Great location and aspect

Tv hard to operate No lift to get luggage up three floors

Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

The one-bedroom unit with a very nice bathroom, complete with double spa bath and separate shower with great pressure. A comfy lounge to relax in. The front of counter staff were accommodating and friendly.

A small wall heater (eco heater) in the bedroom would be nice to take the edge off the cooler bedroom in winter. Otherwise, a great unit.

One of the nicest cleanest motels we have stayed at. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend it to you. We will always choose Coleraine when in Greymouth.

Nice rooms walking distance from places to eat

Stacie at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, she was kind enough to upgrade our stay for our one night stay and offered many recommendations in the area. The room was lovely and clean.

Well located, organised, with a switched up front desk. Nice beds, silent even though it is close to the Route 6. We were also lucky to have silent guests above and next to us! You are not staying there for the view, and rooms could have stronger lights. Other than that, all work as expected.

Top location for accessing a range of tourist attractions on the Coast. Warm and spacious room. Very clean with daily servicing. Helpful and friendly staff who recommended a great local eatery for dinner.

Brian & Penny are fantastic hosts, who went the 'extra mile' for us, which we greatly appreciated. Our accomodation (an Executive King studio) was excellent, and looked so well-maintained, we thought they were brand new. All amenities are provided, and the shower pressure was perfect. Nice comfortable beds and a heat pump kept us warm. It is an easy 25 min walk from the train station. There is a taxi service in Greymouth (no Ubers though) but the service finishes at 7pm Sun-Thu, so a big shout-out to our hosts for arranging an alternative way home for us.

I stayed there so I could charge my Tesla, the charging station wasn't working, I had to get up at 530am and sit at a charging station for an hour so I could get to my job

A beautiful motel. The owner was great and went above and beyond our expectations. The air conditioning was fantastic as was a little cold outside. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The apartments are well set up. Great to have seperate bedroom from lounge. Really handy location accross the road from the gym and pool plus restaurant/bar.

This property is positioned towards the top of the local market. It is higher quality and has more space that normal motels. It was clean and very comfortable and has good parking. Beds were comfortable and so was the lounge space. The king-sized bed had an electric blanket. There is a heat pump in the lounge area. The marble bathroom looked excellent and clean.

The bathroom had no heater and the heat pump that warmed the lounge area well did not reach the bathroom. The bathroom was very cold in the morning.

Very handy for the trip down memory lane for 98 year old mother.. High School she went to and old family home in Shakespeare Road. The Rec opposite was handy.

Its not any big issue but it would have been nice to have an electric blanket for the elderly. But understand why these probably wouldn't be economic. Perhaps an option?

Great little apartment with everything you need to cook your own meals. Loved the spa in our room as after lots of travelling it was nice way to relax. Only complaint is the kitchen needs an exhaust fan for cooking.

Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. There were chairs and a table. Heat was adjustable so we were warm. Everything was very clean. We would recommend the Coleraine

Alte Einrichtung; keine Ablage für 2. Koffer; um in der Küche etwas zu sehen (Kaffee kochen) mussten wir die eigene Taschenlampe benutzen. Kissen und Bett fühlten sich "klamm" an. Tipp von Managerin im gegenüber liegenden Hotel und Restaurant zu Essen war ein super Reinfall. Das Essen dort war sehr schlecht.

Absolutely perfect for us on the night. Exactly what we expected and wanted.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and gave good advice for places to eat and things to do. A bonus was that they had a good quantity of milk in the fridge for our morning coffee.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

We had a peaceful nights sleep. Many thanks to Rick and Stacie for making us feel so welcome. The super sized spa bath was a treat as was the restaurant across the road. Highly recommended

Our accommodation was perfect. We had space to relax, it was modern and clean, walking distance to places we wanted to visit in Greymouth. We would definitely stay here again.

Coleraine Apartments are purpose built with everything you need, located conveniently in a quiet area with easy access to west coast attractions. Very comfortable. Only downside was nowhere really close for an early breakfast before sightseeing. Good breakfast facilities nearby if you have a later start.

Very friendly lady on check in. Motel type accommodation. Each room has kitchenette where you can cook yoir own meals. Good options for eating out and New World only 600 m away. Large bathroom with spa bath.

If you are visiting Greymouth this is the place to stay. It is quiet, clean, beds are comfy, and the staff is extremely friendly. Convenient location in town for restaurants and groceries- you can't go wrong!!

Excellent place to stay! We overnighted here while traveling down the west coast. Beautiful, clean accommodations and wonderful people! We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Stacie and her husband were top notch, 10/10 would recommend.

The Coleraine Motel deserves the outstanding reviews it receives. Staff are friendly, units are spacious, well appointed, and impressively clean. Linens etc are of a high standard and the kitchenette has extras that few other motels provide. It's great location is an added bonus.
