not a safe place for your health !

Problemas con el aire acondicionado y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación

La struttura presentava Arredamento datato ma comunque in buone condizioni e la camera era spaziosa e avevamo anche un balconcino. Le piscine erano spaziose e l’acqua era abbastanza calda. Abbiamo usufruito della palestra che presentava i macchinari basici, ma comunque funzionali.

Sicuramente il fatto che avessimo mezza pensione, ma l’acqua non era inclusa e quindi dovevamo pagarla ogni volta non è sicuramente un punto a favore, visto anche il costo di una bottiglietta da 50 cl, inoltre gli asciugamani presenti in stanza erano solo quelli per il corpo, per richiedere quelli per la testa e la faccia/zone intime che non erano presenti, bisognava richiederle, ma da parte del personale c’era una forte opposizione ogni volta ( DA NOTATE CHE ERAVAMO 5 DONNE CON CAPELLI LUNGHI!!!). La pulizia della stanza in 8 giorni è avvenuta per 2 volte, ed è stata una pulizia superficiale. Per il resto tutto ciò che era presente all’interno dell’hotel a livello di servizi era escluso e bisognava pagare, per esempio la zona sauna, la lavanderia che purtroppo a noi non funzionava con le monete, ma da parte della reception non c’è stata una grande volontà di aiutarci, rispondendoci che funzionava in quel modo e basta; gli asciugamani per la piscina erano a pagamento 5 euro, la cassetta di sicurezza 2 euro al giorno, purtroppo non ci sembrava una mezza pensione. Anche il personale di Sala era spesso scorbutico. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: - La colazione era prevalentemente salata quindi noi che facciamo una colazione in particolare dolce, purtroppo abbiamo trovato poco a scelta e quella che c’era era ripetitiva, solo in una giornata abbiamo visto che c’era almeno il porri Huge in tutte le altre era molto zuccherata ciambelle extra dolci e surgelate piuttosto che. - La cena invece era davvero pessima, una cena da mensa. Spesso senza sapore o comunque con accostamenti particolari e soprattutto poca scelta, c’erano sempre le solite insalate i soliti salumi pasta( che sinceramente da italiani non abbiamo assaggiato) , pizza molto discutibile.

The reviews on this hotel made it seem a lot worse although my experience wasn't the best. I came here around nearly the end of July for a week. When we first came into our room. It wasn't that bad at first, it kind of felt like I was in a hospital but I didn't really mind. I saw white stains on a chair and that disgusted me. Later on in the day I realized that little tiny looking ants were crawling on my phone. I told my sisters and they thought I was joking. Later on we looked at the counter and LOADS of those tiny bugs were on the counter crawling around. I got freaked out as some were also crawling on me and I quickly sprayed them with the roach spray that comes with the room. We sprayed the whole counter and we didn't see them again thankfully. The shower is easy to use. Although sometimes while I'm showering, baby roaches come out from some where. The amount of baby roaches I had to kill, to the point where I felt guilty.. The sink is right in front of the toilet and it makes the bathroom tight in space. I put a chair in front of the door every night before going to sleep because I've heard the amount of robberies this hotel had. The breakfast is crowded, I was barely able to find a table. People bumped into me quite frequently too. The pool isn't bad but please don't go into it if you have a light colored swim suit because it absolutely destroys it, I don't know what it is but it dyes your swim suit yellow.. My favorite 2 swimsuits were destroyed and I was very upset. Not to mention the security, they don't give you bands for your wrist so anybody could literally do anything. Not to mention the lack of security cameras. I don't even think I saw a single one anywhere and if there is one, it must be in the most useless place. Do I recommend this hotel? I'm not sure.

La habitación tenía vistas a la piscina donde se hacía la animación, por lo que el ruido desde las 10am hacia difícil descansar. Teóricamente desde las 10pm debía cesar el ruido, pero no había nadie vigilando, así que seguía habiendo niños y adultos gritando. El WC estaba atascado (lo arreglaron) y las instalaciones un poco viejas Aparcar cerca era complicado sobre todo por las tardes

Le petit déjeuner à 10h car les machines à café ne fonctionnaient plus déjà à 7h30, le personnel avait trop hâte de débarrasser et mettait les gens sous pression. On ne trouvait plus un seul verre d'eau ni une cuillère!

