We waren er 2 nachten om het toeristische deel van Tenerife te beleven. Het is er druk, bedjes dicht op elkaar bij het zwembad. Niet ons ding, maar dat zegt meer over ons dan het hotel.

Destaco especialmente la excelente atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, el bufé ofrece mucha variedad y calidad, y la ubicación del hotel es sencillamente inmejorable. Siempre repetimos desde hace varios años.

Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Personal stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gute zentrale Lage.

Für den Tresor muss zusätzlich eine Miete pro Tag bezahlt werden. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte der Tresor im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein.

Il primo giorno, dopo il check-in, siamo saliti in camera a cambiarci e siamo usciti a visitare la zona. Durante la nostra assenza il personale è entrato in camera per lasciarci un messaggio di benvenuto. Al rientro abbiamo trovato il biglietto, ma la nostra scatola portagioielli era sparita. Il contenuto era per lo più composto da regali ricevuti nel tempo, quindi alto valore affettivo ed economico. Altrettanto grave è stata la gestione: ci dicevano spesso “le faremo sapere”, ci hanno dato false informazioni circa la presentazione della denuncia e aspettavano solo la fine del nostro soggiorno per liquidarci. Prima di partire ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero contattati se l’avessero ritrovata ma premetto che non si sono interessati neanche sull’aspetto della scatola o di cosa dovevano ritrovare, piu volte ci hanno detto che il direttore sarebbe arrivato lunedì ma poi lunedì ci hanno detto che non c’è e che non potevano fare nulla. Soggiorno rovinato e tempo perso inutilmente senza una reale empatia verso l’accaduto. Sconsigliamo di lasciare oggetti di qualsiasi valore in camera ma anche di soggiornare. La titolatura “adults only” è misleading nel senso che la fascia di etá è superiore ai 60.

Aussen-/Poolanlage; direkt an der Strandpromenade, aber nicht mitten zwischen den Restaurants gelegen; im Zimmer fehlt es an nichts (Kosmetik, Bademantel/-schuhe, Pooltuch, Kühlschrank/Safe, mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl); auch mittags noch Plätze am Pool erhältlich (Anfang September), welcher zudem erst nach der Reinigung ab 08:30 betreten werden durfte; grosses Frühstücksbuffet inkl. mehreren Köchen für Pancakes/Toast; saubere Zimmer und Anlage generell

Jeden Abend nach dem Abendessen-Buffet bis ca. 23:00 Uhr Live-Musik im hauseigenen Restaurant und meistens "alte" Musik (z.B. ABBA und andere Musik, welche eher meine Grosseltern hören würden) => Geschmackssache

An oasis of peacefullness, kindess of people and aesthetic elegance in the chaos of Los Cristianos ;) We really appreciated the style and comfort of this hotel - adult only, which was an important factor of overall calmness and vibe. The great aromas / perfumes all around the hotel, surprisingly great! Small but nice swimming pool with enough sunbeds for all. Breakfast and dinner buffet were just splendid, plenty of choice.

We did not like Los Cristianos overall as a place: in our opinion, the town is kind of tacky / not curated, lots of weird people, no beauty around (the sea is nice - but it s a port town!) So, the H10 Hotel is really an exception within this place, like a pearl is a not-so-nice context.

El bufet de desayuno estaba muy bien servido y era muy completo, la amabilidad del personal y lo mejor es que estuviera junto al paseo marítimo, Una noche cenamos en el hotel y el bufet no nos gusto demasiado y un poco caro por los precios que se come en la zona.

Que se pudiera regular el aire acondicionado, pues era muy justito y apenas enfriaba, menos mal que por la noche se podía dormir sin el con la puerta del balcón abierta

The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from Los Cristianos Beach. The food selection was diverse and generous, with themed buffet dinners changing every evening, including Spanish, Chinese, and English cuisine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not ultra-modern, it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. A thoughtful touch is the option to purchase a reusable thermos bottle for €4, which can be refilled free of charge with still or sparkling water 24/7. The swimming pool was always clean and inviting, and the hotel also provides towels for use at the pool or on the beach, which is very convenient.

E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole: ottima posizione e comodità per uscire a piedi sul lungomare a passeggiare ed anche per taxi e bus; colazione e cena di qualità e con molta scelta; stanza comoda e sempre pulita (Pamela letteralmente fantastica!).

El hotel, es un hotel pequeño pero completo tiene de todo. La cocina excelente. Todo limpio y el Personal muy atento.

La piscina es pequeña para toda la gente que hay y no mantenía una temperatura muy fresca. Pero entiendo que tampoco tiene para donde crecer. Así que para el espacio real que tiene la propiedad está muy bien distribuido.

Hotel muy tranquilo. El buffet está bastante bien y hay variedad en las cenas. Hubo noches dedicadas a diferentes gastronomías, por ejemplo burritos, hamburguesas o pasta, entre otras.

Almohadas incómodas. Limpieza mejorable. Cobran el agua a 3€ 0.5L en las cenas con media pensión. El secador de pelo es de baja calidad.

Todo el servicio amabilísimo y siempre atentos.

Breakfast was always varied and plentiful. We were room and breakfast only but a lot of people were half board which looked to be good value. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

Нам пришлось выехать из отеля сразу же после прибытия. Нет выхода к пляжу, выход на скалы. Очень маленький, микро бассейн и возле него весь отель. Деньги за проживание не возвращают. Был испорчен отдых.

