Pool fantastic. Apt and rooms have great space. Shower was outstanding. Gardens were beautiful and compliments to the grounds keepers. Also housekeeping.

Beds need attention. No comfortable. No microwave. No toaster not acceptable for self catering. Cannot flush toilet paper.

Endroit très paisible et bien entretenu, magnifique piscine, appartement tout confort, bar de la piscine parfait pour boire un verre ou faire manger les enfants en cas de petite faim. Plage proche (pas la plus belle mais pratique surtout avec des enfants car on a pied longtemps).

Le bar pour déjeuner ou se restaurer sur place n etait pas ouvert le matin pour un petit déjeuner en famille et restauration midi ou soir inexistante

Location

We stayed at Dorman Suites in Bitez, Bodrum for 10 days. While we really enjoyed the common areas—especially the pool and the beautiful garden—the suite itself did not quite meet our expectations. The room had a noticeable cigarette smell, the furniture felt rather dated, and the interior was much darker than it appeared in the photos on Booking.com. As a result, we felt that the suite did not fully correspond to the impression given by the listing.

We absolutely loved this place. It’s a very well-maintained facility, the location is excellent, and having parking is a big plus. Everything inside the suite has been thought out in great detail. The staff are very attentive and respond quickly to all your needs. It’s a very peaceful place, and every time we visit, we now plan to stay here.

Spacious flat overlooking the pool. It was also very calm as it was on top of the hill away from crowds. Despite this a short walk down to the beach and you would be within the hustle and bustle so it was perfect. The grounds were beautifully kept, architecturally pleasing and just gave off a calming vibe. Last and probably the best part of our stay - the chef, Oti, was UNBELIEVABLE! Made our stay with his food and thoughtfulness - great guy and also was the waiter, bartender, he did it all!

Property is a bit tight with offering toilet paper, had to keep same pool and shower towels for the whole stay (9nights) which felt a bit like overkill.

Meets the expectations. Pictures match the real room and area. Strongly recommended !

Pool was excellent, subbed comfortable. Size of accommodation good. Bar staff friendly. Gardens lovely.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped - 4plates, 4mugs and plastic glasses plus cutlery but no tea spoons, cooking equipment. We did wonder why you needed a dishwasher as there was nothing to put in it! Apartments were not cleaned whilst we were there. Random changes of towels. The double bedrooms in both apartments looked onto a brick wall and apartments were dark. Grounds at night were dark and in some areas dangerous due to being unlit. We couldn’t understand why as there were large lights but they were not on.

Loved the property. Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size. My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool. On the whole it was a great place to stay.

The room was very spacious for two, the balcony view was lovely but what stood out was probably the pool area, situated at the centre of the hotel - it is stunning. The staff were also incredibly attentive and kind. The additional food and drinks we ordered from the hotel menu was tasty too.

The only thing I would feedback for improvement is having a more diversified breakfast offering. We were there for breakfast 5 times but would have loved a bit more variety as it became a bit of the same after a while.

Location, size of the apartment. Cleanliness.

For us it was ideally situated at the Marina end of Bitez but still close enough to the centre for shopping and eating out although there is a short downhill/ uphill walk to the place. We managed it easily enough but progress was slower if it was too hot outside. There was private secured parking for the car and the key card opened the 3 doors/gates to the place. Security was extremely good and the whole area was covered by cameras monitored by reception and it felt very safe. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated with hanging net curtains and a fixed net on the door to stop mosquitos and with the ‘kitchen pack’ we had most things we needed including a large fridge freezer and a four ring hob. Two bottles of drinking water were supplied to the room each day and there was an electric kettle and some coffee and tea were also supplied daily. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows and I’ve never seen a place with so much hanging/storage space as this. The safe was easy to operate and was indeed ‘laptop sized’. The gardens were beautifully kept and the whole place had a calm, chilled feel. The pool was spotless and the snack/breakfast bar area was very good and service from this area was excellent, as was the breakfast selection itself. Although there were, as always in Turkey, some ‘house’ cats in the area we were asked not to feed them as they were being well looked after and so they never bothered anyone. The balcony was a very good size and a small unit was attached to the wall for drying clothes. Air conditioning was supplied in both the living and sleeping area. Nice big white towels were supplied, the water was always hot and a small selection of toiletries were supplied. The was a TV which we never used and the internet was good.

