The food in the restaurant Siglo is superb!

Easy to Visit. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good taste of food at Siglo.

My review is a mix of emotions because I would really like to give a perfect 5 out of 5 rating, but I can't overlook the negative points without hoping that the management will take measures to improve their service. Overall, the venue is beautiful. The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. However, I found an insect under the bed sheets and blanket, and the throw pillow has a very unpleasant smell, clearly showing it needs a deep cleaning. I sincerely hope that the management will take this issue seriously and implement the necessary actions to ensure that such problems do not happen again for future guests.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly. The ambience was warm and cozy. The restaurant Siglo was one of the bests we ate at. The farm tour was very educational. ‘will recommend.

Our stay was great. The place is peaceful and perfect for resting and relaxing. It’s also conveniently located near famous restaurants and popular spots to visit in Tagaytay. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for taking photos. The service overall was excellent; the staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The amenities were worth the price we paid.

The Best! The location is easy to find. Hassle-free reservation, the staff answers our inquiries all the time, considering we reschedule our suppose reservation date. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with our requests. Thank you VPH, 'till the next!

Staffs are always friendly and attentive ever since the first time I went here until now. Needed an extension cord for my charger amd they even went above and beyond for lending me a charger head because I forgot to bring my adaptor. It's located in front of Picnic Grove which is very convenient.

View Park Hotel exceeded our expectations with its well-kept, clean rooms and relaxing pool areas. The ambiance in the in-house restaurant and coffee cafe is lovely, and the food prices are very affordable. Bonus points for the free parking! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, given that this is our second time to stay in this place!

The best dito! this is our 4th time here in View Park. Ang nagustuhan talaga namin dito ay yung customer-service, staff-friendly, and sobrang ganda ng facilities (malinis and instagrammable). My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk Ms. Elaine were friendly. Most of all I want to thanks those helpful housekeeping staff: Ms. Flor/ Ms. Gen/ Jovet and Angie, they kept my room spotless throughout my visit. Very friendly staff, clean accomodation, the food was great but no single/solo option, should have the only downside is theres only one smoking area with no roof. A very convenient place with 711 and a laundry shop nearby.

Ang lugar ay napakaganda at relaxing, perfect para sa Tagaytay vibe. Malinis ang buong hotel, affordable ang rates, at sulit na sulit dahil masarap din ang food nila. Overall, wala akong masasabi kundi ‘all is good’ — talagang 11/10 ang experience!

We often stay here every time we visit Tagaytay. It is right across picnic grove and it offers a wide variety of activity you can do while on staycation.

I like the fact that they are promoting our Filipino culture through their food and the hotel itself is one walk away from Picnic Grove. Great service provided by all the staff and this place feels like our second home away from home. I was able to work from hotel without any issues because of good internet speed. Three times na namin dito nagcheck in ang staffs ay napaka approachable, ang rooms ay comfortable, ang pillows ay napakalambot at ang kama. Masarap ang foods. Isa pa sa binabalikan namin ay ang swimming pool enjoy much ang mga kids. Overall excellent

During our stay was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with genuine warmth and very accommodating staff. Take note, they offered welcome drink. The hotel has many things to offer like spa, swimming pool and cafe but due to time constraint we cannot avail those, but if time permits , we will come back soon. The premier rooms are clean and spacious. The family rooms are spacious good for the large group with its 4 comfort rooms available. My only concern is the aircon placement.

After the nonstop stress of Manila life, my best friend and I finally treated ourselves to our first staycation—and this hotel was the perfect choice. This was our 5th time staying at View Park so that speaks of how satisfied we are with their services and rooms. We were greeted with complimentary drinks as usual, which I really appreciated because it was hot as hell outside. I thought they couldn't get any better but they exceeded my expectations! Before arriving, I informed them that we were celebrating my mum's birthday. To my mum's surprise, they prepped balloons and bday decors in my mum and dad's room! Mum was so happy, and I was so happy too because I didn't expect them go beyond an extra mile! And they didn't charge us anything! The next morning, they AGAIN surprised my mum with a bday song and complimentary siomais. We were so happy! Thank you so much View Park! See you when we come back to Tagaytay for the 6th time. The staffs are the best!

