Family friendly, close to the beach and ice rink. Clean and tidy.

The very loud fan heater on the wall of our cabin. No thermostat so either on 100%, or off. I would prefer a radiant heater. It would have also been great to have hooks for wet jackets.

Bright and fresh, very clean and tidy and quiet. Easy to get to other places in Dunedin and the staff were fantastic. Cabin was placed to access facilities and supervise the playground easily which was a bonus.

The room and the kitchen smelt weird, the door lock kept jamming up. And the tv randomly turned on at 5am so that was weird lol

A fuse blew when I went to bed. I fixed it myself but no info on who I could contact for assistance

I was impressed by how big the apartment accommodation was. The rooms were spacious, and my kids loved the playground. I only spent one night, but have already booked a week's stay for my christmass holidays due to my experiance.

The customer service was amazing 👏

No dramas the food shop amazing the whole park was amazing booking in for summer

value for money, friendly staff and other guests. I will be back !

The cost of a night with what you got or didn't get in your room. Them taking a nights payment when you booked then sending all their requirements after this. It felt like you couldn't cancel as you would have lost 1 nights payment. Names of rooms listed didn't match between booking site and holiday park, so very confusing to know if you had towels/sheets etc provided or not, but for the price per night both of these things should have been provided plus tea/coffee etc.

It was just a basic cabin but was all we needed for the night. Cabin was clean as was the bathrooms

Is just a suggestion please if you make the payment worth and the time we check out we arrived in the afternoon and we check out too early because we thought we could rest a little before we drove back to our home for 2hrs and 38mins

Tiny room for value and they don’t even provide linens. Additionally they state they are pet friendly but they aren’t allowed in the rooms

Self contained cabin. Warm. Had all we needed.

We stayed in a cabin, which was well serviced with base sheets and pillows provided (we brought our sleeping bags). The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great - spacious and well-equipped. The additional artwork on the walls in the kitchen/dining areas demonstrated great character, which we enjoyed. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied, and the location right near the beach, park etc. was awesome.

Had booked a unit but due to hip issues unit not suitable .Staff were very accomadating to work out a suitable solution .Very pleased with unit 203. Good for our needs Staff very helpful 👍

A table and chairs inside .would have been preferable than side shelf and stools .

$52 a night for a powered site with NZMCA discount. Appreciated the power & hot shower on this cold Easter weekend hence staying but the place was pretty tired & rundown really. Friendly young lady at reception.

It had most things we needed

It was over priced and things were not as clean as they could have been. Such as plates, glasses and cutlery. Very dated

It suited our needs due to price, location, family friendly facility. Love the individuality of each of the cabins.

We liked the two large kitchens the fun wooden sculptures around the property, and the Scooby Doo painting on our cabin.

Asked for linen. Realized it was extra cost. When arrived after hiur checking no linen. Unpleasant smell in room. Jug and toaster supplied but no cups or plates.

Everything you would expect at a holiday park. A great selection of accommodations to fit all needs and budgets. We stayed in a "TV cabin" which is just a standard cabin, that can sleep up to 5, with TV, heater, jug and toaster. was warm, comfortable and situated close to the beach track which was lovely. We also moved to a self contained 2 room unit. These also sleep up to 5, with a kitchenette, lounge and private bathroom. Great use of space, warm, comfortable beds and everything needed for our stay. Staff are lovely, welcoming and so helpful. We have really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful park

Just a reminder if you are not in a self contained unit to have plates/utensils if you are wanting to use the kitchen. Not a complaint just something to pass on so you are prepared if you are wanting to dine in, kitchen is great

Great beach location Units great for a couple of nights - good value for money. Nice hot showers & big kitchens. Good to see all the improvements of the grounds & the pillow install & more tent spaces.

Lots of "out of order" in kitchen. Would be great if there were some basic kitchen equipment to use. Powered & unpowered spaces not that big & no open space to throw/kick a ball, however big park right next door. Cabins were great for a few nights but I'd prefer more space if I was camping for a week! But that's just personal preference

It would have been nice if there was some bbq utensils available, like tongs. The internet was not very good.

The staff are very supportive and quick to respond in case of problems. The position is great, and the atmosphere is the best we've found in all the holiday parks we've visited in NZ. Definitely recommended

Unfortunately the positives about this place were undone by the filth. The toilet seat when lifted up was disgusting. Sofa arms were stiff with dirt. Single beds mattresses were so thin the boards underneath could be felt.

The toilet were to far away from the unit we were staying in and the weather was really bad.

We enjoyed staying at the Dunedin Holiday Park. We were there for 2 nights in a small camper van. Facilities were good. I only gave 4 star as I felt the two communal kitchens weren't maintained as well as they could be. As in, some appliances didn't work, some sinks without stoppers, mixed selection of cookware, crockery, cutlery. Not enough tea cloths. It's great that in these things were available..but all...or nothing should be the mantra. We went into Dunedin on the bus as the bus stop is right in front of the caravan park, in a little black shelter back from the kerbside. We didn't have the coins to pay for this (asked about the bus the night before at Reception, as from Australia and had being paying for everything with card). Bianca was amazing and lent us the 6 dollars! We withdrew money at a Dunedin cashpoint, and paid her back the next evening. We really like the communal TV room...got to relax but also chat to other campers.
