Reviewed Jul 9, 2026El hotel es sencillo y limpio, pero para su costo me parece muy elevado el valor pues ofrece servicios muy básicos y las mismas instalaciones son muy simples. Está bien como hotel, la habitación fue buena, pero no por ese precio. Tiene buen wifi.
El hotel es un poco oscuro, el valor es alto y el servicio se siente un tanto improvisado. Las personas que me atendieron fueron amables, pero por el valor de este hotel se espera un poco más de protocolos de atención (por un problema con el aire acondicionado en otra habitación llegaron a golpear a mi puerta sin previo aviso para pedirme que apagara mi aire. No fueron groseros, pero pudieron llamar antes para preparar a los huéspedes).

El aire acondicionado de la habitación es un poco ruidoso y en ciertos momentos por la noche tiende a ser molesto.

Mucho problemas técnicos entre los q destacó 1 dañado el sistema apertura de puertas con tarjeta 2. Ruidos muy molestos del sistema externo de aire acondicionado q no dejaban dormir.

El servicio del personal muy deficiente, poco se esforzaron por brindar una buena experiencia. El tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeño y no es cómodo ni siquiera para una sola persona. Las políticas de check-in y check-out son más rígidas que las de una cadena multinacional y no son capaces de flexibilizar un poco las mismas en beneficio del cliente!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026El lugar es muy limpio y está muy bien manejado. La cama era cómoda, el baño estaba bien limpio y todo estaba en orden. El personal fue lo máximo: muy amables, serviciales, dispuestos a ayudar con informaciones.
Me pareció un poco oscuro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, aunque cómodas. Se siente mucho el ruido de las discotecas afuera.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026El hotel es promocionado como un hotel boutique. En realidad es un hotel de paso. Las habitaciones son encerradas, sin luz natural, sin ventanas, no hay ningún servicio de descanso o relax, el restaurante es una cafetería oscura sin ningún confort.
Deberian elmiminar la palabra "boutique" del nombre del hotel, por que no es realmente un hotel boutique

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026I am very surprised that this hotel has actually high speed internet. I detected up to 200 Mbit download / upload, which most 5 star hotels in Colombia can't offer. This hotel is located very close to the airport. With a taxi it will take you 3-5 minutes depends on traffic. Walking from airport to hotel takes around 20 minutes. The room is a decent size and has TV. However, I wonder why this hotel is a 4 star hotel, there is no fitness, pool, or any other activity to do in the hotel. There is just a room with a shower and a TV. The receptionist and staff in general were super friendly despite they could not speak English at all.
There are some issues with this hotel. - Breakfast was simple, just eggs with toast bread, or toast with cheese and ham. That is very boring breakfast as many other guest has reported this to hotel. - Staff doesn't speak English. - TV channel quality is very poor. - The quality of the room is extremely low. - Noise isolation is bad, it feels like that there is no door, since I can hear everything from the hallway. This is a big problem when it is new year, all outside fireworks, can clearly be heard in room, since the air gap from door is 3 cm and pointed directly outside. - Many Mosquitos in the breakfast area and in the room. - Staff does not speak English. - This is not a 4 star hotel, I don't know why booking.com think this is a 4 star hotel, all other websites confirm that this is a 3 star hotel This is not a hotel that I enjoy my stay, and I would not come back. To be fair, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10 stars, since this hotel is not good and not super bad.

Habitaciones pequeñas y sencillas que venden como premium, las del primer piso no tienen ventilación natural y se escucha el ruido de otros huésped. No es un hotel boutique, es solo un hotel pequeño de paso, muy sobrevalorado con una tarifa alta para el poco comfort de las habitaciones y el desayuno tan básico. Personal con poca empatía, excepto la señora del aseo.

And while the majority of our stay went as could be expected, we experienced the most stupid thing I’ve ever tried in a hotel. We had put some swimwear up to dry on a railing (that was away from everyone) at 3 in the afternoon. It is there all day and most of the Night until 4AM when one from the staff wakes us up first by calling on the phone and then by knocking on the door asking us to take it Down. We obviously remove it as we of course didn’t want to bother anyone. But it is simply mindblowingly stupid not to wait a few hours until we eat breakfast and ask us to take it Down then instead of disturbing us in the middle of the Night.