The front desk staff were approachable and friendly especially in answering our queries and are willing to help. They were also prompt in addressing our concern. The place is all accessible to Tagaytay attractions. The breakfast was also good.

Excellent service!! Stayed here with friends and will definitely stay again next time with family. Staff are accommodating (shout to Elaine and Emman). Spacious room with bath tub and they even gave us discounts. Food is also good and reasonably priced.

We always booked this hotel everytime we’re in Tagaytay because of the kindness of all the staff, the facilities are good and they keep on improving every time we come back. Surprisingly their SPA was very great. You should all try it worth it. As much as I want to gatekeep this hotel, but I also want them to be known. Kudos to all the staff.

When we arrived here at The View Park Hotel they greeted us with a smile. Less hassle when we're about to check in and they gave us complimentary drinks (so thoughtful). Our room is perfect for us and its so clean and mabango. will recommend this to my friends in Manila.

It was a nice stay. Food was awesome and facilities were great. It was walking distance to the picnic grove,so that's a plus. We only had an issue with some dusts on the table of our hotel room. But overall, we had a great experience!

Poor connection of wifi

It was a great location. We took jeepney after we arrived from Manila via bus and it stopped right in front of Picnic Grove. This hotel is like a stone throw away from the entrance of Picnic Grove. Definitely won't miss it. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating from the start. They gave us a free upgrade to premier room upon seeing us with a baby. Our room was located at 2nd floor (1st is their ground floor). We were facing the pool. The weather in Tagaytay is cooling - something we did not expect and of course the pool water is cold. Baby enjoyed it nonetheless. We did not manage to try the massage. We got offered a nice welcome drink upon arrival. I believe none of the staff/employee was not smiling. The place is not brand new - so, dont expect it to be shining spot free. Some noise from aircond (old aircond) but bearable of course and hot water

Outstanding, the hotel is in a great location, its across the street from the picnic grove. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is excellent.

The staff were amazing. Rooms were comfortable and included cable TV. The pool was great and outside lounges great for relaxing in the sun. Location is great right near the park and views. Breakfast was good.

The place was absolutely wonderful. Though it was very hard to find but the reward was it was off the main road just enough, you could not hear any traffic. Clean room, soft comfortable bed , clean sheets, and nice bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but the service was wonderful checking in and checking out was good. The pictures on hotels.com does not do the hotel justice. Only complaint is that the hotel was hard to find due to lack of signage.

the room was dim. it needed better lighting. for a premium room, we expected a good view from our window. we didnt get a good view at all. the best part was the staff and the location. it was right in front of the pinic grove.

Well i visited the city to see couple of spots in Tagaytay. Thought of statying at Tagaytay for a night. Booked the view expedia after reading the review. 1 - clean rooms 2 - friendly Staff 3 - they have a good restraunt which is afordable, so no need to run to other places for food. 4- Me and my wife are vegeterian, so they prepared speacial breakfast for 2 of us without charging extra. 5- infront of picnic Grove and noy very far from Taal lake and volcano. 6 - overall a good place to stay, they provided everything which they offered while booking so no complaints.

I called to let them know I or we would be checking in very early in the morning. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we came in at nearly 3:00am. We needed extra beds and they were on top of this request. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Simply put, AWESOME experience! Thank you very much!

The staff fron security guard to resto are very nice. My first room was very good but the second one was not as good cause there was no ref or window in the room.

Initially, they gave us a room at the lobby level. We could hear all the noise outside. It was everything I did not ask for when I made the online booking. I asked to be moved and they granted my request. I really appreciated it. Everything else moving forward was smooth sailing. Especially the service. Food is so-so but you can always go out so it's not a major issue. Would definitely come back!

friendly staff, good breakfast

I celebrated my birthday at VPH it was my first time to stay in this place and I find the place so homey and very relaxing. The place is so cozy and the ambiance is so refreshing.

Very good customer service. We had a slight problem one morning with the breakfast, however, this can be discarded as the hotel really came through with a no holds barred apology and fresh breakfast provided. We really felt like valued guests. Will deffinatly re-book.