This is our 2nd stay at the Hollywood, we stayed in 2024 it was perfect however this year the apartment we were given in the White House was not a patch in our previous one. Holes in the wall peeping out behind the chest of drawers obviously removed previous socket and left it, aircon in main bedroom leaked it was fixed quickly, a light had been removed in main bedroom and just left bare, shower in main bedroom was so scaled it had barely any flow, clearly been a flood from upstairs at some point and redecoration needs to be done on the stair well within the apartment. We moved in on the Monday for two weeks, in that time we had towels changed 3 times and the beds apart from those 3 times the cleaner didn’t show, I found this poor for a two week stay, it needs a deep clean.

We have been to his hotel three times for a meal when we have stayed in Los Cristianos previously. It was always first class with some good entertainment too. July 2026, decided to pay another visit & was so very disappointed, it has gone downhill dramatically, we always had a great meal with waiter service, everyone was well dressed and there was a great atmosphere. This time there was a help yourself buffet service, a very poor selection,, all hot meals were stone cold with very little choice of food. Most people were in their swimming attire or shorts & tee shirt, we saw someone coming back from a nearby restaurant with takeaway pizza & chips, which I’m sure was preferable to what was on offer. Unfortunately we paid for this dire experience before we realised the changes and the downward spiral the hotel has taken. It’s listed now a three star but I have only given it one star because I had to.

One of our favourite places to go. Very chilled and convenient to both the airport and all Tenerife has to offer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really good value for money in my opinion. There were lots of facilities and our room was big, well equipped and in good condition. Overall we had a great stay.

It wasn't a negative for us personally but some people might find the location tricky to manoeuvre as it's very hilly. It didn't negatively impact us, but it might be something to consider and plan ahead for if you have mobility difficulties. The hotel do offer a shuttle to the beach, they will call taxis for you if needed and there are lifts on site that worked well though which is helpful.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. We stayed in the Humphrey Bogart section so the pool there was much quieter and perfect for our toddler. There's a free shuttle bus down to beach and the reception will call you a taxi to go anywhere you need to - getting around was very easy. A few amenities on site but also close to bigger supermarkets if you're doing self catering. The cleaning staff even set up the teddies on the kids beds after cleaning, those little caring touches made the holiday a bit more magical for the kids.

They could do with a bit more space or organisation at the entertainment and breakfast as breakfast is chaos and seats are hard to get. It the same with nighttime entertainment, hard to sit near and only one barman by pool meant there were long queues to get a drink. However, the selection of food for breakfast is amazing and tasty and night time entertainment crew worked hard and were fun.

Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament 4 osobowy , 2 sypialnie oraz 2 łazienki co Nas bardzo miło zaskoczyło, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona , zresztą jak caly apartament miał wszystko co jest potrzebne, balkon a raczej taras również duży z krzesłami, stolikami oraz leżakami. Widok z tarasu na basen i ocean a móc patrzeć na zachody słońca każdego wieczoru niesamowite wrażenie. Śniadania smaczne i każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie . POLECAM

Problem zajętych leżaków przy basenie . Spędziłam tylko 3 dni korzystając z relaksu przy basenie i ok 50 procent leżaków zajętych przez" ręcznik " potrafiło byc nawet do godz 15 a człowieka brak ! Obsługa powinna takie reczniki zbierać i odkładać w jedno miejsce.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel after first being here in October 2025 and we enjoyed it even more this time round! We arrived at lunchtime so made use of the on-site luggage lockers. The cost is €2 and we stored 2 cabin suitcases and 2 under seat bags in the one locker which is great before heading down into los cristianos for some lunch. As others have mentioned, the hotel is at the top of a series of very steep hills but it is walkable or you can get the hotel's shittle bus or a taxi. Taxi's are about €5 euro from the bottom. We were fully self-catering so can't comment on the food but the bar area is good and we often had a couple of drinks here before heading out for the night. The main pool was very lively and the entertainment was good, but there are other pools that are much quieter and just as refreshing if you want to get away from the noise. Our room was great if a bit dated but it was big and clean and the air con was very welcome! We opted for a non-sea view this time and actually preferred the room layout on this visit to last time. All in all can't fault it!