Las almohadas, no dormi nada por esa razón, son muy duras .

Obiekt położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu, blisko morza. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, rano i wieczorem mogliśmy słuchać szumu morza. Smaczne posiłki mogliśmy spożywać na zewnątrz z widokiem na morze, wśród palm. Obsługa bardzo miła, a zwłaszcza pan w recepcji, podczas meldowania był serdeczny.

Enige minpuntje: het laatste half uur van het ontbijt wordt je bijna weggekeken. Echt welkom voel je je dan ook niet meer. Wordt niet gezegd maar je voelt het aan de blikken die jouw kant opkomen maar telkens nét oogcontact vermijden. Ik zou zeggen: lach eens een keertje, dat maakt het werk ook een stuk leuker. Men begint al taakgericht met dekken van dinertafels: erg onrustig om je heen. Als ontbijt tot 10.00 uur is, laat mensen dan even tot 10.00 met rust. Als ze erna alle tafels in één keer zouden opruimen en dekken voor diner, zou dat veel efficiënter verlopen.

Location is good, the staff is lovely (💕), and the rooms were very clean.

The quality of food at breakfast did not match a 4* hotel. The juices tasted like chemicals, the mushrooms like they have not been washed from the can, and the coffee machines are not great. Also, we chose “adult only” to get peace and quiet, and yet through the day and late into the night there was “entertainment”, which i did not ask for. The music is sooo loud. Honestly, i did not go on a cruise ship, or a resort, i went to a hotel, which i payed extra for it to be quiet, so i expect to be able to sleep and rest, and not wait past 23:00 until the program is “done”. The price does not match the overall quality. 175€ a night is truly excessive. 120-125 at best would be its true value.

Három fajta párna, hogy mindenki megtalálja a neki való legkényelmesebbet. Tengerre néző szobát kértünk, csak gyalogos forgalom volt a hotelnek azon az oldalán, így valóban csak az óceán morajlását hallottuk éjszaka. Csendes reggelekre ébredtünk, a hotel személyzete, karbantartók munkája zaj nélkül dolgoztak. Az udvari medence tisztasága kifogástalan volt és a körülötte lévő pihenő rész is.

Mi a jól átsült-átfőtt, húsokat szeretjük, ebben nem igazán volt szerencsénk, de minden más rendben volt az étkezésekkel, például kávégépek előtt nem volt sorban állás, egyszerűen kezelhetőek, gyorsak voltak.

Pagas 3€ por una botella de ahí rellena le en la cena, el bufet de la cena no era lo que esperaba, mw hubiese gustado más variedad, lo del agua me parece bastante mal, si al desayuno hay agua es lógico que a la cena también, otra cosa es que quieras otras bebidas

Food is fair but nothing special. Quality is low but selection is ok. Staff doesnt speak English. No one speaks good enough English really for a hotel. We asked a spoon from the waiter called Jose and he educated us that we need to say good evening first. No, we dont if we are already sitting in a restaurant and a waiter is around and we ask something. He should have though when he saw new guests sitting down and maybe also if we need anything. Or maybe he should learn English first as a staff working in a hotel instead of educating guests. Cleaners are shouting to each other in front of the room in the morning which is annoying. They enter when the sign ‘not to enter’ is on the door. In the mornings we had to wake up for the noise made by waiters setting up tables for breakfast. And this was on the 7th floor, the highest so bellow that it must be even more disturbing.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut.

Dass das Essen per Buffet mit Selbstbedienung serviert wurde, haben wir bisher in dieser Preisklasse nicht erlebt. Da wir meist in Italien Urlaub machen, ist die Bedienung mit Kellnern und Auswahl des Abendessens am Abend zuvor üblich. Lediglich Vorspeisen und Dessert werden in Buffetform angeboten. Wirklich schlecht war der Cappucino vom Automaten. Er war sehr süß. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, das läge an der süßen Milch, die der Automat nutzt. Der Automat wird wohl mit einem süßen Michpulver statt mit Milch gefüllt, um Geld zu sparen. Man verwies mich auf den Kaffee "amerikano", dem könne man ja dann Milch zugeben. Da amerikanischer Kaffee , auch der im Automat, bekanntlich sehr schwach und ohne Geschmack ist. war der Urlaub in diesem Hotel nicht sehr befriedigend. Wir tranken deshalbTee, was wir zuhause nicht tun.,

Une horreur il y avait des bêtes j’ai était déclassé la dernière nuit au bout de 3 demandes car il y avait des termites dans les lits j’exige le remboursement (voir photo). De même il est important d’avertir qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel pour les 3eme âges

solidne śniadanie choć bez rewelacji. Zjadłem jajka sadzone, dobry chleb, różne sery i trochę owoców. Nie ma do czego się doczepić choć nie wróciłbym do niego dla śniadań, wróciłbym dla lokalizacji. Smaczna kawa na śniadaniu. Kolacja solidna w formie bufetu w dobrej cenie. Zjadłem bardzo smaczne smażone ryby, a na deser wyborne ciasta i lody.

łóżka są trochę za miękkie, mało stabilne. Jedno bardzo jasne światło w łazience, brak małego oświetlenia na wieczór i nocne wstawanie. Reszta była ok jak na zapłaconą cenę.
