Had everything we needed

The shower had shit pressure it just dribbled if you turned it up it was scolding hot.Water was murky as hell could hear all the banging and stuff of the neighbors so they could probs hear us too stove tops where a mission to get started there were only two that worked wish they had sky movie channels

We had a two bedroom room. Beds were comfortable. Had a small kitchen, which was great as we wanted to cook ourselves, had just what we needed. Small seating area, but sufficient. We had planned to use the bbq but unfortunately the rain that day decided we wouldn’t. In better weather the pool would also have been inviting as would the outside garden area. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

The beds were very comfortable and warm. My kids loved the outdoor and belcony area.

The oven want go hot hot.

The TV didn’t work, the comfy chair had a conspicuous yellow stain on it and other guests were playing basketball up to 10pm. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Wifi wasnt the greatest but was no biggy as we only spent the night

Bed was super comfortable and I was grateful for the spa bath and the heat pump was warm all night cheers

there was no kitchen sink but tht was alright just used the bathroom sink at least they had a container so you could full that to do the dishes other then that it was fine

Jess was awesome to deal with, we had a slight hiccup and she sorted it straight away!

Bed - very comfortable

It was winter, the heater in the bathroom was not working, but we certainly enjoyed the rest of the other room facilities.

Overall apartment is due for an upgrade. Shower mixer stiff and hard to operate. Basic kitchen.

The equipment in the kitchen was limited. No chopping board, no wooden or stirring spoon and bench space was minimal. The lighting in the main room was too dim to do ant handwork. Our own personal flannel was taken with the laundry. The place was very clean it’s good access into the rooms. Lovely the way the rooms were around a grass courtyard. Made a nice outlook.

We got a small carton of milk upon check-in which was nice. One private bedroom with a large bed, and three single beds out in the living room which suited my family of five quite well, though it was a bit unsettling to sleep on one of the single beds that we pulled out from the wall which left a gap where it seemed like you could slip right through (but of course that didn't happen). The staff was more than happy to lend us a clothes iron when we needed it. The outside opens up to a huge shared lawn with a swimming pool & trampoline. Close to the Plaza, and right next to Caltex if you're craving a late-night snack from their shop.

There was an area for laundry, but unfortunately it was locked at night. Understandable but a bit of a shame as we were busy during the day so we hoped to do our laundry at nighttime when we were a little more free. There was only one access point in the property, and the path to the units was a one-way road & quite narrow which made it a bit inconvenient for parking & exiting the property with a car.

It was close to the university.

The walls were thin and I could hear the water pipes running through the ceiling. So, if you don’t mind waking up at 2am in the morning then that’s fine.

I loved the garden and the pool, as well as the building itself. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were so friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than we had expected and they let us check in early. Our son was going on camp and had turned up with clothes that needed washing and they very kindly helped us out.

The outdoor space was big & with the pool, tramp, basketball court (Kids favorite) & sports net the kids were busy & happy. Caltex was a door up, Domino's across from that & town was very close. Palmy is such a nice town to visit. Rooms were comfy & warm. It was very quiet & a small motel which was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location easily accessable to the square and food outlets. Great value for the cost. Full mini kitchen, pool, very good shower plenty of hot water. Off street parking. An excellent place.

The bed was very good, Queen, very clean linen, but the bed was a little soft on the right side, not enough to worry about, as beds are quite to personal taste. Very happy to return.

Easy walking distance of cbd and very quiet

The apartment was extremely clean. The rubbish was taken daily. The towels were replaced daily. My 9yo daughter loved the pool, trampoline and basketball hoop. Numerous pillows to choose from on all the beds. Shower had good pressure and could go really hot. Close to town, within walking distance to the Plaza.

Living area and kitchen was small and the hot water tap leaked the price was cheap the motels need a bit of maintace but were clean and the host was pleasant

The location was great, quiet even tho it's a busy area. Had a nice little kitchen and the room was nice and big. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower head wasn't fixed properly and the flow of the water was terrible. No iron & board.

Well priced quiet motel with large units. Pizza shop and liquor store across the road.

Friendly, helpful staff and we loved the outdoor area which has plenty to keep kids entertained. Really comfortable and has everything you need for your home away from home (great for families)

It was dated but it was very clean. The management were doing maintenance (painting etc) while we were there so they are making improvements as I write this

We would have extended our stay here if we didn't pre-booked the other. The room had all the basics we needed. Well equipped kitchen, tidy and comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Walking distance to the Mall, Pubs and Grocery shopping. Thank you for having us.

Everything was perfect

Nice an comfortable, my children were happy, so we were happy parents...

Just outside by the back sliding doors wooden floor boards were very old wood, my son fell through one an sprained his ankle. I suggest you look at replacing the floor boards, not safe at all, wouldn't look to good if the health an safety team showed up. rooms 4 an 5.

Good motel for groups with all the rooms opening to a communal grass and pool area. And there was an oven - hardly any motels have room facilities like this anymore.