Personal amable y el buffet bastante aceptable. Tienen varias piscinas que están bastante bien.

Nos pusieron el apartamento que más lejos estaba. Salir y entrar del alojamiento era una odisea. Se nota que hace falta una reforma, los muebles viejos, el baño tenía un olor desagradable a desagüe, los muebles de la cocina hinchados de humedad, paredes manchadas de las manos. El baño de la parte superior tenía un jacuzzi pero no funcionaba. Limpieza del apartamento justita. En el poco tiempo que nos alojamos matamos más de 4 cucarachas.

Buenas instalaciones, piscina, restaurantes, gimnasio y hasta un mini supermercado, todo limpio y agradable. El hotel no tiene parking propio pero es bastante sencillo aparcar por la zona y tiene un bus que lleva a la playa Las Vistas.

El sistema de aire acondicionado es pésimo, solo ventila de forma muy suave y para dias de calor intenso que puede hacer al Sur de Tenerife es terrible no disponer de Aire Acondicionado

Room was awful, musty, dull and dingey , air con useless so was boiling, cockroaches everywhere outside room, location bad. Pool areas cramped and unclean. Breakfast HORRIFIC experience ! Paper plates and cups because they'd run out and waited 10 minutes for a fork! Food cold, coffee machine ran out, dispensing hot water with a bit of milk. Absolute chaos, staff shouting at guests when bringing out plates that they'd been waiting for because they tried to take off the trolley ! No clean tables ! Would NOT recommend this hotel.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, having previously stayed here in July 2024. The location is okay for us, but is far from the beach and any large supermarkets, both being a 30-40 minute walk away. The walk to the beach is all downhill, so the journey back is all uphill. The hotel does operate a bus service to Los Cristianos. We took a taxi from the airport that cost €26. Don’t use the hotels taxi service as this appears to have set rate of €38. We arrived at around midday-ish, and were made aware by reception that early check-in is not available. Instead there are baggage storage lockers that cost €2 per use. The medium sized ones are big enough to fit one suitcase and a few rucksacks. Check-in is at 16:00, this was a smooth process. But when we arrived at our room (4201) it was still being cleaned, so we had to wait in the corridor for 15 minutes until the cleaner had finished. Our room was decent, we had a one bedroom apartment. This had two bathrooms, a kitchen (with a range of utensils), iron and ironing boarding, a large balcony, and good air con. Two things we found to be lacking in the rooms were nothing to clean the kitchen or wash our dishes with, and the fact that our bed was two single beds pushed together, which meant there was a gap in the middle. Our booking included breakfast, which was okay. A decent selection of food, but at times some of it was barely cooked and just edible, such as bacon and eggs. I think at times the cooking was rushed to keep up with demand. All the food is labelled with allergens which is handy. We did find that if you go to breakfast between 09:30 - 10:00, it was quite busy. The main pool area is a good size for the hotel, and was rarely full so didn’t get too busy. The pool was a good temperature. The bar in this area was okay, sometimes service was a bit slow. Unfortunately one day during our visit the pool area closed at 15:00 unexpectedly due to a party that evening. This was a bit annoying as we hadn’t been made aware prior to this, and didn’t seem to be invited to the party. The evening entertainment around the pool can be super loud, we could hear it in our bedroom with the doors / windows closed. This usually ended between 21:30 - 22:00. So those with young children may want rooms away from the pool. Also one day the pool area kept getting wafts of a sewage smell. The on-site shop was good, stocking all basic necessities, snacks, and drinks. Suncream was expensive here, but this tends to be the case in most shops in the canaries. A few times (night and day) we had some kids (I assume) rang our doorbell and run away. Kids will be kids, but it’s something to bear in mind if your looking to stay here. Overall our stay here was okay, but we came across a few issues, but can’t knock the price. I’m not 100% sure if we’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at ONA Hollywood Mirage. The rooms were modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The only thing we’d mention is it could do with more towels provided. Facilities are excellent — pools, gym and spa were all well kept. The food was tasty with good variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Overall a great base in Los Cristianos and we’d stay again.

