Very disappointing stay. During our stay we noticed a bug on the bed, and after returning home my friend was covered in bites. A chemist confirmed the bites were from bed bugs, leaving us worried about potentially bringing them home in our luggage. There was also a serious gas issue. We could smell something when we arrived but didn’t realise it was gas. The cooker had been left switched on despite us not using it, and we were later incorrectly blamed for leaving it on. The pool area was also dirty, with ants around the pool. We contacted the accommodation about these issues but received no response. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel other guests should be aware.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Proche de la cote. Appartement vue mer bien propre avec des vue sur le cap Nuno et soleil sur la terrasse presque jusqu'au coucher, spacieux, bonne climatisation.
Plus de places de parking disponible (ayant réservé depuis un an je ne savais plus qu'il fallait appeler pour bloquer la place) mais bon conseils du réceptionniste pour décharger et trouver une place. Il a fallu attendre le réceptionniste qui n'était pas là à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de bruit sur la terrasse venant du Millénium bar en face jusque tard le soir, mais le multiple vitrage est un isolant efficace si on met la climatisation et qu'on reste dedans.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Os funcionários atenderam aos nossos pedidos e foram bastantes simpáticos. A localização e limpeza também foram boas. Trocaram as toalhas e lençóis regularmente, esse foi um ponto forte. Geralmente, não tínhamos dificuldade em encontrar estacionamento, nas ruas à volta.
O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, pedimos uma ventoinha e providenciaram uma, e fez toda a diferença senão não conseguiríamos ficar a dormir do quarto. Para termos uma temperatura aceitável no quarto tínhamos de esfriar tanto a sala que os miúdos não conseguiam suportar o frio na sala, visto que o ar condicionado estava na sala juntamente com os nossos filhos a dormirem no sofá cama. A cozinha tem o básico, e como fizemos muitas refeições no apartamento sentimos falta de alguns utensílios, Éramos 4 pessoas, pedi uma panela maior, que nos foi entregue. Ouvia-se tudo entre todos os apartamentos. Soubemos que no próximo ano iriam renovar outro piso.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026L’appartamento ha diversi aspetti negativi che hanno reso il soggiorno molto poco piacevole. Si trova al 4° piano senza ascensore, cosa che sarebbe importante specificare chiaramente nell’annuncio. Durante la permanenza, mentre stavo semplicemente cucinando, è partito l’allarme antincendio, con un suono fortissimo e continuo che non smetteva. Una situazione davvero molto fastidiosa e poco gestibile. Il problema più grave, però, è stato il parcheggio. Al momento della prenotazione era indicato 1 posto auto, ma una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che non era disponibile e che potevamo tranquillamente parcheggiare in strada, assicurandoci che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Il giorno successivo, invece, la polizia ci ha rimosso la macchina e abbiamo ricevuto una multa di 200 €. Nei giorni successivi abbiamo perso anche circa due ore al giorno per cercare parcheggio nelle zone vicine.

Las instalaciones son antiguas, pero todo muy comodo, teniamos lo necesario para pasar un par de días. La piscina muy bien, el bar de la piscina tambien y el personal muy amable!! Nos lo pasamos genial!

La piscine n’était pas propre ce qui explique pourquoi il n’y avait personne dedans et pas de cafetière dans le logement alors que c’était pourtant notifié. Logement bruyant la nuit, il faut dormir avec des boules quies.

The only disadvantage was the absence of a lift; however, the staff assured us that this issue was being addressed, as there is a three-year waiting list for obtaining the necessary permits.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026El apartamento que tuvimos para 4 personas estaba reformado. Era muy chulo y cómodo. Tienen una caja con código con otro juego de llaves, lo que facilita el acceso en caso de ser un grupo.
No hay ascensor. El agua de la piscina tenía mucho cloro y no era agradable sobretodo por el picor de ojos.

No hay ascensor. Falta sombra en la zona de hamacas de la piscina.

As camas individuais dos quartos tinham rodas, quem quer dormir em casal não é bom porque elas separam-se. Havia poucos utensílios de cozinha. Estivemos hospedados 6 dias e as toalhas de banho só foram trocadas 1x. E o pano de cozinha foi o mesmo do início ao fim.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile fin dal nostro arrivo. La stanza era profumata, pulita e curata nei dettagli, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Un altro punto molto positivo è stato poter avere l’appartamento già disponibile alle 10 del mattino, comodissimo dopo il viaggio. Inoltre, anche dopo il check-out, ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia e lasciare/sistemare le valigie da loro, un servizio davvero utile e molto apprezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la loro attenzione verso gli ospiti: ci hanno persino fornito un ombrellone, gesto semplice ma davvero gradito. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliato!

Er komen zowel jonge en oudere locals dus je zit tussen de Spanjaarden. Zwembad is zalig. Op loop afstand leuk strand Es Pinet en supermarkt op de hoek. Onder het complex n auto verhuurbedrijf. Erg vriendelijk personeel!
