Soms was het wat ongemakkelijk om in de keuken te zitten of te zwemmen, omdat er (denk ik beveilingspersoneel) rond hangt en die liggen daar een beetje rond te kijken, dus je voelt je een beetje bekeken omdat er voor de rest niemand is. Soms deed de douche het niet

We hadden deze kamer alleen voor onze laatste dag om te douchen, hebben er niet geslapen. Het was basic, maar netjes en schoon met een goede airco.

Klein koelkastje zou handig zijn. Al zit de winkel er wel direct naast.

For the price, it was very good. They don’t provide toilet paper - there is a bidet hose thing instead. However, there is a convenience mart next door so easily remedied.

With only $16, we got this kind of accommodation, so I shouldn’t complain about anything. This type of accommodation makes Bali seem so cheap. Travelers need to support it as it is — cheap, clean room, clean bathroom, wide pool, very fast Wi-Fi. I’m super happy with that. For the price I paid, this is extremely luxurious."

A USD 16 per night room with this quality — I should be ashamed of myself. It’s too cheap for people earning in my country. Yet I saw harsh people leaving bad reviews for this lovely local owner. That’s why now only expensive rentals are available, while affordable places like this guesthouse in Sanur don’t get the reviews they deserve. This place is perfect considering the price I paid: cold AC, hot water, fast WiFi, shared kitchen, and cleaning upon request.

For only $20 a night, Sanur Guest House felt like heaven — honestly better than resorts that charge $5,000/night. Perfect for budget travelers: the room was clean and comfortable, the area is tidy, and the pool is wide and well maintained. Easy access to everywhere in Sanur. The price is unbeatable. This place is great value compared to similar budget accommodation in Australia. I stayed only one night, so I don’t think negative comments are fair — please support local businesses. Loved my stay and would happily come back.

The ac didn’t work properly and was that loud! I woke up hallucinating because I was that hot dripping in sweat! Door handle broke off in the bathroom which meant you’d get stuck every time and my mate would have to open it up from the bedroom. Pool apparently smelt really bad according to my mate.

Great location for short stop not far from airport and Sanur Harbour.

Fijne en nette kamer. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken roker erg schoon. Het bed is comfortabel. Je loopt zo naar het strand.

De bedjes aan het zwembad nodigen niet echt uit. De ruin is niet zo gezellig. De douche blijft niet stabiel op een temperatuur.

For the price, this is a good hotel. Saving money here is allowing me to spend more at a luxury hotel in Ubud. Many restaurants within walking distance. A convenience store next door for snacks and beverages. I used the on site dive shop, Indo Diving, and had 3 good dives at Nusa Penida. My only hesitation in giving this place 5 stars is that I found hair on the floor next to bed and in the bathroom as soon as I arrived. Corners of room and around the sink were pretty grimey too. But, I mean really for this price it is really a good value and nice place to rest.

Pool was murky so not nice to use

As someone who loves being active, I don't want to spend more than $30 per night, but this guesthouse is only $20 per night and offers everything I need. It has a comfortable room, hot water, working AC, fast Wi-Fi, and a big pool with a great space to work. With $22 back in Europe, you'd only be able to get a slice of cake and tea. So, compared to the value I get at the Sanur guesthouse, I can't help but smile and feel completely happy. No one could complain about staying here unless they're a very difficult person. I absolutely love this place!

None for that price what you expect the business owner to Improve, might improve the price to $220 / night then improve all the thing :D

We had a great time at the Sanur guest house, they have a clean bedroom even tho a bit small, the bathroom is clean and the shower is definitely very spacious. They have a well stoked kitchen and next to the Sanur guest house there is a mini market which is very comfortable sometimes. The workers are very kind and friendly, see you next time 😊

飛行機の出発時間調整のため、1泊しました。素泊まりでしたが、近所に沢山レストランが有りましたので、問題なく食事できました。建物も最近手入れされたようで、綺麗になっていました。

I have been to 3 hotels in the area this one had the best AC, it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the swimming pool was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing me to check in earlyl. It was exactly what I needed for the night.

The sink and the toilet could have done with a good scrub. There was no rubbish bin in the room and the room, for an added extra it could have done with a mini fridge.

There was no water.. they fixed it the next day. Rooms are practical, not very cosy.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, an oasis of calm after busy sightseeing. The staff are professional. Efficient and very friendly. Very helpful in organising airport transfers too. Great location for Sanur.

Great budget stay. The room had most things we needed, and there is a communal kitchen that was accessible. The water pressure at this property needs attention, however, it was manageable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid.

Cheap price, comfortable, and because of that i have more to spent on food and experience. Clean, room AC strong, fast wifi.. only $400 / months all included. Cemara Beach only 7 minutes walk from sanur guest house, easy acces to public transport such as Grab or Gojek. They also arrange transport and Tour or only $45 / 10 hr for 1 car up to 5 person so nice...

The service was really good! We had trouble the first day with a guest that stayed in our room that didn't show up for check out, without us asking or demanding anything we got relocated to a guest house just down the block for the night without charge. They moved all of our bags without hesitation, both to the new overnight place and back to Sanur Guest House. When we got back on the other day the room was ready with our luggage in it. Top notch! 🎉 Breakfast is included and it varies every day with your own cook to make it for you, so you just sit down at the table and wait. Don't expect anything extraordinary for your palette but it fills your stomach. Clean place that also has a small pool if you'd feel like just staying in one day, but still be able to cool yourself. If you also dive with Indo Diving (which is right next door) you also get a 10% discount on the room charge🤘 All in all, we would recommend this place!

The hotel is 10 min from the beach. An outdoor pool and shared dining area are available. The rooms are air-conditioned, there is a TV, chest of drawers, bathroom with shower and clean towels. In the price of the room WIFi. At the hotel we can order laundry, and the staff will be happy to help you organize trips, dives and recommend where to eat tasty or go for a massage. I recommend this place to spend your vacation.

