Accommodated my whanau for a total for 3 nights/ 4 days early check in was available for a fee which I was so thankful for after driving 4 and a 1/2 hours from Auckland with little sleep, everything was clean, new towels given and toilet paper every day. I requested a vacuum to clean up after ourselves and this was given. Staff were lovely, my children enjoyed their stay. Tv was a life saver with YouTube and Netflix for the kids. Will definitely be back.

The room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The location was convenient and it was fine for my three-night stay.

It is always very clean, shower and bathroom facilities. The rest of the room is usually high standard clean even for its age.

No personal greeting from owners as when we arrived the office was locked. The key for our motel was in a box.

Customer Service was great. Very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. There is good pressure in the shower. Where motel is located is handy to everything, Warehouse, paknSave etc.

The beds are quite old, so it's not that comfortable to sleep on.

There was no one around at all to greet you or to leave key with on departure. Disappointing for local information.

Clean, beds were comfy, lovely big table with good chairs to sit in. Was comfortable and roomy.

The next morning we came across not so friendly staff as we were leaving. Maybe they were cleaning the units, but it doesn't take much to smile and say good morning or kia ora. That was the only downside to an otherwise good experience.

Everything was great, got to have a really good sleep. Everything was clean and it's near where I need to go for my meetings.

Finding ants over complimented cookie. Towels were stiff, need to use washing liquid than washing powder. Unit 8 needs better heating system. As the small heater was broken and it doesn't heat a two bedroom apartment.

We booked late, and checked in late with no issues. Just picked up key from arranged spot. Very nice facilities, with good beds.

The window catches need to be looked at very loose, the heater on the wall didn't work. Needs a heat pump put in.

Our room was lovely, very tidy and had everything we needed. They were easy to get incontact with as I had a very late check in time. We will definitely be back. Will be our go to accom, everytime we head back

My room was very hot during the night. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

We had no WiFi but understand due to the weather rain week before staying.

A budget clean & tidy joint - typical refurbed 1970’s- 1980’s motel. Some road traffic but nothing that really bothered me

Nothing really. Front office/home must expect “after hours calls” from guests, as it is a service industry & they Live onsite. If you’re not prepared to support guests - then pick another industry. Lady was average on customer support/enthusiasm, man was better when I reminded him that we are paying guests & it was only 5-6-7pm. Otherwise it all worked out OK 👍

Late check in, staff had keys ready for us in a lock box. Si.ple straight forward information. Even though I did not meet any staff due to late check in and early check out. Very happy with the room and service.

The cleanliness of the unit and the clean linen & towels provided most days. Shower was great. (Good pressure). Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was a good spot to unwind after a hard days fishing.

Found the internet a little slow. My husband didnt like the bed it was too soft for him. I did not mind the bed. It was comfortable to me. I was under the impression there was laundry facilities but i read it wrong. And i did think we were getting a room with an oven to cook our own food. It was only a stove top. However we made do with what we had. No major drama. It just meant less cooked meals.

The booking was stuffed up from the start should have been 5 nights, it was then transferred from the place I thought I had booked to this one and we where not told. This place then had to find us accommodation at short notice. They found us a cabin as there was no other accommodation all booked out due to the fishing competition. This would be more an issue with booking.com I also did not like the chairs very flimsy no back support.
