Only very minor things like toilet roll holder being too short for the roll and the bathroom extractor fan not doing a great job, but for the money it was still excellent value.

It is a bit dated with lights not working and there were a lot of leaves piled up in front of the door which didn’t give a good impression. The photos make it look better than it is.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Great location for my purposes, nice staff, good value..
I did however find the bed hard and curtains didn't block light from car park well enough. Didn't get much sleep. Noisy due to where it is but I took ear plugs. I would definitely stay again but suggest a mattress topper might make for a more comfortable and restful stay. Longer thicker curtains would be great

Reviewed May 15, 2026When we highlighted an issue it was resolved immediately.
We were given a disability access room without requesting one and unfortunately a very inconsiderate guest in the unit beside us kept the TV on loud all night, then the next day proceeded to smoke outside. This was right outside our open window. It didn't take long for this to filter into our room.
