Location

Sometimes it’s a bit expensive

All good, No complaints

Bathroom floor very slippery

Next to my mums rest home Great being opposite mall for shops

Comfy room, wife uses a wheelchair, all facilities worked well. Bonus parking car directly outside of unit

Acceptable, but shower seat a little small

Great location stay there all the time

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Riccarton Mall, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with local recommendations. Parking was convenient, and despite being close to everything, the room was quiet at night. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

The motel was very close to Riccarton Mall and restaurants. Very easy if you don't have a car or good parking if you have.

I had a good, comfortable stay thankyou

Great location with plenty of parking

Great location. Clean

Handy location to mall where I was working.

Very well priced and handy location right opposite Westfield Mall with heaps of dining options in walking distance. Great to have Parking included - great location, comfortable bed, good shower, good air conditioning.

A bit noisy esp from other inconsiderate guests talking loudly as they left pre 6am. The signage everywhere warning of surcharges if you leave more than 2 dirty cups or cook any smelly food eg bacon

Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Great location.

Great location clean tidy staff friendly

Close to Westfield

It wasn’t clean. They never serviced the room properly and it was very dirty as my wife is a cleaner and she knows what standards it needs to be. This place was far from clean

Great location very comfy bed lovely room.. would stay again

Friendly welcome, very clean. Great shower. Our unit was back off the road, so quiet, although over the road from Riccarton Mall Great price point.

Nothing really, we had a standard studio. Might be cramped for longer stays but fine for one or two nights.

Always like coming here, just stress free and facilities on point! Close to everything you need.

Location, clean, comfortable rooms. Service excellent 👍

Well equipped and excellent location

Location was perfect.

Room was a little too small.

We've stayed at this motel many times and it usually doesn't disappoint. Great proximity to Riccarton mall, if ya keen the casino takes about 45 mins to walk via Hagley Park.

Pricing is getting a little on the high side, and it appears that some maintenance may be over due ie paint work refresh, mould in parts of the bathroom.

Directly opposite Riccarton Mall, have stayed here before. Good size parking for most vehicles. very little road noise. Excellent shower.

Road sweeper man cleaning the carpark across the road at the mall at 9pm- noisy.

Lots of space and comfort. Good parking and helpful staff.

It wasnt long enough

Location, rooms clean, beds very comfy EV chargers

Nothing

Good parking place, clean room and close to the mall

Basic but clean.

Unit was quite small - ok if you re out all day but not if you re spending much time in your room.

Location was fantastic in regards to public transport and shopping requirements

the situation of the motel is excellent - opposite a mall with easy access to and from a busy main road. The office staff were excellent and even "went the extra mile" by insisting that they carry our bags upstairs to our unit. Parking was well organised, our unit was spotless and quiet, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water in the shower. But the unit let itself down on our second day and instead of being described as being fantastic only earned a rating of very good in our opinion.

As mentioned previously the unit would have been described as fantastic had the unit been serviced on our second day. It was not and we were forced to use sodden towels that had been left as prescribed, no milk had been left in the fridge and there was insufficient crockery initially. SMALL PROBLEMS, probably overlooked, that should never have occurred but ones that resulted in lesser enjoyment and rating in our views..

Proximity to things

Located in a popular suburb of the city, largest shopping mall in Christchurch is located across the road. Plenty of food choices especially for those who like Asian cuisine.

Bed is too soft for my liking.

Proximity to Riccarton Mall. Super comfy bed!

Very handy to the Mall

The road noise is all night and the motel is over rated especially for the price charged

Nice and close to shopping Mall and restaurants and easy access to public transport to get into the city. Was a comfortable stay. The person who runs the Motel was very accommodating and friendly.

This Motel is looking a little dated, may be in need of a renovation

Location was great a short walk down the street for Restaurants, cafes Bars, across the road Westfield shopping centre.

Rooms are small

Superb location opposite the Mall and close to town

Getting a bit old.

Easy check in friendly staff clean and modern nice comfy beds

Lovely comfortable accommodation

The service and clean facility.

Great location as it’s right across the street from the mall, 24 hour Maccas and loads of nice restaurants. Arrived at a later time when reception was closed and came into a beautiful tidy room with the heat pump on low to warm up the room on a very chilly night. Great overall restrictions on noise which pretty much every other room followed. Loads of tv channels with a medium sized tv. Bed was very comfy and had heated blankets! Staff were friendly and welcoming. The parking was easy and was downstairs right outside the room. The bathroom was very clean and amazing shower. A very affordable choice for what you get. Will stay again!

A larger Tv and maybe a bigger bin but other than that it was great!

Location was perfect, was really comfortable and quiet

The front desk customer service was very professional and had a good attitude.

Perhaps because it's a single-pane window, there's a little car noise outside at night. But the bed is still very comfortable.

Regularly stay here. Very convenient location and has everthing I need

A little small for family but what you would expect for a motel - fine for short or last min visits esp if you don’t have transport

Perfect for a last minute one-night stay following a trip to Christchurch for some shopping. Bed comfort was excellent, and so was the shower pressure! The air-con in the room was also appreciated with the outside temperatures that weekend! Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant surroundings. Felt safe

Nothing.

The place was central and ideal for what we needed, comfortable and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff

Clean and comfortable, just a little untidy in places, unfortunately, a non-smoking building but people smoking at the bottom of stairwell making the smell of rooms uncomfortable.

Awsome place to stay. Close to everything

.

Good location

Location was perfect for what we needed.

Everything was amazing. The location was very convenient . Clean facilities, friendly staff, quiet environment.

I loved everything

The room was very nice and clean bed was comfortable and good value for money. Highly recommended to our friends and family

Great location, comfy bed, awesome shower and good wifi. What more could you need.
