Rezeptionistin waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker und großes Angebot. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.

Leider war die Sauberkeit im Bad/WC nicht gut. Fernseher sehr alt. Haartrockner sehr alt und schwach zum Trocknen von langen Haaren.

Well, the view from the rooms is good only from the 2nd floor and only towards the swimming pool. Other rooms have a HORRIBLE view — our first room had a view of the garbage area, and our first day in Bodrum was really disappointing. The hotel is very old, and the carpet on the floor is dirty everywhere, like somebody was killed there. Also, the photos on Booking.com do not match reality at all — the rooms look completely different from what is advertised. Housekeeping never changed the soap in our room during our stay. The breakfast was also disappointing: food started running out already by 9–9:30 AM, and everything that was left was swimming in oil.

The location is excellent, right in front of the sea, with access to sun loungers, parasols and bar service. The area is also very convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the same street as the hotel, as well as many supermarkets nearby. It is a peaceful area while still having everything you need within easy reach. The hotel has excellent facilities overall, and the entire team was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Naz, who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and was always willing to help. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were just a few small points that we felt could be improved. We found the mattress a little too soft and, for a longer stay, this became slightly less comfortable. The pillows could also be a little more comfortable. The breakfast was very well served, with a good variety of food. We only missed having a few options such as juices and yoghurt. Regarding the drinks, Turkish tea and hot drinks from the machine, such as espresso and cappuccino, were available. Perhaps offering a few more drink options or improving the quality of the machine-made drinks would be a nice addition.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était propre et agréable. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à la réceptionniste, qui était formidable, très gentille, accueillante et toujours serviable. Son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Un séjour merveilleux dans un véritable havre de paix. Un immense merci à Naz, exceptionnelle par sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Dès avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour, elle a été aux petits soins. Un simple WhatsApp suffisait pour répondre à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire. Grâce à ses conseils, nous avons également découvert une magnifique excursion et passé une journée inoubliable dans des baies aux eaux turquoise et cristallines. Mention spéciale au Chef pour les petits-déjeuners copieux et délicieux, étant une grande fan de champignons 🍄, je me suis régalée chaque matin avec à chaque fois une préparation différente. Un endroit paisible, magnifique et chaleureux, où l’on se sent vraiment bien. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite. Merci pour tout ❤️

Öncelikle çalışan herkes yardım sever ve kibardı. Kendi plaj’ı ve havuz’u olması bizce çok konforluydu. Sabah kahvaltıları bol çeşitli ve gayet yeterliydi. Odalar temiz ve balkon çok keyifliydi. Hotel konum olarak güzel yerde. yürüme mesafesinde cafe, restaurant , ve market bulunuyor. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Klimanın yeri kötüydü direk yatak hizasında olduğu için bizi hasta eder korkusuyla çok kullanamadık ve sıcakdı.

Denize sıfır bu büyük konfor. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı da iyiydi.. sadece çocuklar için içecek koymanız lazım. 7 yaşındaki yeğenim için oda- kahvaltı parası ödedik ama kahvaltıda hiç bişey içemedi hep parayla aldık bardan. O zaman çocuklara para almayın lütfen.

Ciddi temizlik sorunu var. Oda, teslim aldığımda temiz değildi. Klozette çiş lekeleri vardı, duşta traş bıçağı kapağı filan vardı, koridordaki halı leş gibi ve izbe bi yer izlenimi veriyor, fotoğrafı ekledim. Bence temizlik personeli sayısını artırmaları lazım yetişemedikleri için temizlik zaafı oluştuğunu düşünüyorum. Sıfır ses yalıtımı , yan odalardan çok ses geliyor.. Bardaki yemeklerde iyi değil. Kıyma tanelerinin seçerek konduğu lahmacunu da fotoğraflara ekledim.

The location is very good, a two minute walk from the bus station that takes you to Bodrum. The pool is gorgeous and the beach is also very nice.

The breakfast could definitely be improved, since they don't offer any pastries or anything sweet besides pancakes. The rooms could be cleaned better and the door to the balcony was quite old. The carpet in the hallway should really be changed, it is very dirty.

Frühstück und Standort. Personal an der Rezeption war höflich und hilfsbereit.

