Very basic accommodation

Otel eski ancak fiyat performans açısından değerlendirilirse iyi diyebilirim. Özellikle kahvaltısı iyiydi ve kahvaltıya bakan ekip çok ilgiliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otele girerken 1000 baht depozito isteniyor Bu herhangi bir yerde yazdığını görmedim.

Airconditioning was not working, but they gave us another room. Airconditioning was blowing very cold air, even if we turned it on 30 degrees in the new room. Water was leaking in the bathroom. Reception told us that they know and that they will not do anything about it. Its already leaking for a long time they said. But they put signs in bathroom which ask visitors to save water... It just needs new management and a lot of maintenance

The room was good but on the last day when it was raining heavily, a strong stench from the drain pipe in the toilet made the room rather smelly. The warm water is also nonexistent that day. The aircon this time round was very good and working throughout our stay.

Room is big but things are old.. taps need turn hot and cold. Lights in the room will suddenly went out.. back on after while.. Just a overnight stay so didn't complain much..

We have been staying here several times before and after the pandemic for we like its location which is near to many eateries and the MRT station, as well as its price and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the room was rather large. It used to provide more amenities in the room but now only the shower cap and the bathing gels, shampoo and soap were found. Not even the bedroom slippers. In the past, breakfast was provided but the price of the stay was more expensive. We didn’t missed the breakfast a bit. The water pressure was rather weak and the water temperature was erratic at times and there was some minor repairs being done in other rooms on our floor which made the corridor smelled of glue etc. Some drillings were also heard at about 10am on our last day of stay. Overall a good hotel for its location and cleanliness but for the cons, we got what we paid for and will consider the hotel when we are back in future.

I liked that the property was in a great location to the metro. The road was quiet and safe. Never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel. Plenty of nice dinning options around which are not jam packed with ppl. They also helped me back to my room when i was drunk. Good staff.

建物は少し古いですが、清潔感はあり、この値段で十分でした。　またデポジットを日本円にしてもらったり、20時ころまで荷物預かってもらったり、助かりました。 MRTの駅も歩いて数分でした。

Very nice room service staff. Kept everything clean and nice. Got in-time repair for the AC even when it was broken in the evening after working hours. Has to go to the neighboring hotel for breakfast which is inconvenient but maybe just temporary.

Huai Kwang MRT is 2 mins away by walk making it very convenient to travel to other parts of Bangkok!

It was more than 4 years since we stayed here no thanks to the pandemic and the hotel was only reopened this year. Gone was the breakfast that used to come along with the room reservations. There was also no toiletries given except the soap and the head covers. The room was still the same though the water pressure and the temperature could be higher. The TV was not watchable as the screen was very ‘snowy’ no matter how I adjusted the antenna cable. Nevertheless with the price I paid, there’s not much to complain about. Overall, the location and the clean room were more important.

The hotel is pretty old. Black dirt was blowing out the air vents onto my bed.

The location is ideal. Breakfast was acceptable. Only need to close all the lid of the dishes at all times in order to keep warm for the next guest and keep food hygiene at all times. Need to change all shower head as it is old, rusty and not securely fasten on the wall.

Stayed here for a night before proceeding to another city the next day. Having stayed here a couple of times, we knew what to expect of this hotel. A no-frills hotel on a good location where you have a night market nearby with loads of eateries to satisfy your stomach. A short taxi ride to the nearby shopping malls is only marred by the occasional traffic jams to be expected in Bangkok. The room is nice though they seems to have replaced the pillow where one was extremely expensive thick while the other was opposite. The breakfast is the same though we found that many staff seems to have changed and some of the food tasted better. Wifi is good and we have no complaints about it. Overall a good place for a short stay though I’m sure the new hotel across the road must be giving them a tough competition where it served better breakfast though at a higher price.

Not much has changed since my last visit last July. The room is dated but comfortable; aircon working well and hot showers strong flow of water though the temperature fluctuated once a while. The breakfast is still the same and taste differ from day to day. A good place to stay for the price.

Great value for money, room was much bigger than expected, comfortable bed and fast free WiFi. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of choice at breakfast including good coffee!

Stayed here for 1 night after the last stay made more than 1.5 years ago. The bell-boys were cheerful and helpful and the check-in staff friendly. The location remained good with the MRT station within walking distance and lots of eateries as well as the night market nearby the hotel without the nuisance of the noise that comes with the night market.

フロント従業員の態度が悪い。 特に夜中のチェックイン時と早朝のチェックアウト時に対応した従業員は最悪。 ベットメイキングの方はとてもいいひと達でした。

客房乾淨，十分肯定清潔人員的用心。 蓮蓬頭水壓非常微弱，冷熱水無法控制。 大廳的員工服務態度有待加強，待客有些冰冷。

room is quite clean, pillow is a bit too thin has to ask for extra, they only filled shampoo and shower gel half bottle so not enough for 2 people, breakfast was ok not many choices for vegetarian though, check in and out is no problem, parking is across the street with no roof, only room and no facility, good for a night and if you do not spend a lot of time at hotel

Not much of shopping nearby but quiet surrounding, only few mins walk to train station very convenient. Spacious room for the price.

