Over night stay, accommodation was warm, tidy and clean. Beautiful views of the mountains right from our room.

Excellent location in the heart of the village close to the restaurants and helicopter flight agents. Liked being able to park right next to our door, all facilities inside the room were good standard.

Nothing to dislike.

Very clean and comfortable. Big comfy bed. Chairs and table outside on small terrace. Great location a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants.

Very easy location close to everything. The staff were all very friendly and particularly helpful when we lost our car keys!

The patio area was rather dark and you felt rather squashed in next to your neighbours

Basic accommodation but comfortable enough for a one night stopover. Off main road but close enough that you can walk to the restaurants. Quiet area. Parking was assigned.

Bed was worn and not too comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. The porch was on the front facing the car park with no privacy.

Comfortable and very clean. Room servicing was great. Location was close to the main street but away from the traffic, so nice and quiet.

For this price and for booking a cottage, I would be expecting cooking facilities; this was a studio room, motel style. On site parking was a little bit difficult.

Cosy little cottages, easy walk to eating establishments. I would recommend the Mountain View Cottages rather than the Studios tucked away in the back, which had no outlook.

Rather expensive for what you get - but I guess that is what you pay when in the heart of such a tourist area.

Rooms were fantastic view of the mountains are amazing, had everything you need and more and the room was spotless..

Washing facilities. Apparently, they are run by an independent owner. Required coins, but office has no spare coins. Had to go to supermarket in town to get cash. Very poor.

Clean and pleasant accommodation in a central and quiet location.

We had a lovely stay in this pleasant 2-bedroom cottage. The beds were very comfortable and we especially appreciated the wide variety of pillows to choose from. The communication with the hosts was very kind and professional. The location is excellent, with restaurants, a supermarket, and great trip spots just a short distance away.

As for the downsides, the kitchen is on the smaller side and the fridge is getting a bit old and could probably use a replacement. Overall, a very nice experience

Excellent location. Beautiful view from our cottage, #3. Clean, friendly, comfortable.

The location in Franzs Joesph was spot on, far enough from the main areas so its quite but only a short walk to a pub. Room was a decent size and had everything you need. Bed was comfy. The views are outstanding and I spent quite a bit of time looking out the window.

Took quite awhile to get hot water through in the shower.

Easy to walk around Franz Josef shops etc, Comfortable room. Nice showers.

Difficult to park on the first night as others did not park effectively - & nowhere close to leave car.

The cottage is clean and cozy and the bed is comfortable. It is situated near everything you need in Franz Josef.

Our only disappointment was that we were placed in a cottage that is squeezed into the corner of the property with all views through the windows being the walls of other cottages. Any of the other cottages would be better.

good location near franz josef city center. clean spacious room with plenty of amenities. Spacious and neatly arranged parking space. Friendly & helpful staff: lost my luggage padlock key and one of the staff came over to help breaking the padlock

It was right in the centre and quiet. We had a good view of the mountains and we appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer. The shower power was one of the best we've experienced.

The units were screened from each other with planting but the room was tight between each. The picture looks like they are in a row but it was more of a square horseshoe layout so not as private as I thought it would be.

The location was excellent. Very close to the market and all the amenities were readily available. We booked this property a year in advance so got for cheap as compared to other available options.

We didn't knew that cottage is different to a motel and hence few amenities were not available however the manager got it sorted for us. I truly appreciate that. The room size was small but wouldn't complain in comparison to the cost we paid.

The location is great - it is near to a lovely walk Gallery Gorge - and the main road is two minutes away . There is also a nice restaurant next to the office.