When we arrived there was a problem which stressed me out. I had made a change to my booking working directly with the hotel but was told there was no record of this. The receptionist was pleasant but firm and I believe that it was only because I had printed everything out and had proof that the change was accepted. Ultimately it was lack of communication within the hotel that caused the problem but it was an uncomfortable time. Also the key card didn’t work on the front gate. This appears to have been a problem with many people as the gate was often left open although there was a system where you could press a button and the gate would be opened for you by reception.

Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Two things to improve: Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold. Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast. We liked this hotel.

Staff soprattutto della reception che dimentica le richieste dei clienti e alle volte indisponente. Colazione ripetitiva a giorni alterni e poco assortita.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt, klein und gepflegt. Die Unterkünfte sind sehr groß. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und waren rund um zufrieden! Fehlende Utensilien konnte man kostenlos bestellen, wie beispielsweise Wäscheleine.. etc. Das Personal war super freundlich. Meine Tochter liebte die Katzenbabies dort.

Der öffentliche Strand ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. An der Strandpromenade gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, wo man ebenfalls ins Meer kann.

Dorman yıllardır bildiğimiz kalite, biraz yatırım eksiklikleri var, televizyon artık tüm otellerde smart tv iken eski bir cihaz mevcut, teknik sorun yaşatıyor. Teknik 3 gün boyunca asla gelmedi mesela, onun dısında upgrade konusunda ve güleryüzlülüm konusunda cok iyiler, late check out konusunda müsaitlik olmadığını söylediler ancak kulak misafiri olduğumuz kadarıyla çıkış saatimizden sonra bile kimseye vermemişlerdi . Hakkımız olmamasına rağmen havuz kullanımı yapmamıza müsade ettiler tekrar teşekkürler. Şarj aletimizin olmaması sebebiyle telefon emanet aldılar, house keeping acilen yenilenmeli, her gün cam su bırakmak dısında ve havlu degisimi dısında oda temizligi daha iyi olmalı yatağı sallamasyon toplamışlardı. Çöpü değişmişler ancak balkon mobilyaları toz icindeydi.

Посуды кроме тарелок и кружек в зоне кухни нет, даже бокал для вина пришлось выпрашивать. Уборку делают очень плохо, за 7 дней полы помыли 1 раз и то как попало. Раковину в ванной не мыли вообще, как и посуду на кухне. Абсолютно разочарована ! Постельное не поменяли ни разу

La plage ne loue pas des transat il faut aller dans des beach donc prévoir de consommer obligatoirement un certain montant sinon y aller équipés et revoir le petit déjeuner

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und dieser wird sauber gehalten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Klimaanlage funktionieren, nur etwas laut, aber ok. Man hat auch eine eigene Waschmaschine und eine komplette Küche.

Die Musik am Pool war sehr laut. Ich bin ein paar mal hingegangen, damit diese etwas leiser gemacht wird, aber kurze Zeit später wurde wieder gut aufgedreht. Die Lage in Bitez ist gut, mit dem Dolmus, der 100 Meter (bergaufwärts) vom Hotel abfährt, braucht eine halbe Stunde bis zum Hafen, der ca. 5 km entfernt ist. Hängt aber mit dem Verkehr zusammen.

Прекрасный бассейн, апартаменты очень красивая территория, чисто, стильно очень! Прекрасный зимний сад (бар), красный рецепшн,, сервис бара превосходный, рядом есть пляж, но он городской.. На любителя.. Мелкий. Мы ездили на другую сторону острова.

1. Грязные полы в аппартах, моют каким-то розовым раствором, не меняя тряпки, ноги липнут, обувь прилипает. Просили помыть, увидели как и чем моют, отказались - вымыли сами водой, сняли этот липкий налет. 2. Аппартаменты с огромной кухней, но при этом нет губки (в первые видим, когда вообще нет геля, чистой тряпки, салфеток) вообще ничего! Присутствует посудомоечная машина и стиральная, ни одной капсулы, даже приветственной. В день заезда. 3. Нет бокалов для вина, попросили принести, отказали, сказали бокалы только для пользования в кафе. В кухне было: 2 тарелки, две вилки, 1 сервировочный нож, два пластиковых стакана для воды и две кружки. И всё! Просили принести посуду, принесли строго по указанному списку. Бокалы для вино - отказали. 3. Приехали парой, а плед один, и короткий. И больше укрываться не чем вообще, ни простыни, ни одеял, Ну логично же, что если аппараты с завтраком на двоих, то и укрываться надо двум. 4. Подушки - они просто жёсткие, вдвоём мучались, хотя мы не из привередливых.. Но шея к утру давала знать.. 5. Завтраки: одно утро были жиры и углеводы.. ( в прямом смысле этого слова) белка не было. Оладьи, печенья, выпечка, хлеб в омлете.. Мюсли, слоенные печеньки, Хочется чистый омлет или яичницу а не шакшуку, где яиц мало. За всё время ни разу не увидели омлета. Один день застали отварные яйца, один день увидели колбасу с овощами. Это чисто турецкий завтрак : сыр, хлеб, оливки, арбуз, дыня, огурец, помидоры, печеньки, кофе только фильтованный, и чай, один вид турецкой колбасы ( напомнила микс ливерной или ветчины Микоян), варенье шоколадная паста. Мужчины голодные, кто не есть хлеб.. Три ночи за 500 евро, хотелось бы что-то сытнее по белкам)