Es wurde nie richtig geputzt. Die Bettdecken waren direkt am ersten Tag verschmutzt, bevor wir ankamen. Die Duschtür funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, das habe ich selber reparieren müssen. Service ist sehr langsam, haben fast 1 Stunde auf neue Handtücher und Bettdecken warten müssen. Aber was uns am meisten gestört hatte, das kalte Wasser. Es gab ein Problem mit der Beheizung des Wassers bei der Dusche. Ich musste mein Baby unten im Keller bei den Personalduschen abduschen, weil wir 3 Tage kein warmes Wasser hatten.

The staff were amazing. Naz looked after everything we needed. We could contact her on WhatsApp with questions and she came straight back to us each time. Great for recommendations etc.

Das einzig gute war wirklich, dass es direkt am Strand war. Die Mitarbeiterin „Naz“ war wirklich 24/7 für uns da!

Das Frühstück war miserabel. Es wurde fast nie was aufgefüllt und es war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück geht nur bis 10:00 Uhr und es wird pünktlich abgeräumt. Die Zimmer wurden geputzt aber wirklich nur so drüber. Toiletten Papier mussten wir uns jedes Mal holen gehen, der Boden hat extrem gerochen als wäre das Wasser paar Tage alt. Wir mussten über den Boden wischen damit es nicht mehr riecht.

Leider nichts.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt alt und teilweise ungepflegt, auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich musste sogar das Zimmer wechseln, da aus dem Schacht unangenehme Gerüche kamen. Von Komfort und einer schönen Atmosphäre kann leider keine Rede sein. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich

Tolle Lage und Umgebung, gut ausgestattetes Hotel, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal (insbesondere Naz und Team), direktes und unkompliziertes Eingehen auf unsere Wünsche, entspannte Atmosphäre, angenehme Hotelgäste, gutes und umfangreiches (türkisches) Frühstück, direkt angrenzender Strand sowie Garten.

Alles war gut, die Sonnenschirme am Strand könnten etwas größer sein, um wirklich ausreichend Schatten zu spenden.

Perfect location and beautiful environment. Everyone was so friendly, especially Naz, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She contacted us before arrival to reassure us that everything was ready and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The rooms very cute, we had the best sea view and pool view, the pools big, the breakfast is delicious as well as ther dinner on the beach!

One small improvement would be to make access easier for guests with a baby and pram, for example by providing clearer guidance or assistance with the stairs, as it was a bit challenging at times.

A wonderful stay at Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel’s beachfront location is beautiful, the sea is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A very enjoyable experience and definitely a place I’d be happy to return to.

Отдыхом остались довольны.За свои деньги очень хорошая гостиница . Приятный персонал ,особенно Хочу отметить русскоговорящую девушку на ресепшене .Всегда расскажет все ,подскажет ! Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте !Рядом автобусная остановка и такси. . Что касается пляжа и моря )Отдыхали с 27 июля по 1 августа )море было очень холодное )))31 числа оно стало на 2 градуса теплее ) пляж тихий спокойный нет громкой музыки и движа)кто выбирает спокойный отдых смело выбирайте битез )

P.s но уже можно было бы сделать ремонт )обновить номера

Great beachfront location, clean rooms, relaxed atmosphere. Exceptionally attentive and welcoming staff, especially Nazima who made our stay at the property pleasant and comfortable.

Very very poor internet connection. Very short breakfast options. Guests were smoking literally everywhere, it’s very disgusting if you don’t smoke, specially if you travel with kids.

Great stay, the hotel has a very convenient location with direct sea view and close to taxi station in case you dont have a car. Special mention to Naz who was incredibly nice to us and very helpful.

Pool hours are short

Staff were incredible (special thanks to Naz, Caglar and Nilay). Initial room was a bit small but they were able to accommodate a switch. It had a very authentic feel. Great bar! Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Loved it!

Property was wonderful. Only critique is that the carpet in the hallway was out dated.

Beach is steeds vol en na 16.30 uur kan je niemand vinden om te bestellen. Ontbijt is matig, extra’s zijn absurd duur. Kamers zijn kleiner dan je ziet of verbeeld. Heel veel gedateerd in het gebouw. Ergste is de lucht van gegrilde vis die in het gebouw 7/24 hangt.

