It was tidy clean and convenient.

They're was a person next door who was drunk and loud for at least 2 hours and it was disrespectful. I was in town for a funeral and not impressed.

Couch had stains. Room smelt like cigarette smoke. Room was surface clean not deep cleaned walls dirty. Cobwebs on ceiling.

Excellent staff, welcoming and helpful. I had a 1 bedroom unit which was perfect. Loved the layout of the unit. Good amount of seating available. My unit was set back from the main road so was very quiet. Unit was very clean.

As I was there at the beginning of August (winter), a heat pump would have been a more efficient way to heat the unit. A small fan heater was provided.

was perfect for a nights rest. clean room and comfortable beds. Definitely return on the next trip up. Would recommend this place over the other places in KTA.

There was no fault with this place or the room we had stayed in.

The host was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the many eateries Kaitaia has to offer. The motel deserves a 5 star rating, if the unit was updated and more attention required to dusting in the lamps etc.

Beds not so comfortable. No heat pump, only small portable heater. Bathrooms sre tired, dinks cracked and need extractor fans as lots of moisture .

It was very clean and the owners were lovely. It was adequate for what we needed.

This is an older motel but is clean, of good size with adequate facilities and a comfortable bed.

It met our expectations for an older style motel.

The bed. to much roll together. And if you moved to the side of the bed felt like you Fallout

Lady and daughter were very lovely and welcoming. Really nice to have enough towels each and tea coffee biscuits milk.

No heaters and it was very cold the night of our stay - no spare blankets or electric blankets on beds. TV remote didn't work correctly to change channels and couldn't adjust the volume at all. Rooms smelt musty and towels smelt funny (fabric cleaner used)

What a absolutely beautiful place.. staff were very warm and welcoming and accommodating towards our needs.. totally enjoyed our stay.. 100% will stay here again..daughter and mum were so wonderful, thank you for beautiful stay..

This is a small town that most people pass through on the way to Ninety Mile Beach and Ahipara Beach. It’s a common stop for resting during the trip. Accommodation options in this town are quite limited, and rooms are usually in high demand, so it’s best to book in advance. I’ve stayed here twice. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of beds. A two-bedroom unit can easily accommodate five people. There’s also a kitchen for cooking, which I really like.

Loved the pool and spa it was a great hit with my kids it has really clean and comfortable rooms as well as the lounge we stayed in the 2 bedroom, nice and quiet great for families

good value for money - an ok unit - kitchen area smallish but adequate. Good location just off highway 1, 2 mins drive to large supermarket.

sound proofing between units not great - noisy neighbours during the night - but that isn't owners fault. Not much space for luggage. 2 bedrooms each had double and a single plus sofa bed in lounge. Unit only really suitable for 4 people.

Room was spatious, kitchennete was good. Bathroom was OK. Parking in front of your room. Staff was nice and friendly, they shared relevant info with us.

Shower had a leak but nothing concerning. Neighbours were kind of loud both in the evening and in the morning.

Bigger than expected. With a pool and hot tub for use. Accommodated four of us with two separate bedrooms. Very comfortable

It was comfortable for 3 people and had the basic amenities we needed for breakfast. The manager was friendly, and the place was quiet.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we are in this part of NZ.

The small couch was not so comfortable. No air conditioner, but open windows and the fan worked well.