Used to stay in this hotel a few years back. Back then breakfast was good with more varieties, service staff busy talking to each other. Toilet shower flow rate was not consistent and pillow smells. Bad experience

This is a 3 star hotel off a major road, about 25 mins from Suvarnambhumi International Airport. The rooms are fairly large. They are clean & tidy but tired. A refurbishment is needed. Breakfast is about average. The lobby is tiny and waiting area rather small. The lounge’s fabric has seen better days. The redeeming factor is helpful staff.

We was reccommended to inspect and have buffet lunch there by a big Travel Agent in Bangkok. A comfortable setting in cosy atmosphere, good mainternance, clean. A nice restaurant set up on the 2nd floor, good buffet lines with various choices and the food was delicious. Professional service. Thank you.

I would like to thank the reception staff for the greeting I received when I got there ,though I have not been there for awhile the remembered me and made me welcome .. If anything this hotel has got better ..the rooms are fantastic,with a nice deep bath and powerful shower . The rooms are quiet,with unbeatable WiFi connection. The breakfast buffet was good and room service was good too I will always try to stay at the HIp when passing through Bangkok

The location is good for my stay.

I came with tour. Very impressed by the colorful decoration. The room is nice and big, and there is very huge bathroom (much more than you expected). One thing to be improved is wifi connection. When we came at night, we couldn't connect to wifi as the number of users has reached to limit. Since summer is your peak season (with many tours), pls consider to expand your internet data band. I can use the wifi in early morning though.

used this hotel for business trips and while it was comfortable for myself it was due for renovations and new furniture, Rooms were clean although they did have some very different designs with some fairly vibrant colours, a few even had some very different shaped beds. Breakfast was ok although if Chinese tour groups were there they stripped the buffet clean continually very quickly and made it very hard for anyone else to get to the food or even a table as they simply threw all everyone else things on the floor so they could take it. Kitchen was not the best of an evening and was often closed although the staff were great as were the reception staff. Had to watch some of the taxi people as they were pretty bad and woulds rip you off quickly if they could

Fantastic hotel just off the main road,stayed there for one night traveling on the way home . I had a late flight the next day and they allowed me a late check out at no extra cost ... The area is ok nice restaurants and only a short walk to the underground.. The room was big and quiet ,a great big deep bath ,but the water was not very hot . Will definitely use this hotel again .

I've stayed in this hotel several times thought the standard of some rooms like water pressure not strong, warm water inconsisten, poor breakfast but this visit I saw a improvement in the staff especially the check-in staff. As I came in on the first flight, the hotel allowed me to check-in at 10am and the check-in was prompt too. Another guest who was checking out asked if the breakfast is closed (it actually closed at 10am), the staff at the reception quickly asked a few of their staff to inform the restaurant to stop packing up. This showed that the staff is committed to do the best they can for the guests when many will just inform the guest that breakfast time is over. The room is more or less the same as my previous stay but it was cleaned and comfortable and we were pleased with the sleep quality if not for some other rude guests who slammed their doors when they entered or exit their rooms.

No USB charging facility Wifi is not free, they charge about $8 Canadain Dollars per day. Hotel reception area does not speak much English and be careful when ordering a CAB via hotel make sure the Cab driver understand the complete address otherwise you could end up in a wrong place. Finding someone who can speak English is very rare in Bangkok.

Was upgraded to a nice suite with a separate living area on the 10th level. However the water pressure is weak and it takes a long time to fill up the tub. The breakfast as usual is still poor and there is a huge group of Chinese and Vietnamese tourists so the main entrance is often crowded as well as the breakfast area.

the location is good, which is near to MRT station, and in the heart of Ratchadapisek. But, the food taste is just so-so. I got a room in the corner which is very good because it is larger than another rooms (I compared it with my friends'). They have a bathtub for room which cost only THB1200. Unfortunately, they do not provide free wi-fi in the room, you have to pay for THB 200.

We used the seminar room with the hotel several times but the service seems getting worse. The staff needs training for providing service and knowledge about their hotel. The seminar room was the hotel guest room! Can you believe that ask to see the seminar room on 9th floor! room no.999. They arranged coffee break in another used to be guest room!!

Hotel at Ratchadapisek .. Hotel price not expensive .. staff manners good .. hotel room clean .. a lot of massage center .. seafood restaurant also easy to locate .. walking distance to MRT .. next time I will stay again ..

Stayed for 1 night on a hot day at 37 degC. Upon entering the room, it was at a very warm temperature of 32 degC according to the temperature shown at the aircon controls. Full blast the aircon set to 18 degC and it took a long time of about 10 hrs to cool down to 26 degC. The water temperature at the shower was also difficult to control. A slight turn clockwise it will be too hot and a slight turn the other way too cold. The water pressure is also weak at times and erractic. The shower head just kept dripping water after the tap was closed for more than 10 mins. Not the best room I ever stayed here but the hotel is ok for a short stay.

