Outlook and size. The bathroom facilities were well appointed

Location. And checking time. For one night stay we should have stayed somewhere not central for local bus transportation.

Everything- the location was good. The views were lovely. The owner was more than accommodating and helpful.

The location is excellent. A short walk from Oneroa, Cable Bay and Mudbrick. Very convenient. The studio was very clean, comfortable and had everything one needs for a weekend stay. Check in with codes was easy. The owner was very communicative.

Too strong to say i didn't like it, but it felt like the noise from the studio next door was very close; perhaps given the wooden floors. I did feel value for money was stretched. But the island isn't cheap wherever you stay.

Beautiful property

We picked Cable Bay Views for its location. Two great vineyards 5 minutes in each direction and an easy walk to Oneroa.

Beautiful property with a lovely view. The interior is very pretty and the bed very comfortable.

Had a bit of challenge getting the AC to go on; the fan did not work. We think the battery is dead in the remote. A few more lights in the “parking lot” would be helpful. It’s really dark.

Fantastic location ….short walk to two great vineyards / restaurants. And only a short drive to Oneroa and from the car ferry. Beautiful and private setting.

The property was a little out of town but was in a great position between 2 great vineyards. It had a fantastic outlook. It was clean and comfortable

With the studio facing west, it was very hot when we arrived and even after turning on the air conditioner the room remained very warm

A beautiful location, only a 5 min walk to Mudbrick and Cable Bay. Apart from those vineyards, you really need a car to get back to Oneroa and the rest of Waiheke. Or you could use e-bikes like we did! The property is very quiet and private. Highly recommended!

Jan was amazing- helped us with checking in early, great communication throughout. Nice walk into town if you’re looking for a more scenic place to be. Super close to mudbrick and cable bay vineyard for wine tasting. Great shower and products. Good aircon and fan. Comfortable bed. Amazing views!!!

There was no scrubbing brush for dishes. There was wine in the fridge but felt a complimentary bottle would have been a nicer touch for the price of the accommodation. There were ants all over the bed in the smaller bedroom (we didn’t use this room, thankfully).

Location for the wedding in Mudbrick was perfect just a 5min walk & view was amazing. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly and responded to messages quickly. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The owner gave us a lift to the ferry when we left which was really appreciated.

The stay was lovely, it was quite warm during our visit, so air conditioning would have been appreciated, thankfully the ceiling fan helped a bit. We did notice on the day we left that aircon units were being installed, which is great for future guests. I also made a mistake when booking, as I thought I had reserved the house with the fire pit, kitchen, and deck area. I didn’t realise there were different accommodation options available, so we ended up staying in a smaller cabin instead. In hindsight, the price probably reflected this, but I didn’t double-check at the time. Despite this, we still had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Absolutely loved the location which is perfectly nestled between two bus stops on the hop on hop off tour. We walked to dinner at MudBrick. Lovely, inviting space!

The view wasn’t that good, the internet (Starlink) was a bit sloppy, the furniture standard, no cooking possible, far away from next town for purchasing groceries

Nice, clean room. Host was helpful and easily contactable. Bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are close together so could hear next room when they were on their balcony. Location is close to two wineries but a bit of walk to anywhere else.

The location of the property, and the views from the property were spectacular! We were able to walk to our wedding at Mudbrick Winery. The house and grounds were very pretty. We even had a family of ducks visit us daily!

The air conditioner was a problem. There was one mini split in the living room for the whole house, which was not enough. The A/C in the master bedroom didn't work at all. The weather cools off enough at night for the house to cool down, except we were told to not open windows because of the bugs, and there were no screens. If you are not offering A/C, then there should be screens on the doors/windows if that is the only way to cool down the house. Also no washer/dryer in the main house. This was our stop in the middle of a 2 week NZ tour, and we were planning to do laundry!

The location

The views, the amenities! It was so lovely to be able to drop off our luggage early, and felt so private and secluded but still really walkable to town and a couple of the wineries nearby.

There’s construction happening at a nearby property, not the end of the world by any means but you could hear some of the saws running in the morning

The unit was perfect for our needs, the location is ideal and loved the view with the birds during the day.

The property location was really beautiful and quiet, yet close to many places to shop and eat in the town. The property is landscaped beautifully outside and the inside is nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable too and it’s nice that there are a few beverages in the fridge for purchase. Great location to enjoy MudBrick Vineyard.

It would be helpful to provide a few more towels and instructions for the coffee maker. Also, the key combo unit is hard to pop forward and retrieve the key.

Stunning location. House well designed and very well furnished.Had some lovely art and was well equiped. Bedrooms comfortable with lots of spare blankets and good pillows. Lovely outdoor area and BBQ. Good Nespresso machine.

Lighting in kitchen very dim which is not good for cooking. Light in pantry is on a movement sensor which was a problem - you would stand there slicing something and the light would go out. If those problems were fixed - the house would be perfect!

It got extremely hot in the unit as we were preparing for a wedding. A heatpump/air conditioning unit would have been really well received. The unit had a smart TV but wasn’t very usable due to the poor wifi, which the hosts had also asked to not use to save data.

Very basic facilities. No proper table to eat on. Limited cooking/dining facilities. Poor information. Cold. Parking and signage poor and inadequate. No welcome. Special offers or at least decent info on local vineyards/cafes would’ve been a nice touch.