After reading some mixed reviews prior to travelling I was apprehensive but delighted to say we had a wonderful.week Fantastic value for money . Spacious apartments . The staff were all.so helpful . I felt very safe in the complex. And the poolside entertainment was great. I was delighted to see the lifeguard removing towels.from. sunbeds when no people physically there. .. always enough sunbed to go around for this reason. Great location with lovely restaurant close by. If you wanted to go down to the centre a bus left from the complex on the hour.

There.was a long queue for checkin. .. which I couldn't understand as I had checked in online thw receptionstaff were very efficent . And dri3ndly but the system could be reviewed.

The only thing I could say is the lack of staff clearing tables after people finishing there breakfast and unfortunately due to some people having the mentality of not being able to eat like humans should, it did make it a little harder for the staff to clean up quicker after guests

I have just spent a wonderful week with my family in this complex. I was apprehensive prior to our holiday as I had read a lot if mixed reviews .So I wanted to provide a review based on my experience. Apartments were very spacious great air-conditioning and clean. Yes they are a bit dated but the ocean view was unreal. Staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt very safe . From the poolside entertainment to the night security everyone was so professional.and friendly. The lifeguard had a no nonsense approach to sunbed hoggers. If your not on your sunbed your towel is removed which was so refreshing.. It was fantastic value for money. Breakfast was good. Location is on a hill but there is a complimentary bus hourly to bring you down town. We found a lot of really nice restaurants locally also. My onmy complaint was the queue for checking in. I had already checked in online so I would like.managment to look at this system. Reception staff were efficient and friendly but the wait was tieing to check in. Overall we had a wonderful.week.and will.def be back.

El buffet de desayuno un desastre. Mesas sucias, no dan repuesto la comida y constantemente faltan cubiertos o platos. El café es algo que no se puede ni llamar café. Polvos mezclados con agua que tiene un sabor horroroso. Si quieres un café de máquina te cobran 2,5 euros.

If you’re looking for a good family hotel, this is definitely worth considering. The pool area is clean, spacious, and there’s plenty of room to swim. It was also surprisingly easy to find a sunbed, although if you’re planning to spend the whole day by the pool, it’s worth getting there when it opens to guarantee yourself a bed and a parasol. The kids’ entertainment is excellent. The animation team run activities every couple of hours, and they’re genuinely good fun. They’re entertaining for the adults too, especially as you’re often encouraged to join in. I somehow ended up dressed as a mermaid for one of the challenges! If you don’t mind the socks-and-sandals brigade, you’ll fit right in. The staff were all very friendly. I always try to speak Spanish when I’m abroad, but around 90% of the staff spoke excellent English. The rooms were probably the weakest part of the stay. They’re clean and have everything you need for a self-catering holiday, but they’re definitely looking tired. Our bathroom taps were loose on the wall, and the TV in the apartment didn’t work (not that we were planning on watching it). We also had a couple of uninvited insect visitors, but in a hot country that’s to be expected and certainly wasn’t a deal-breaker. There’s a supermarket on site which stocks pretty much everything you need for breakfasts, lunches, or evening meals if you’re self-catering. Breakfast offered a great selection, but the quality was fairly average. If you’re a coffee lover, I’d avoid the machines unless you enjoy warm milk with a hint of coffee. If you’re heading out in the evenings, Los Cristianos is pleasant enough but feels a little dated and has a traditional “kiss me quick” seaside resort atmosphere. If you’re after a livelier night out with plenty of bars, restaurants and a real buzz, Las Américas is the better choice. You can easily walk downhill into Los Cristianos, but I’d strongly recommend getting a taxi back. It’s nicknamed “Cardiac Hill” for a reason, and the €5 taxi fare is money well spent. If you are confident driver. I’d suggest renting a car, that way you can see the sights that Tenerife has to offer. It’s way cheaper than tours and transfers to the airport. Overall, we had a great stay. It’s in a good location, makes an excellent base for exploring the area, and is a fantastic choice for families. We’d happily recommend it.