In Sanur Guest House you will find everything you need. Great breakfast (different every day) , all the fresh water you want, friendly staff, swimming pool and very nice room with clima. If you need anything just ask staff for it - they will help you :-)

I wish I stayed more than one night since the place is absolutely pretty, the room is large, has its own water dispense (no plastic bottles!), the pool is nice, and the Thai restaurant is awesome (kudos to the cook!). Nice location, a bit far from the main road, but you get a homey experience in return. Will definitely go there again when in Sanur.

Booked the entire guest house for all 8 of us on a dive trip. We were warmly received by Willy and his team members with cleaned rooms. They catered to our needs for the last 4 nights and we barely lock our rooms because we know we are all in good hands. We spent most of the days out diving in Bali, evening was the only chance to catch up with one another. During our 4 nights stay, the team had cared for us and provided us daily updates on the menu for our breakfast next day. Whenever we have questions or in need of some help, they are always available. Our 4 nights stay at Sanur Guest House has been really fantastic, we were all been treated very well. We were taught where to locate the best food in Sanur and food is readily available everywhere within walking distance. We will be back next year.... same thing, will book the entire place for our own :)

Quite, comfortable and convenient for me as I had booked two days of diving and had not stayed in Sanur before. My room was comfortable and had en-suite and aircon. It’s a small quite spot with a pool and adjoins the dive shop (Divingindo) and for me to wake have breakfast and walk 10m to prepare for a days diving at Nusa Penida and second day the Padang Bai area it was great. At the end of the day same deal a minute to your room hot shower or a swim and done. Sanur itself is quite spread out it wasn’t a long walk to the beach at the end of the road, nor shops but if you have to go somewhere further it’s 20,000 IRP in a blue bird. All round enjoyed my stay and great price.

Booked a one night stay after glowing reviews however we were disappointed. Very small and cramped room, shower had no fan and struggled with constant hot water. The bathroom was constantly hot, no WiFi in the rooms and the bed linen looks like it’s had better times. There’s a diving centre next door which seems to use the pool... the staff were nice. Location was slightly out of the way. Close to the airport. Would recommend breadalicious and Juicy&Crispy as restaurants near by

The Sanur Guest house was our disappointment with Trip Advisor. The street was very noisy, the beds were not comfortable and more like a motel 6 back home. I am not sure what we are missing with their high rating. The ease and convenience to their dive center is nice. They were kind enough to let us check out a day early since the location really had nothing else going for it and we were not expecting a bare bones motel. The staff was friendly and the dive shop was great.

Fantastic stay with the most accommodating and helpful staff. We had to do a last minute booking on our way over to Sanur as we missed the last boat out due to a flight delay. The receptionist allowed us to check in after I showed her my confirmation although she hadn’t received news of our booking from her manager yet. Everyone there was very friendly as well, including the staff from the connecting dive centre.

We come every year to sanur guest house and it's always great to stay there. Great staff, great room and location. Did some diving with diving indo, it was also amazing. Sanur guest house is clearly the best option to stay in sanur.

I stayed in SGH 3rd time. The owners are really friendly, the rooms are quite big and clean and there is a small kitchen to cook. The price/quality relationship is also excellent! I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here for one night, budget and you get what you pay for. Room was clean and well kept. My main problem and this obviously won’t occur for everyone is that some of the guest that we’re staying didn’t seem to have any concept of respect for others! One guest spent at least an hour in the pool, spitting into the pool and smoking cigarettes while sat in the pool, I’m glad I didn’t use it! Also the tv didn’t work, not a big thing but as we were only there for the night as a stop over on our onward travels it would have been nice to relax and watch the tv in the evening. Other than that it was good for what we needed and I would stay again.

I do not spend much time in the hotels when I travel so I usually look for something cheap but with a pool - this time I paid $32 for a room with AC hot water and pool right in front of my doorstep. Breakfast was great and everyday different served by funny very shy skinny girl. Good place to relax after sightseeing and/or diving - next door there is a dive centre Diving-Indo. when I come back to bali for sure I will stay in this place

Good breakfast (vegetarian option), nice service, very kind staff. Rooms are clean, pool is nice. Not very far from the beach. Travel agency helps a lot, possible to hire a driver :) Cool for quick trip.

Liebe und freundliche Staff, die einem wirklich helfen. Waren sehr entgegenkommend. Da ich die ersten Tage kaum gehen konnte, haben sie mir alles was nötig war getragen. Sauber und angenehm ruhig - außer Nachts, da gab es hinter dem Haus einige Hunde die lange Bellten. Der Pool ist auch gut in Schuss, alles sauber und auch meine Wertsachen waren im Zimmer sicher.

Friendly staff, all clean and nice. Delicious breakfasts. Pool and air conditioning. You can also try scuba diving and snorkeling there. Hotel located near the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The place is worth staying!

Great small hotel close to the beach with lots of good restaurants nearby. Loved the pool! Hardly made it to the beach because we spent all our time in the pool. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold, and the shower was hot. They even got up early to make us breakfast one morning when we were catching the ferry at 7!

This guest house was alright. Could use a good clean. Personally, I wouldn’t stay in the Sanur again, though. If you are in Sanur and on a budget then this place would do just fine. The breakfast was great 2 out of the 3 days. I guess it depends who’s making it in the morning.

Superb staff. Helpful & friendly. Excellent vfm facilities. Breakfast a bit hit & miss in café next door. A bit far for walking distance to Sanur centre.

Good wifi. Excellent budget hotel with pool and free offsite breakfast (only 50 steps down street at grandpas coffee house). Only downside is you have to share pool during scuba sessions but really non issue.
