Off site parking, quiet area of town. Rooms nice and very clean. Beds really comfortable.

A little date could do with some TLC.

Where do I start. 1.Lock to open main door was a mission. After mentioning it to the lady at reception she was going to have it fixed we managed to lock it after some time. 2.Having guests upstairs and beside you you could hear them talk walk around have a shower also hot water cylinder in roof so heard that a lot.Tiulet you could hear like they were in the same room.Creaks and pipes made noises regularly. 3.Bedroom. Curtains were not dark enough light shined through. Bedside table/cabinet poorly laid out there was one table on the left side nothing at all on the right side. Bed was horrible very un even and we when we did get sleep woke up sore. 4.Tv had issues you couldn't watch TV at all as they had an issue with Sky and the lady didn't know the code to fix apparently she was getting someone to fix that as well Left as early as possible because off a terrible experience would not even think of EVER stay there again also the lady did mention swapping rooms but we declined as we didn't know if we were getting anything better or worse. Room 6 was where we stayed.

It was a bit hard to locate someone to check in

Quiet and clean. Stayed for four nights, and the room was serviced daily with fresh towels. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff.

Everything except for the shower

The shower was low pressure but okay

Location is fantastic, right next to Queens Park and only a 20 minute walk to the CBD. The bed was so comfortable and the unit clean.

Some noise from upstairs and awful tea. Bring your own if you are a tea drinker.

Mattress was hard last time I stayed and this time found out why, they put mattress upside down so you sleep on the hard side. Better off sleeping on the floor

I found management friendly and helpful Accomodation easy to locate and very near to the city Very peaceful

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower over the bath,not easy as you get older,other wise no complaints

Just a good simple motel with everything you needed and nothing you didn't. beds were comfy, it was clean and there was plenty of heating and a great TV setup.

Overall the property is showing its age, but thats a very small criticism, everything was pleasant enough for a a work trip where we were in the room only to crash out at the end of long day

The proprietor got a bit cross because we didn't ring them about the dogs even though we ticked that box online, they should have it on there that you have to also phone first and we would have and the bathroom was not very clean

Able to bring my dog and beds were Uber comfy

The 2 broken heaters that didn't work could be removed

Great location right next to Queens Park, pet friendly, clean and tidy, good bed, great value for money.

Carpet in entrance was fraying looked quite tatty. Stove elementand oven not working, could be updated at minimum cost. Dishes need replacing as they were disclosed.

Good spacious room for the price and location was perfect for us and our purpose for going to Invercargill for the night.

Staff always friendly and efficient, great location for what I needed. Rooms always very spacious, I brought my dog with me each time and she loved it.

This property catered for pets. The access to the park behind the motel was epic. The room was clean and tidy.

With a slight walking issue, it would have been good to have a hand hold on the steps for safety

The location for Queens Park was excellent and only a 5 minute drive from the city centre.

The stairs up to our unit were very steep. Difficult for some people to navigate.

First room offered was up a steep, dangerous set of stairs, definitely not suitable for older people. I was also concerned how safe this room was in event of a fire. The second room offered was fine.

Comfortable bed

No way to lock the door that connected to the next unit. I put furniture to block the door but they should have a lock on each side. The shower base was very unstable and the noise from the upstairs unit, the upstairs plumbing was noisy and no noise insulation between the floors.

Bit of a mix up with names staying resulting in charge which immediately refunded - think this may be more a booking.com issue

Die Lage ist neben einem schönen Park und sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem und die notwenige Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Es hatte zwei mobile Heizöfen.

Leider musste man für eine Wlan Verbinung in die Küche stehen oder in einem Zimmer nahe zum Fenster sitzen. Auch dann brach die Verbinung immer wieder ab. Sehr schlecht. Anscheinend sollte dieses Problem demnächst verbessert werden.

Had a leak in the ceiling - bed got wet - hard to negotiate a fair reimbursement- however did get a small reimbursement- which is better than nothing

Lady at Reception was very nice And we had a carpark outside our room

We had a 2 bed apartment and it was very small. Bit squishy with 3 people, one night stay would be all you could do

The roudy people in the unit about us They were stomping around till after midnight was very annoying and angry as we had trouble getting to sleep I had to bang on the wall a few times even had to bang on the wall just after midnight then never heard anything after that we should have notified the motel people but it was late 🤔

Location was excellent , quiet beside the park, great for walks and easy access to city and shops. Friendly helpful staff.

Toilet not flushing properly, I couldn’t find staff when I was leaving to inform them. I found the stairs a bit of a challenge with my suit case ( otherwise ok).

no complaints. maybe a bedside lamp would of been good instead of just the bright ceiling lights in the bedrooms.
