Clean,tidy comfortable unit. Slept well

I didn't like that i showed up and there was no one at reception because they were on a "lunch break" which made me late for something i was attending. I also didnt like having to wake up to screaming kids running and jumping all over the decks in the next cabin. Maybe mention to guests with young children to keep noise down in thr mornings because we could have just as easily stayed up late making noise. But we didn't because we read the "rules"

The shower is too weak. There is some water seeped into the toilet. The room has no heater and is a bit cold.

The owners were very nice and kind. Thankful for the accommodation. Clean room. Adequate space. Hot water!

Everything, layout, location to restaurant, shop etc, super friendly staff, happy hooves farm an absolute winner!

It was so peaceful. Super clean and tidy. The kids just loved the playground, pool and spa. Everyone at the grounds were friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely go there with the family again.

The drying machine's that operate on cards had n glitch in the payment system, where on 4 different occasions we payed for drying cycles but the system did only took the payment and did not continue to offer us a cycle.

Everything first time staying at Waitomo top10 loved it I will be coming back there.

Just that the cleaner didn’t vaccum our room because our baby crawled around and it just needed a quick vaccum that’s all but everything else was great.

The park was spotless as always, peaceful, and beautifully maintained landscapes, with excellent facilities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. For non-locals /Tourists - The location is perfect for exploring the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and the surrounding attractions and coming back to the hot tub and tranquil atmosphere after a day of adventure. Whether you're travelling as a couple or with family, this holiday park offers great value and everything you need for a memorable getaway. We highly recommend Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park and look forward to staying again!

Perfect facilities for children, lots to do and the staff are amazing!!

A TV in the cabin would have been an added bonus

Lovely, with a warm and well appointed cabin we had everything we needed. Friendly people, super quiet and it was a perfect spot to unwind after a hard week. Stay away from the General store/cafe over the road and instead check out the Waitomo Caves cafe itself which is a short walk through gorgeous bush.

We often stay here when travelling from Taranaki. Only a few minutes off the main State Highway and in a beautiful quiet spot. Convenience store across the road with takeaways and a fab Pub around the corner that does huge super quick meals. The camp has a lovely outdoor pool and a hot pool, playground, park games, bikes and all you would expect at a Top 10. Waitomo Caves a couple of minutes down the road for rafting, glowworms etc

Staff are awesome, Great location, lots of onsite activities for children. Cleanliness, Pool, Spa Pool, lemon tree, farm animals, can watch the rugby games from the park.

Podczas naszego pobytu nie działał Internet, za zasięg GSM jest tu bardzo słaby

The location is quiet and peaceful, as well as conviently located next to, and across from cafes/ restaurants. The staff were truly lovely to communicate with and everything was extremely well kept, clean and maintained to a high standard. Would recommend for any traveller, especially families with young children like ours.

We wanted a nice, quiet place to spend the night, and it was brilliant, thank you. All the facilities were exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent too.

The position is in lovely sunny spot surrounded by beautiful trees and very close to the cave entrance

Nice spa, very fun to jump in the cold pool then back into the spa. The location next to the park meant we could enjoy some local sports teams playing. The front office had a few things we could purchase, snacks etc. Plus we really appreciated the free fejoas :)

Highly recommend. Great Location and very quiet. Fantastic staff, and super clean and tidy. Had everything you need and more, fresh free range eggs for sale for example. There is a little farm with animals next door you can visit. Great for kids (and big kids).

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. On a cold rainy week in NZ, the cabin we booked, whilst smallish, was cosy, warm and comfortable in terms of beds. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, we had a lovely view and the restaurant across the road served great food with a smile. This holiday park beat out several more expensive motels we stayed at in terms of the pleasantness of the stay. The cabin had a double bed in the main room and bunk beds in a small bedroom. It had its own bathroom and a decent kitchenette. There was a great pool and spa.

The dining table/lounge chair area was very cramped and with three suitcases the space became tighter.

Proximity to the caves and adventures, nicely maintained and super green, comfy beds

The cabins seem to be standalone as per pictures but they are not (or only two are, to be precise). They are not soundproof at all, and when you have a family with two active kids in the other part of the double cabin, it can be loud. Interior has a bit of wear and tear.

Surrounding area was beautiful, the restaurant next door was absolutely gorgeous. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you needed. The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We visited twice within one month. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. The facilities are very well maintained, and the kids loved the warm pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bunk bed looked a bit aged, and some of the kitchen stove burners were not functioning properly.

My family and I had a great stay, location was convenient, coffee was available across the road for adults and the kids loved it the pool. The hot pool a must.

Nice cabin for overnight stay with family. Shared toilets & showers very clean. Kids loved using the pool. Shared kitchen well equipped and very clean & tidy as well. TV & games room was a good place for the kids to play & unwind. Great location to visit Waitomo Caves. Cafe & restaurant close by.

First time camping here, and it’s easily earned a spot on my favourites list. The setting, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were all fantastic. As an added bonus, it’s dog-friendly too, which made the trip even more enjoyable!

A distict insect activity in the carpets and sofa. Bites all over my feet. Informed the reception on leaving. Discovered as per photo the following morning. Itched for the next 4 weeks due to these bites. The cabin looked and felt clean. The park was packed and very noisy. Intenet was non existent in the cabin and had to walk a fair way to pick up any reception. This is the only camping cabin park in the area. Great pub nearby with the best steak meal.

Really nice cabin for two couples, we arrived late, but cute letter and key was waiting for us!! Really nice spa aswell! Cute farm aswell

Das Wlan hat am Abend unserer Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Es war niemand mehr im Büro und die Notfallnummer wollten wir dafür dann auch nicht wählen.

We had a lovely stay at Waitomo, it was peaceful, comfortable, clean, well priced. Just what we needed!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war außergewöhnlich.

Well set out and lots to do! Kids loved the pool and the playground - the playground was great for our 5yr and 2yr olds.

This park has friendly, knowledgeable staff. The park has clean amenities and a spacious kitchen. A nice swimming pool and spa pool. Great stargazing on a clear night. Handy to the Waitomo Caves visitor centre. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing space! Super clean and tidy. Can't fault it. Extra special being right next to an animal feeding, 4 year old love it!

Great location with lovely views across the village. My son particularly liked the go-carts he and his cousins were able to rent. BBQ was also great and I know others loved the pool, spa and playground. Conveniently located across the road from the Waitomo Tavern.
