73 Milton Accommodation

Clean, comfortable and well equipped stay. Hosts were helpful when we arrived late and couldn’t locate address for parking.

Comfortable, warm and high quality

No complaints

Excellent facility

Nothing

such a nice and calm place

no coffee table inside the room and dish tv not working

Easy access to property and parking, well thought out facilities, lovely and clean, definitely be back!

Comfortable

Perhaps better define how / where to park your car. But not a big issue.

Clean tidy peaceful quiet easy access for my disabled client.

Clean and safe accomodation in a convenient location.

Location excelleny. Clean & comfortable. Easy to find & access. Felt safe & serene.

No breakfast provided as stated on website. Pics of pool on website but no pool available. No fresh linen provided. Unit not cleaned in 2 days. No hosts at all on site.

Nice location.

Nothing.

Peaceful, Handy to town, litchen/lounge

I was happy with everything

The door into the kitchen room needs servicing. Extremely heavy for elderly folk to move. The shower on our last morning went from very hot to really cold. Not so good when you're covered with body wash and have to rinse off in the basin. That being said my husband had a good shower the day before.

Great location in Leamington, easy to get to the shops and to the lake for a rowing regatta.

Pretty clean

The shower mixer waz a bit temperamental

Towels could do with an udate

The location was perfect for access to events at Lake Karapiro. Also only a short drive to the main centre of Cambridge. The welcome snacks and drinks were great too.

I cant fault our room - the bed was really comfortable, the room sparkling clean, safe parking, private bathroom with hairdryer and straightener, lovely owners that let us store our luggage early, snacks in the fridge, 5 min drive to boutique shops and restaurants, close to the fielddays bus, there was a lovely communal lounge/kitchen area. We are definitely booking again for next year.

I wish we could have stayed longer

It is very clean and cosy. Very well located. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet accommodation in a good location. Beds were comfortable, showers bathroom super clean. The snacks and drinks left in the room were a lovely addition. However never saw hosts so not sure how to contact if we had any issues. Great having a jug in the room and small bench to prepare but only supplied with 2 teaspoons, extra cutlery and chopping would have been a good addition.

This property was a hidden gem. Clean, modern and quiet.

Big and comfortable room

Owner decided to provide “welcome snack” instead of breakfast (that was part of the order). Really bad idea and not fair. They provided 2 small chips bag, small chocolate and cola zero, many hotels provide it for free. Especially, when price is more than 180$ per night.

Clean, tidy, easy access and no concern about arriving late plus all the little extras like treats in the fridge

Nothing

Simple, quiet but varying temperature of the shower

Worked really well for our activities in the region. Great dog!

Location, privacy and comfort!

Location excellent, facilities top notch.

Shower took a bit of getting into the zone in terms of temp- but once there, awesome!

It was a great little accommodation, perfect for couples. All the required facilities were there and very close to the Cambridge town.

Good breakfast, (KItchen needed a dish cloth and unit ran out of toilet paper)

WE stole toilet paper from adjacent unit which was also very low

Really enjoyed our stay here , only stayed for one night as we were travelling but it was a nice relaxing quiet stay away from all the noise. Would recommended this place for people who want to escape their busy lives and just reset before heading on their way. Thank you

This was the perfect location to stay for a sporting event we were attending over the weekend. The room was perfect and beds so comfy and great to come back to, after a long day out. Thanks Britta and Michael! :)

Kids loved the yoghurt and bars that were delivered for each morning, location was perfect!

Great facilities, value for money, lovely comfy beds and clean well appointed rooms. Little luxuries like fresh fruit, chilled water and breakfast is a lovely extra. The owner is amazing! Had a great time chatting and will definately be back! Jonny and June were the stars of the show as all cats should 🐱

The entire property was just perfect for our family gathering.

Everything

Nothing

It is absolutely stunning 😍 it is such a beautiful little motel away from all the noise. The view is amazing, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. And Martin, your host is wonderful. It was also a pleasure to meet and cuddle there two cats Johnny and June Ps. I'm sorry again for running over your garden 😔

The lady in the unit between me and dad's rooms had a raunchy night banging and carrying on 😞 Just thought you should know Martin.

Beautiful and cozy, superb treat and help!

Room was clean and comfortable.. staff very good ..

Good but not as good looking as the the other accomodation that I had stayed.

we had brought breakfast with us

The kitchen was cold

It was very clean. The shower was hot thankfully.

It was extremely cold. I could not get the air conditioner to heat after 40minutes of trying. I am normally very good with such devices. There were no extra blankets, By midnight I was in bed fully clothed and with my coat on top of the quilt. I had less than 2.5 hours sleep.

I like yogurt, so fine

Clean, warm and inviting. Breakfast was available.

Nothing at all. Would stay again

Nice quiet location

Lovely room, very clean and well equipped. Friendly host on a quiet street, with a beautiful property.

Very easy - good location, great facilities and made my visit no stress

Nothing

quiet, secluded, relaxing

Location great for my visit. A short drive to my event.

Wifi kept dropping out, even for phone. Also a regular short humming noise, fortunately not too loud.

Single bead was not very comfortable. Room needs some simple cooking equipment like a microwave, toaster and sink. Having to leave the room to go to the communal kitchen is an issue particularly for the older folk.

Quiet, had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely, quite, safe place to stay would definitely recommend

Breakfast & fruit was plentiful. Great efficient service. Owner very obliging & helpful.

It was very easy to find and access, especially with the name plate on the window to see which room was yours. Small selection of breakfast items which came in very handy for the following day when we had to leave early. Nice size room and comfortable to watch a film on the TV or just relax and unwind after a busy day.

Awesome Hosts always made welcome. Nice and quiet location, with comfortable beds,

Although we were the only guest that night, it was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent facilities, very clean and tidy, in fact immaculate.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. It was a cold period when I was there so the efficient heat pump was very welcome. The location was in a very quiet area with easy access into Cambridge.

The breakfast was disappointing. It just consisted of a couple of snack bars and a couple of individual yoghurts. Only a teaspoon and ramekin dish was provided. If I stay again, which I'd be happy to, I'll bring my own bowl and spoon and my own breakfast cereals.

Very nice location a bit outside of town. Owner is very helpful but a sign indicates the place is for sale.

The breakfast was very poor, nothing more than snack. The statement on booking.com was “excellent breakfast” totally misleading.

Information and provisions. Honest statement about breakfast as facilities not suited to breakfast provision.

Room was clean & spacious. Large bathroom. Very friendly & adorable cats.

Wi-fi kept dropping out. Not good with a teenager as one of the guests.

Bed lovely and soft kitchen next door warm and cosy quiet location

would of preferred cereal over nut bar for breakfast and toast supplied in the kitchen would of being nice

Clean

There was nothing to dislike

location close to town

no decent coffee, or coffee making facilities e.g. a plunger to make own filter coffee. Pillows very hard. Walls very thin.

The best was so comfortable. Such a great night sleep.
