Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Amazing stay here at this motel. Location was very central. Check in was smooth and the front desk was very friendly. We had the family studio and it was a comfortable stay for 4 adults. The bathroom was very modern, warm and good water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was a storm overnight and it was raining the whole time we were there, but we were kept warm and dry in the cozy unit. Highly recommended.

Water is not hot enough for the spa bath. Not much Motel can do about that, legal restrictions.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Very clean accommodation with everything you needed. Warm as heating was put on ready for our arrival and the beds were comfortable. Great location and good price. The toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely selection.
It was unfortunate that the walls were not sound proof and we had noisy neighbours the one side in the morning and at night. This was not the fault of the motel at all obviously and was unfortunate.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026It was a brilliant motel, so clean and comfortable. Has everything you need and they even give you milk for coffee which is very handy. The facilities and the room was exceptional for a small town like Franz Josef and all restaurants in a walking distance. They also provide a voucher for the Blue Ice restaurant.
The message said all utensils should be left where they were and felt a bit too much to ask ie, leave them out to dry would be nice than leaving them where we took it from. Especially when we were in a tight schedule

Possibile il parcheggio di fronte alla porta dell'appartamento, che consisteva in un unico stanzone con quattro letti (un matrimoniale e du e singoli). Presenza di piccola cucina, in caso si voglia cucinare in appartamento. Struttura al centro del piccolo paese di Franz Josef, base di partenza per le gite sull'omonimo ghiacciaio. Intorno ci sono tante strutture per cenare. Ottimo davvero il bagno e letti molto comodo. Piccola lavanderia presente di fronte alla reception.