The room was nice though the shower suffered from intermittent pressure problem which every few seconds the water pressure will go from full blast to trickle and then back to full blast again. I had encountered this problem in other rooms I stayed at this hotel as well. The hotel is getting crowded these days with many events as well as large tour groups. The breakfast did not changed at all and we were surprised that the kitchen ran out of capsicum and other condiments for the egg omelets! Thus we skipped breakfast for a couple of days as we would rather get our breakfast elsewhere with better quality.

As this time I travel via tour so it seemed valuable and quite ok comparing to other hotels in tour schedule. Hotel was with nice design, comtemporary but location was too far from center However wifi was chargable and TV only got Thai channel :(

Average experience. Hotel room needs renovation.especially bathroom amenities.

Staffs are friendily & room is clean. Rate is cheap but comfortable to stay.

The water heater system in RM 721 sucks, the temperature will either get very very cold or very very hot. Very difficult to take my bath evday. Informed the reception , reason given was too many guests using the heater at the same time..This happens anytime of the day - be it early in the morn or very late at nite. The bed is not firm. Sinks very badly when lying on it. Housekeeping does not change the sheets ev day . Shampoo & shower gel provided were half- emptied. On the last day of my stay, i was informed via SMS tt my flight was delayed. approached the chief receptionist for help to confirm this. Howevr he said he was busy , asked us to call the airline ourselves. Gave us the wrong nbr to call. called reception & he told us he will give us a call back but he nvr did. A bad customer experience .Will never stay in HIP hotel again

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zur U-Bahn-Station Huai Khwang und ist ruhig und angenehm, wenn auch nichts Besonderes mit seinem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Design. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet auf die vielen chinesischen Bus-Touristen ausgerichtet.

Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Amazing; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Spotless; Staff are very friendly and helpful and accomodating. Their restaurant was able to cook us meals at midnight when we arrived.

這次是我們家庭(2個大人2個小孩)的住宿,因為訂的是雙人房,要求額外加一床的每晚費用是500元,設備乾淨舒適,自助早餐也很實惠,總體而言非常不錯.

最近は、企業のイベントに貸し出すことが多いらしく、カラオケバーとして営業していることが少ないため、夜も静かでいい。

you must get to breakfast at 6 am or it will be cold. the hotel needs a face lift in the hallways. get some english speaking staff memeber (room services). Its not a bad hotel at all to stay if you are on a budget. its very good for a short stay also.

Hip Hotel was a good choice.Very bright and clean hotel.

比較適合男性朋友，附近有不少情色按摩店及卡拉OK店，很多人會把小姐帶回，2樓也有間鬧烘烘的卡拉OK，不過幸好住5樓聽不到吵鬧聲，普通房型較差（無浴缸，浴室只有由頭頂撒下的花灑，不洗頭都會被淋濕），要住到Cool才OK（有大浴缸，更有2種不同的花灑可交替使用）！非常不建議單身女子入住。

相変わらず水道の湯の温度が低いのが気になる。朝食のビュッフェの品数が減ったように感じるが、料理の質は高いままである。

Good hotel

Nice location , pretty friendly staff but the cleanliness leaves very much to be desired . My family members and I kept getting bitten by bugs.

Good hotel with walking distance to subway.Only minus point was on the room.I booked 3 rooms but 1 of them had washing basins&shower drainage which was stuck (water does not flow out).

朝食のメニューが増えたのがうれしい。レストランに日本語の新聞を置いてほしい。

Overall Great experience. i am satisfied with the room cleanliness, decor, food and service. Seems like this huai khwang area place alot of ppl know how to speak chinese too. 7-11, Cheap & good massage just 1min walk outside the hotel. Night market and food stall just turn right and walk along the pavement and there u go. try the mirage cafe at the lobby if you want to watch soccer and have a beer at night.

オープンから２年が経過し、少しずつ傷みが出てきた。でも、まだまだ価格の割にはコストパフォーマンスの高いホテル。最近、中国人の観光客が多いのが気になる。

Great looking hotel, above average breakfast and location is not bad as its near a MRT and a few shopping malls about 5-10mins walk away...

HIP Hotel Bangkok was booked by me through this website as a member. The front office people are very friendly and respectful. They are cheerful but most of them donot understand English. They want to help but donot understand what to help. The room had a very large bathroom with a little bigger bathtub. The room was very clean with reasonable supplies. The location of the hotel is off the main road. Most of the neighbourhood people were not able to tell about its location. The price is not very competitive as compared to the similar hotels in its neighbourhood. But not very high as well. Most of the shopping malls and restaurants are on the main road. I shall not hesitate to stay again at the same price.

Best bargain ever. Unbelievable room for the price including a great buffet every morning and impeccable service.