Rooms very outdated fold out couch was filthy the bedding was dirty. The bath and sinks had lines of dirt. Doors wouldn't close properly upstairs. Our kids were having a sleep late one morning when a man and child entered our room as the hotel somehow gave them keys. Poolside food served me raw chicken burger lucky I cut it in have before eating it. This is rated a 4 star it should be 2.

Stayed here for 4 nights to centre a visit around a visit up Mt Teide with my 11 yr old. She loved the main pool and we always found a lounger with no issues and spent a day or two relaxing. Life guards on duty and plenty of organised activity to ignore or join in as you wish. Accommodation was simple but clean and the terrace big, we overlooked the second “quiet” pool. The venue is right on the outer edge of the town (to me this is a bonus as it’s quieter) and up a hill. This didn’t bother us and we walked down and back a couple of nights without much bother. Others might prefer a taxi. The reception staff we helpful and friendly sorting taxis and advice to Siam Park and giving clear help with using lockers (€2 coin) to store our cases for the day of check out til our late evening flight. We were able to use the wellness centre showers after check out and a day by the pool. Clearer and in advance notice of the restaurant and early pool closure for their Mexican themed evening do would have been appreciated so I could have made alternative plans with more notice.

El desayuno buffet porque no reponían muchas cosas que se terminaban o tardaban mucho en hacerlo, no había organización, te tropezabas con la gente continuamente, los cubiertos y los platos se acababan y tardaban en reponerlos, no habían cosas básicas como tomates, kiwis. La hora de entrada demasiado tarde y el complejo no estaba al 100%de ocupación con lo cual habían apartamentos libres y limpios que no ofrecen.

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, duży przestronny apartament,duży taras z widokiem na ocean. Czysto, jedzenie bardzo dobre. Plusem jest bezpłatny dostęp do siłowni. Fantastycznie przygotowana kolacja przy basenie z pokazem tańca.

Just back from a week stay in the Hollywood mirage. We were a bit apprehensive reading some of the negative reviews but honestly we could not fault the hotel. Yes the location isn't the most ideal but the shuttle bus runs every hour and taxis are quite reasonable. Our apartment was lovely. The hotel is very well kept. We had breakfast included. Yes it can get busy but the food was absolutely fine. Plenty to choose from and variation for kids. We found the entertainment great at pool 1. We really enjoyed the foam party and gladiator family fight 😅. Very handy having the supermarket on site. Overall we had a great time and would definately return!

Breakfast is complete chaos not enough seating and no cutlery to eat your food with once you get it and find a seat which takes about 20 minutes.

My partner and I spent a week at this hotel and overall had an enjoyable stay. The room itself was very clean, and I couldn't fault the facilities. The complex has three pools available — the main pool is lively, with daily activities perfect for younger kids, plus a bar right beside it, while the other two pools are quieter and better suited for adults looking to relax. **Breakfast:** I'd highly recommend adding the buffet breakfast to your stay — it's excellent value for money. There was a huge spread of food, including fresh rolls, a range of meats, fresh fruit, and hot breakfast options. Honestly, there was something for everyone. **Staff:** Unfortunately, the staff in general were unfriendly and unwilling to help. Some of the reception staff were short and blunt when we asked about using the safe to store our valuables. The bar staff were similarly unhelpful — when we asked what cocktails were available, the bartender simply pointed at a QR code and gestured for us to look it up ourselves, without saying a word. **Location:** Aside from the staff, my only other complaint is the hotel's location. There are a lot of hills between the hotel and the beach/strip where the restaurants and shops are located. There is a shuttle bus, but it only runs a couple of times a day. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for older guests or anyone with limited mobility, as the hills are tiring to climb, especially in the heat. **Early check-in and luggage storage:** Our flight arrived early, so we got to the hotel around 11am for check-in. We understood the room wouldn't be ready yet, and the staff made that clear (if a little unenthusiastically). However, rather than storing our bags as a courtesy — which most hotels do — they directed us to a locker room in a separate building, where we had to pay €2 to use a small locker. To make matters worse, if we opened the locker to grab something for the pool later in the day, we had to pay another €2 to use it again. This felt like an unnecessary inconvenience for something hotels typically offer for free.
