The washing machine wouldn’t allow cold water into it and the manager was unable to rectify this so I had to hand wash, The drying rack is broken so forced to use the towel warmer or dryer. The sliding door was very temperamental.

The property is way past time for renovation. The fan in the bathroom was broken, the rice cooker was broken, the bedroom wardrobe doors were broken, the sieve in the kitchen was broken. The kitchen equipment was old and basic items were missing, such as scissors. The lounge lacked really comfortable seating. The facilities were poor for a property of this cost. .

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We have stayed afew times before in various apartments - this one was good and bad! The beds were super comfy as always. The place clean with lovely fresh white towels and linen. The position is perfect.
There was no washing machine or dryer which other appts have. The heater in the bathroom didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work. The fridge was small with the tiniest of freezer compartments (just the top shelf with a flap). There were only two stools at the kitchen bench. Fine for a couple of nights but if we had been there for any longer would not be acceptable.

States I would have ground level room which was requested as required for guest and then had to go upstairs (Friend cannot visibly see to walk up stairs) bench tops in both kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition, electric blanket did not work and heating was not sufficient. I did not get told what room I was in and had to call the property to get clarification.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Check in was fast and efficient, the room was very clean, tidy, and exactly as we expected. The heated floor in the bathroom was much appreciated on a cold winters morning. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
Only the weather as the rain prevented us from exploring the area.

Access was a bit dodgy with big heavy bags. Suggest TV could be a little larger to better compliment the space.

Check in was not good. A text giving the lockbox number was meant to be sent in advance and did not arrive. We had to phone the managers on arrival to get the lockbox combination and find out the unit number. The same problem happened with two other groups who arrived the day after us, but when they phoned the managers there was just voicemail and they had to wait quite a while before they were contacted back with the details.

The property given us upon arrival was(on ground floor no lake view) not that what was shown during booking(shown first floor lake view ). Bed room lights were not working. Bit smelly properly. Lady staff on call was rude and offer me to cancel booking but didnt provide me first floor even there were 2 flats empty at late evening. We had to cancel booking and find another accomodation after long travel from christchurch. Literally spoil our family holiday and whole tour plans. During call properly stafflady was blaming booking.com for this issue which is not usual as we been booking our accomodation through booking.com without any issue from years.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The property overlooks the lake at Wanaka. Just a short walk from shops, bars & restaurants. The view from our apartment was amazing. The lake & snow-capped mountains were clearly visible from all the windows. Amazing!

Reviewed May 8, 2026We were given Unit 1, which overlooks Lake Wanaka directly. It was a huge unit good for 4 pax, with a fully equipped kitchen and large living room.
The mattress was uncomfortable. Unit 1’s designated car park was at the back of the property.

ที่พักไม่อุ่น ฮีทเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ ขอทางโรงแรมไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีใครอยู่บริการให้ มีเพียงผ้าห่มไฟฟ้า ในห้องสองเตียงใช้ได้ได้แค่หนึ่งผืน และในห้องที่เป็นเตียงใหญ่ มีผ้าห่มไฟฟ้าเพียงครึ่งเตียง เมื่อเปิดน้ำที่อ่างล้างจานมีตะไคร่ดำดำออกมาเป็นเส้นเส้น น่าขยะแขยงมาก เบาะโซฟาเก่ายุบ ที่นอนยุบ ประตูฝืดเวลาปิดเปิดต้องกระชากแรงแรง ล็อกก็ยาก ฮีตเตอร์ตัวใหญ่ก็ดับดับติดติดตัดเป็นระยะไม่อุ่นพอ ครอบครัวเราเลยนอนแค่คืนเดียวและต้องไปหาที่พักที่อื่น ซึ่งทำให้เราเสียเงินเองโดยไม่ได้เรียกร้องจากทางโรงแรมได้ สรุปว่าไม่ดีให้หนีไป มีดีที่ทำเลอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น

Older building, but that was fine, it had all you needed. The heater maybe could be updated a bit, it worked, but could’ve been a bit more efficient. Electric blanket on one of the single beds didn’t seem to work, other single bed was fine. Great water pressure in the shower. Parking space dedicated to our unit 👍

Pas de réception. Appartement vieillot pas comme sur les photos très déçu. Chauffage du lit d une des chambres ne fonctionne pas mon fils à du dormir dans le salon sur un canapé lit pourri. On sent les ressorts. Porte de placard cassée, réfrigérateur bancal. Bouteille de lait périmée. Eclairage salon lampe de chevet de fonctionne pas ainsi que exterieur. Ne vaut absolument pas le tarif. C'est une honte

When we arrived the rooms hadn’t been prepared. There were no sheets on the bed or towels. Rang the owner who sent someone eventually, but it was late and we had been driving all day and it really wasn’t that great.
