Heat pump provided the heating we needed when cold overnight and in the morning. Need to move a few things around to make space for making breakfast, however is workable. :-)

Kitchen area perfect for making breakfast. Outdoor seating, sunny. Good bathroom, great lighting. Lovely friendly hosts, allowed us to bring our grandchildren to have a swim in the pool, friendly dog too. Quiet and peaceful.

The room was slightly cluttered. A solution would be to have a medium-sized cabinet by the fridge to hold crockery, kettle, etc. This would provide more space on top to prepare hot drinks and toast. Signage: It was difficult to see coming from the east, and, Key drop-off & pick-up points need attention; maybe a container and sign 'OFFICE'. Very large Dog and fencing to upgrade.

Lots of things to do nearby, we visited the National aquarium and Splash Planet in Hastings, all well worth a visit. Fantastic hosts with a wonderful place.