As soon as entering Costa Bitezhan we were welcomed with smiles! Staff was so kind and help us with multiple things we needed. Hotel was cozy, clean, and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of options to enjoy like fresh vegetables, breads, eggs, and coffee. There was always space to enjoy the beach on complementary sun loungers. Bitez is a great area for family, friends, and fun. Ubers are affordable and safe to use to get to Marina and airport. Thank you to Naz for being 24/7 on WhatsApp and helped us girls with everything we needed for our trip. Naz organised our shuttles to the hotel and they were waiting to pick me up on time even though my flight arrived early. Special thanks to Deniz for always having a smile and making us feel welcome.

The staff were amazing and always willing to help. Naz in particular was a star and her communication was excellent! The pool and beach space was clean and had sufficient shading and was always kept clean.

The rooms are a bit old and smelt of smoke, and the hallway was dirty. However the bedding and towels were always clean and fresh each day.

It’s a very nice location and place. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially for the families i highly recommend. The only bad part they don’t have elevators and ramps in the entrance. There is only one level you should be call bell boy or carry your luggage .

The location of the hotel is fantastic with the beach literally just a step away from the hotel. Breakfast selection is excellent. I would like to thank the staff personally: Mr Recep, Mrs Sultan, Mrs Özlem, Mr Deniz, Mr Çağlar and Mr Rıdvan for their attention and care. We were very content with the hotel and we are waiting with excitement to come back here next year too!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Recep Bey und Sultan Hanım. Beide haben sich außergewöhnlich um uns und unsere Familie gekümmert. Ihre Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man hat jederzeit gespürt, dass das Wohl der Gäste für sie an erster Stelle steht. Egal bei welchem Anliegen – sie waren immer da, freundlich, professionell und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, especially thanks to Nazima. I accidentally booked the wrong dates through Booking.com, and even though the reservation couldn’t be changed through the platform, she went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was sorted out. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her guests. Her exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and the beachfront location made the stay even more special with beautiful views and easy access to the sea. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Costa Bitez Bodrum to anyone visiting Bodrum. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable holiday!

What an amazing warm Welcome from Naz and Denis to start our stay, thank you. A lovely spot right on the beach. We wished we had booked to stay longer here.

-Our stay in Costa bitezhan was great due to its convenient location, which made it easy to reach most locations within a reasonable time period, given that we had a car. -The pool size was decent and so was the private beach area which elevated our stay. -The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Naz at the reception who upgraded us to a better room upon our arrival and made sure everything went smooth and comfortably which made the overall experience much better. -The breakfast was nice and had quite the variety, with a spacious dining area around the pool.

- Even though the room was comfortable and convenient some amenities were abit worn out, and needed small improvements but nothing that bothersome so didn’t sense the urgency to report it to the hotel. We were not requesting room cleaning everyday however the minimal times that we did ,I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all as there was a noticeable stain, which wasn’t something major though, however towels were changed and the room was organized well each time to say the least. So No free dedicated parking space which was already mentioned, however I managed to find parking easily around the hotel at most times and wasn’t that far or inconvenient.

My Stay was Lovely, I arrived pretty early but they made me feel comfortable before I could check in. Was and the rest of the team were amazing and very responsive. I think if you are travelling with kids it would be a wonderful stay as it is family friendly.

House keeping could be better. It feels a bit dated and needs some maintenance work.

Lovely, quiet hotel at the end of the bay. We were lucky to be given a room upgrade to a seaview balcony room and complementary drinks while we waited for it to be prepared. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. A lovely clean pool.

Minor issue..If you were not early for breakfast, there wasn't always as much choice. Rooms not very soundproof.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen. An erster Stelle möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche Personal hervorheben. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und herzlich. Auch die Gäste vor Ort waren sehr respektvoll, wodurch man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft schön und trägt sehr dazu bei, dass man dort richtig entspannen kann. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Man kann im Hotel zum Beispiel mittags oder abends Gerichte bestellen, und das zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Ein großes Hauptgericht kostet umgerechnet etwa 10 Euro, wird frisch zubereitet, ist sättigend und schmeckt hervorragend. Das Frühstück war bei uns im Preis enthalten und mehr als ausreichend. Besonders positiv ist uns außerdem aufgefallen, wie liebevoll das Personal auch mit den Straßentieren umgeht. Sie kümmern sich um sie und stellen ihnen frisches Wasser hin, was wir sehr schön fanden. Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Hotel zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