De zwembad is heel scherp en zorgt ervoor dat je allemaal sneetje krijgt op je vingers en voeten. Zowel de bodem als de randen zorgen voor sneetjes. Personeel van de horeca niet vriendelijk. Schoonmaaksters maken de kamer minimaal schoon. Geen aanvullingen van wc papier. Wc wordt niet schoongemaakt.

La situation, à 15mn en voiture de Bodrum centre et 10mn à pied de la plage et des restaurants de plage. L’hôtel est beau et intimiste, calme. Les appartements sont modernes, spacieux et propres. Le petit plus le service de chambre tout les jours

Séjour globalement moyen. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct, mais sans plus. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer. Notamment les metalas . En revanche, le personnel est disponible et serviable, ce qui a amélioré l'expérience.

Yeri güzel, Bitez köy içine ulaşım taksi ile rahat sağlanıyor. Ortam ferah, odalar geniş ve rahat. Kısa süreli konaklama için kullanmamıza rağmen memnun kaldık.

We've stayed at THE Dorman Suites when it first opened 7 years ago and really enjoyed it so chose to rebook. It was as remembered. Lovely facilities. Great brekkie. Friendly staff.

Good location, 5 minute walk to beach. Lovely fresh breakfast with lots of choice. Nice options for lunch by the pool. Hard working staff kept the hotel very clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning.

Çok merkezi bir yerde, yemyeşil bahçeler içinde çok keyifli bir konaklama. Havuz başı yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Sadece kahvaltısı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Çocuklar ile uzun süre kalıp etrafı gezmek için çok güzel bir tercihti.

Great location. Walking distance to Bitez beach, restaurants and shops but a little oasis in itself.

Our room - a romantic suite - was more than adequate and spacious. With a great view of Bitez bay from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and ample, from: hot to cold, savoury to sweet. It was 6-8 minute walk to the beach which meant it was a fantastic location too. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay at the Dorman.

Очень понравился отель и его месторасположение. Комфортные просторные номера, есть кухонный уголок (можно самим готовить), стиральная машина, фен для сушки волос. На территории есть бассейн, чистый и комфортный. Территория отеля большая, красивая и чистая. В пешей доступности муниципальный пляж (не очень чистый), рестораны и сувенирные лавки. До Бодрума лучше добираться на транспорте, мы ездили на машине. Есть охраняемая частная парковка. Персонал внимательный и терпеливый.

Нет поблизости чистого пляжа.

Sahile yakın. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Odalar birbirini rahatsız eder konumda değil. Temizlik harika. Her odada klima var. Kışın gittiğimiz için havuzu falan kullanmadık ama kış konaklaması için muazzam

The hotel, its garden, pool, and facilities were amazing. Very beautifully designed with lots of flowers and trees. The rooms are generous. The staff was very friendly and we always felt welcome as a family with small kids.

It’s our second vacation here. Our apartment was spacious, and the balcony with a great view. The garden is very well maintained, and the pool is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly. The sea is close to the property. We enjoyed a lot being here again.

Cleaning in the rooms can be improved. The bed sheets must be changed more often, especially for guests who stay a long time. There is no private beach club.

Quiet, safe, near harbour and beach, short walk uphill for spectacular sunsets. Shaded balcony, though in November we could have done with a sunnier one. Clean. Beach towels available.

Cold at night and when asked for thicker or second bedcover didn't get one. Kitchen pack didn't include big mugs or scissors, but otherwise OK. No cleaning gear or condiments provided, unlike in most European apartments.
