This was a lovely stay, the breakfast was delicious and the host was so kind. There was a cute dog and the room was spacious.

毎年旭川の病院に定期検診をしに行きます。交通の関係上こちらに宿泊すると何処に行くのも駅にもコインロッカーあるので大変便利で良いです。

The parking was very hard to find, no indication - breakfast was disappointing

I was surprised they accommodated my request for a better room for me and my husband who was celebrating his 60th birthday. Nice rooms as well for My family. We were all in the same floor.

Location is next to none with the station and mall in the same building complex.

施設は、綺麗でよかったのですが、車で旅行中でしたので、駐車場の案内が、たりません。最初に、電話に、出たスタッフは、イオンの駐車場に止めてください。 と、案内されて、ホテルのフロントが、5階の為5階に止めたところ、重い荷物を持って移動しましたが、たどりつけずに、歩いてフロントに行きたすねたら、エレベーターが違うので、1階に移動してくださいとのこと、1階に移動して再びフロントで話したところ、朝早い出発でしたら、線路の高架下に止めないと朝出られないとのこと、再び車を移動して、やっと部屋に、辿り着きました。30以上掛かったかなー？もうへとへと、疲れました。　最初から朝早い出発でしたら、高架下と案内があれば、こんな苦労は、しませんでしま。改善お願いします。

とにかくエレベーター、通路、分かりづらい。

Su limpieza, es un edificio nuevo con cómodas habitaciones, una bonita sala de estar y excelente Onsen. Muy buena ubicación.

Great hotel with an absolutely fantastic location, which made the whole stay very convenient and efficient. The hotel is compact, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The public bath was a great bonus, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a wonderful stay!

- It was very comfortable & relaxing stay. I would definitely book here for next time if the price were reasonable for the travel period. - Room is big enough. Wash basin is separated from bathroom, and it is quite useful. - "JR Inn Lounge" area for the guests - I love it. There are complimentary coffee and tea service, books about travel, Hokkaido etc., newspaper. Atmosphere and BGM are also relaxing. This is the most favourite facility which makes me a repeat visitor here. - Front desk kindly dealt with my request to assign a room with the view of Daisetsu mountains. I always love the scenery from the room here. - There is a Japanese-styled hot bath for guests. It is maintained clean though the bath is not deep. Both the bath and fitting space was not narrow. - Location is very convenient to walk around Asahikawa. It took just 3mins from Asahikawa Station and is under one roof so no need to use umbrella. Supermarket AEON is located under this hotel so very convenient to buy foods and drinks. - Breakfast is offered at the Buffet restaurant at AEON Mall, and they offer wide variety of delicious dishes. It was nice that we can enjoy the local cuisine at Hokkaido from the morning. - Staffs here deeal with issues promptly and flexibly. This time, a male staff dealt with the annoying super loud conversation noise spoken in Mainland Chinese dialect at the corridor, happened on 23:10. I asked for help over the intercom, and the staff came to the floor quickly. It turned out that was happening not at corridor but surprisingly at one of the rooms in the same floor, but he didn't return even if there were nothing strange at the corridor and check what was happening in the floor. By the way, let me add up that this does not indicating soundproof issue at all, I have never experienced "noise from neghbouring room" in my past stay here.

- Waiting time for elevator was longer than average. But no other choice to wait for it when going to the bath from the room. - There are no pockets on the room clothing so difficult to carry card key etc. when going to the bath (At the other JR INN hotel, it has). - At the window, there is only a thick window blind for night. It would be better to have a thin blind which can have sunlights come in while protecting privacy from outside. - There is no safety box in the room. This might be a negative point for business traveller.

旭川站出來3分鐘就可以回到飯店，逛街逛到九點店家關門也可以瞬間回到飯店，真是太棒了。櫃檯人員很多會講中文，大浴場有一個室內湯，一個戶外湯，只要不是晚上九點多十點去，通常都沒幾個人，非常舒服~。房間的床和枕頭也很好睡，晚上在房間可以看到面對旭川站側的夜景，窗戶大，視野很好，很漂亮。房間可以打開一個28吋行李箱沒問題。

想不到...都很棒！

We had a very good stay overall. The location is probably one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. You can get off the train, go upstairs, and you are basically already at the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel felt modern and quite luxurious, and the onsen was very nice. The staff were also consistently kind and helpful. The location is excellent for exploring Asahikawa, with shops, restaurants, and the park nearby. Overall, apart from the breakfast, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The main disappointment for us was the breakfast. If you prefer a Western-style breakfast, the selection is quite limited and we personally did not feel it was worth paying extra for. We would happily stay at the hotel again, but next time we would skip the breakfast and eat somewhere else nearby.

The location was excellent. It is a modern and pleasant hotel, There is a mall, cafes, restaurants, and a train station right below the hotel. We had everything we needed nearby

From the warm, helpful reception team to the spotless, like-new room, everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, particularly the unexpected treat of crab leg miso soup.

