Friendly staff My family was satisfied and enjoy the view for 3BR with seaview. Easy to access to the beach.

Please make sure the cleaning staff do the cleaning properly. There are watermarks on table bed side. Some part of bathroom have mold/soap scum.

The slide in kids pool, apartment big and clean, we have smart tv , seaside walking distance, there is a cafe walking distance for dinner outside the hotel. Staffs are friendly .

Spa price is expensive, breakfast are very similar to other hotels,not worth the price, found a cockroach in the room , it's nice if there is a dining area for dinner in the hotel .

Tempat parking yang agak susah dan sempit. Agak stress sebab bila nak keluar masuk hotel terpaksa berebut parking. Lagi satu tak berapa sesuai untuk warga emas yang berkerusi roda disebabkan parking jauh

The room and bed were just okay, nothing special. Staff were fine, and the new pool was nice. Overall, it’s an okay stay—except for the mosquitoes. The customer reviews were right, there are way too many mosquitoes.

The apartment is huge. Suitable for a family staycation. The swimming pool is decent. The kids all enjoyed it. Easy access to the beach. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and honest. We forgot and left our belongings in the room after checkout (only realized when we were already home) called the hotel, and they kept the bag for us.

The cleanliness is okay. One of the rooms smells kepam because water is leaking from the AC.

Peralatan masak agak terhad. Tiada tempat utk sidai pakaian basah disediakan. Kolam ke 3 yg jauh sikit dr apartment elok jika dibuka utk wanita2 bertudung agar dpt jaga aurat mereka.

Stayed for 3D2N in the Spacio unit and really enjoyed it. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The pool was nice, and the direct access to the beach was definitely a plus! 🏖️ The Bali-style garden was also beautiful, clean and very well taken care of — such a nice spot to relax and take photos. 🌿😍 Staff pun friendly, muka manis dan sangat helpful. Ada juga fire show and Zumba by the pool, so memang tak boring! The beach has plenty of activities too — boat rides, donut, banana boat, jet ski and more. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Definitely a place worth coming back to! ❤️

A few things to note: Parking is quite limited, so if you arrive late, you may have to park a little further away. But the guards were very helpful and friendly, which made things easier. 👍

The unit is spacious and comfortable, most importantly is clean. the view is superb as we requested seaview eventhough need to pay extra but worth it.

The staffs are super helpful and responsive. Our fridge was not working and they immediately replaced it.

The breakfast was indeed very tasty and does show the unique Malay culture . However, there is no buffet dinner at Blk B while the spread of buffet dinner at Blk A is limited in variety. The room furniture are woody and very hard to the back especially to the seniors.

The garden is very well designed, however, it lacks maintenance and looks run down. The hotel has unique twenty four hours stay system for the customers to appreciate. However, due to lacking in facilities like saunas, steam, good cafeteria ,musicians to entertain guests and cultural songs and dance by local talents, the quests may not want to stay longer in the hotel. In fact , my family checked out at 10.30am. The hotel staff should give guidance to guests on the use of beautiful public beaches and lovely inviting seasports.

I liked the location which was near to the beach. It’s just a walkway! I liked the room I stayed in. Pretty decent and clean.

Regret to experience the breakfast buffet was unhygienic. Team could have kept it more clean with repellants, candles or mini fans.

Unit apartment 3 bedroom with kitchen really convenient for me as we came big families with 3 small families... Living hall spacious and easy access to beach.....and staff/CS also very friendly and good service & replies from them... Good job to all the staff on duties....

The unit apartment is spacious but we found that the owner and management do not provide... any kind of railing or place to hang all our wet cloths and swimming attire... the unit near beach of course we in trouble to manage our wet clothing... do not provide any washing machine. The unit also don't have door bell, seem the management only provide 2 card access and we have big families in & out the unit apartment... no door bell trouble for us...

1.空间很大，是家庭那种两房两厅一厨两卫的户型。 2.离海边比较近，下楼从后门到海边只需要过个马路。 3.有泳池，露天的，还有个水滑梯（水有点浅，掉水里可能会磕到屁股）。

1.卫生间有窗但是关不上，所以会进蚊子。 2.卫生间墙面发霉，让我不太想进卫生间。 3.地巾显得很脏，似乎洗不干净的感觉。

The swimming pool availability on monday was late. It supposed to start at 7am but the staffs were still doing cleaning when we arived at the pool at 7.30am. Must have discipline even during weekdays when not many people are using the pool.

Overall the facilities are fine, especially the pool and garden.

The carpets need cleaning and floor can be cleaner if mop properly. I can see food debris on the dining chairs and carpet under dining table. The place is spacious but the condition can be improved to match the money value.

Convenient location

Disappointed as the house is infested with lots of mosquitos, everyone of us was bitten the moment we enter the house. Called up reception to feedback and requested for solution but after quite a long wait with a second call to reception again, received a bottle of insecticide and the content was left very little. Used up in no time and have to call again to feedback, later receive another bottle. Not very satisfied with the cleaniness also as floor felt dusty.

The whole condo lighting is dark and the lift area is wet and dirty, limited parking lot too. As for the condo unit, it is like never clean up before handover to us and no towel provided as well.
