Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We stayed in a two-bedroom unit. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the whole place was super clean and tidy. The staff was friendly too.
The only downside was that the water pressure was a little low, and it took quite a while to adjust the water temperature between hot and cold. But it didn't bother us to enjoy the time there.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Mt.Huttでスキーをするのに宿泊しました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔感がありました。 メスベンの街は狭いので、歩いてどこかを訪れるには十分な場所。 部屋の暖房機のパイロットランプが点かなかったので、故障かと思いフロントに申し出たら、すぐに代替の電気ヒーターを持ってきてくれた。結局、パイロットランプは消えているがヒーター自体は運転していることが分かり、事なきを得た。持って来てくれた代替の電気ヒーターはそのまま使わしてくれたので、キッチンや風呂場を温めるのに活用させて貰いました。助かりました。 施設の老朽化は否めませんが、テレビはNetflixやamazonに対応していて、それは十分に活用できました。 普通に泊まるには十分な宿です。
シャワーの水圧がかなり低いこと。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Mt Hutt Motels is situated right in town, so once we parked the car in front of our room, we could walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly greeting and offered suggestions about things in town, which was lovely. The room was large and contained a very comfortable king bed with an extra single, which was great to put our cases on. The room looked like it had been partially renovated with my husband admiring the plushness of the carpet. Our stay was quiet with no noise from the road nor any other guests. And to top it off, the view as you step out of the room was incredible.
Nothing. One suggestion (and this did not deter from our great stay) is to have another bedside table on the bathroom side of the bed to allow for both occupants to have somewhere to put things like a glass of water or their glasses.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Upon arrival we were greeted and immediately made to feel welcome. Both units were 10/10 for cleanliness. The units had everything we needed. We were a short walk to Methven village centre. The Methven Travel bus picked us up right outside the motel to take us up Mt Hutt Ski fields - bonus! Would highly recommend Mt Hutt Motels. We will be back.

Some of the signage not current. i e in case of a fire to assemble on the non existent tennis courts. Internet signal so weak that we were unable to connect to wifi. The owner did say they were having boosters installed. Some of the lighting was quite dull.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben 2x2 Nächte verbracht. Zwischendurch waren wir auf einer 2tägigen Hüttentour. Wir mussten das Zimmer für diese Zeit nicht räumen, es wurde uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war sehr komfortabel für uns. Vielen Dank nochmals an Mount Hutt.