The bed and pillows were a bit too soft.

Davanti alla stazione, e dentro all’Aeon. Lo staff e’ gentilissimo, e sempre disponibile. C’e perfino una piccola onsen interna. La cosa bellissima è che il centro commerciale ha un supermercato enorme, dove è possibile comprare cibo a prezzi ragionevoli, senza neanche uscire fisicamente dall’hotel

Located at an area so convenient to travel around. We only stayed a day but we can get whatever we want from Aeon right within the building as it’s connected. Will stay again if we ever come again. Staffs were friendly, amenities in hotel was fantastic.

飯店跟Aeon共構，不需要走出飯店坐電梯即可抵達Aeon商場，這點非常加分! 飯店也有提供停車場(跟Aeon共享)，停一天只需要800日圓，算是非常便宜。 飯店有提供大浴場，雖然沒有使用到，但這部分也是很加分的部分~ 另外，也有提供lounge bar提供環境供房客休息

JR旭川車站出口走150公尺，搭乘電梯到五樓就是入住櫃檯。 服務人員積極講解，公用的閱讀空間有免費咖啡和舒服的座位，明亮的燈光。樓下就是Aeon，餐廳營業到晚上9：00，超市到10：00才打烊~十分方便！ 浴室為乾濕分離，雖然房間只有15平方公尺，但是不壓迫，也有放行李的小檯子，非常方便~

Convenient location- just right above the train station and department store. You could use it as the base to explore surrounding regions- Asahidake, Biei, and Furano easily. Hotel was efficient with good facilities.

・窓が大きくて、開放感がある ・大浴場がある ・建物の1Fがスーパーで買物が楽 ・街へのアクセスも楽 ・スタッフさんの対応が良いし、臨機応変に対応してくれる。

・宿のせいではないですが、同じ階の他の部屋に外人さんが3部屋泊まってて、 　その人達が大きな声で部屋を行き来してた。その騒音が短い時間でしたが不快でした。

location is the best if you stay in asahikawa.....you will stay in the hotel, tran station, mall and groceries, all for one with nice ambience

Room was large and spacious - included a desk area as well a plenty of room to open luggage. public bath was great and open until a late hour

access to the lobby was quite far from the parking area. access to rest of the mall was adequate but the signage wasn't clear as we attempted to enter the mall on a certain level, which was through a close restaurant and they made us go back to the lift and back down to the ground floor

Delicious breakfast, relaxing hot spring bath, and parking was very convenient.

Ideal location, both for the station and the mall, which has lots of food options including an incredibly well-stocked grocery. Clean room. Onsen on-site. You could choose your favorite type of pillow from the pillow bar. Despite the hotel being busy, the rooms were very quiet.

Had to take two different elevators to get from the room to the street. Lounge area provided coffee and tea but didn't allow eating. Very busy hotel with narrow public areas that made it feel even more crowded. Onsen was a little small considering the number of guests.

A localização é perfeita, em cima do Aeon Mall onde há supermercado, lojas, ATMs, restaurantes. O quarto tem uma distribuição boa de espaço, é limpo e confortável. O hotel tem um espaço onde você pode se servir de café e chá a vontade.

直接與車站、AEON共構的飯店，停車為立體的平面車位，可多次進出，只要向飯店索取期間出場的優惠券即可。房間乾淨清潔，光線良好，床舖好睡，設備良好，且有大浴湯，可供放鬆泡澡。樓下直接是aeon商場，飯店對面就是旭川最熱鬧的餐飲區，方便又好覓食，是在旭川住宿的好選擇。

Very good reception counter and room service staff, good breakfast and cosy common rest room.

If you drive and do not need multiple entry to and exit from the carpark, do not prepaid at the hotel which is ¥300 expensive per day.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location of the hotel is the most advantage. It is closed to JR station where it is convenient to take the train and we love Aeon mall with there is elevator from the hotel direct to the mall where we can shop for food in the supermarket and also there are many restaurants and good shops in the mall. We love this place for shopping and it is convenient for parking our car.

It would be much better if the room can be bigger. There is no baggage holder in the room to put our luggage on, so it is not so convenient for me to put luggage on the floor.

Un hotel muy práctico para para una noche en la ciudad. Íbamos con coche e incluía un parking del propio centro comercial, lo que fue muy práctico. Se entra de forma muy directa al hotel desde el parking. Personal muy amable. Amenities disponibles muy interesantes.

Como todas las habitaciones de las ciudades grandes de Japón, era un poco pequeña.

JR Asahikawa Hotel has an excellent location, directly connected to the shopping mall next to the train station and at the start of the main pedestrian street full of shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area feels vibrant and enjoyable to explore. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with a lovely lobby lounge offering free coffee and tea for guests. Parking is very convenient thanks to its position within the mall. Staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Breakfast variety — The buffet breakfast was mostly Japanese style, with only a few Western options available.
