Very handy location, clean, & comfortable. Would stay again.

There was a man being housed there, that kept annoying us for cigarettes. 8.22am on a Sunday morning he was knocking on our door asking for cigarettes. He got a short, sharp shift, after knocking on all 3 of the rooms we had booked.

Great location for the Mazengarb reserve that we needed for a football tournament.The property was very clean and comfortable.Easy,free parking right out the front.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The motel was clean and had a fabulous outdoor area. Quiet and private. Walking distance to supermarket and many other stores.

Location was very convenient. We had a room upstairs at the front so lovely view of the hills and morning sun streaming into the room. Like the spa bath.

Tv was a bit small. The trolley in the bathroom needs replacing as it was quite rusty.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely soaps and shampoo etc. Bed a little firm. Grounds could be more cared for and pleasant. Great location, neat to everything. Close to ferry.

Easy to find, quiet, just a few steps away to shops & dinings

It was close to shops, 5 minute drive to beach. Loved the spa bath. Loved that we were able to check in a couple of days earlier than previously booked.

That people could smoke in courtyard as the smell would waft up and come into our upstairs unit if we didn't close our windows or sliding door. So we basically had to shut ourselves in if anyone was smoking down in courtyard. Also some very noisy guests who were running up and down stairs and top deck on one night into early hours of morning. Once they were gone it was lovely and quiet

The room was clean and tidy. They not only provide a small bottle of milk but 2 bottles of water and a small pack of biscuits. Doesn't sound much but I've been in a lot of places that only provide teeny weeny pottles of milk that you only get a teaspoon full from four pottles. The room also provides a sofa which makes the stay so much more comfortable when you don't have to sit on bed. And talking of the bed, it was very comfortable. Pillows were also comfortable.

The bathroom was a tiny bit smelly which I realized came from the shower curtain over the spa bath. Change this out more often and it would've been a perfect 10 out of 10

Close to the event we booked for. East to find and close to shops. Fantastic water pressure for shower.

Toilet leaked at the back when doing full flush. X2 Used bandaids found behind bedside table in the lounge area.

Very clean but furniture needs replacing. Couches were worn and very shabby. Place is tired. Nice and quiet and could have been fabulous as good size

Clean and fresh. Plenty of pillows and towels. Well stocked complimentary coffee etc. Everything you need for a shower like bodywash, shampoo etc.

Room keeping,and it says continental breakfast,when they don't.. sky TV,but only some channels,and our room was dark and gloomy,air,only two small windows, Needed lightning on during the day and air conditioning on when we were there..too many mirrors as well..

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Hosts went out of their way to arrange early check-in which was much appreciated. Has all the amenities you need and close to town. Free bottled water is a great extra over summer!

Elliotts was easy to find, parking was easy, check in was easy. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, clean and functional. The kids loved having a bath in a triangle bath just like on Bluey!! TV had sky sport, so we could catch the football game. The water pressure was amazing!!Everything was well stocked and the rooms smelt great. 1pm check in was a bonus with little kids after traveling. Will definitely be staying again.

Our only issue, which wasn't a major so we didn't follow up was the code in the room to access the wifi was expired.

Considering I was late booking and then arriving at the motel, the staff were great.

Perfect location and excellent value

Free WiFi but for short time limited. When we travel with special kids then think for WiFi so that's reason we do book for good one but we didn't got this time.

Great place to stay. Good cooking facilities, had Sky TV for formula 1. Asked about laundry and one of the cleaners just said give it to me, ill do it and put it back in your room when its done, a great service.

Mattress was slightly too hard for me. Nothing actually wrong with the bed, just too hard for my own preferences.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be. It was an exhausting few days, so we loved the huge spa bath.

I loved the little extra touches at this motor lodge, like the electric blankets, bottles of water in the fridge and a decent number of hot chocolate sachets for non-tea and coffee drinkers. There was a spa bath too which we didn’t use but it elevated the room above your usual motor lodge. We arrived quite late at night, after reception closed, but they had a nifty screen where you type in your name and phone number and your room key pops out. Made it really easy to stay no matter what time you arrive. Even though it was close to a main road we didn’t hear one single car. I was kept awake though from the person in the unit above thumping around like an elephant at all hours of the night, so if you’re susceptible to noise like me I recommend booking an upstairs unit so you don’t hear heavy footsteps above you. All in all a great place to stay.
