Ott tartózkodás alatt 32 fok volt, a szállodában csak a recepción van légkondicionáló, elviselhetetlen meleg volt a szobákban, ahova 1 db nagyon egyszerű, álló ventillátor volt behelyezve, ami egy 4 csillagos szállodánál nem igazán elfogadható. Miután a sétáló utcára nyilik az erkély, az ajtót sem lehetett kinyitni mert hajnalig üvöltöztek az utcán és a szálloda díszkivilágítása az erkélyen éjfélig fel volt kapcsolva, így a hőségben, nappali világításban, zajban nagyjából egy percet sem lehetett aludni. A reggelinél a felszolgálók nem köszönnek vissza, de legalább a 4. nap után is megkérdezi ugyan az az idősebb hölgy a szobaszámot, bár nem mindenkinek jutott ebből a figyelmességből.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026This is a lovely, modern and welcoming hotel in Zell am See. Our room was large with plenty of room for our 2 suitcases. The bathroom was also large and modern and the room included all the facilities we needed. The common guest areas are lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. We arrived by train and it was an easy flat walk of around 10 mins. The hotel is right in the centre of town and is a 2 min walk to the lake. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The hotel is in an incredible location, beautifully furnished and overall a very nice property. It is also quite expensive, and unfortunately there were three things that I found unacceptable given the price.
1. Significant extra charges that are not clear before booking The dog fee is €30/night. I understand pet charges may apply, but €30 is substantial and should be disclosed before making a non-refundable booking. The same applies to parking, which is also not free. I could only find this information in the fine print after booking, not during the booking process. I am attaching a screenshot of what was displayed when I booked. 2. Unprofessional customer service When I questioned the parking charge, I said I would pay but pointed out that it hadn't been disclosed before booking. The receptionist responded condescendingly, insisting I simply hadn't read it and saying, “Alright, let me show you on my personal phone.” After an eight-hour drive, instead of being checked in, I stood there waiting for her to prove me wrong — which she ultimately couldn't. She also said parking is free for guests who book directly, but not through Booking.com. The interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional. 3. Huge inconsistency in room quality We were told my sister had been “upgraded” from a single to a double room so we could stay in the same building, which initially seemed very thoughtful. Unfortunately, her room was completely unsuitable. It had no normal windows, only small roof windows that cannot be opened when it rains/snows. The room was extremely stuffy, she couldn't stand upright in the shower, and the portable AC (NOT SET UP PROPERLY) vented hot air straight back into the room, actually making it hotter. IT IS ALSO VERY UNSAFE. Most concerning is that this room is listed at the same price as the other double rooms. At this price point, guests shouldn't have to gamble between getting a beautiful room like mine or what essentially felt like a Harry Potter cupboard.

Nincs légkondi, sem szunyogháló. A reggelinél ültető rendszer van, nem választhatod ki, hogy hová ülj még akkor sem ha van sok szabad asztal. Garázs külön díjért és a lejárat a garazsba lezárva este 10 és reggel 6 között.

- co jediné bych vytknul, tak hotel neměl klimatizaci (ale na pokoji byl větrák) - horší větrání z koupelny

Bei der Ankunft ein "Zimmer-Upgrade" erhalten (gebucht Standard Doppelzimmer). Upgrade war eine Wohnung im Nebenhaus, der Schlauch der Dusche war defekt, sodass kaum Wasser aus der Regenbogendusche kam, die Wohnung war sehr dunkel, Einrichtung war ok, allerdings war das Bett nicht sonderlich bequem. Keine Klimaanlage bei Temperaturen von 35+°. Parkplatz musste auch separat bezahlt werden.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Zell am See und somit ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Die Garage verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze, die allerdings sehr schmal sind. Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern mit einem bequemen Bett und Balkon. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht ist aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
Unser Zimmer mit Balkon zeigte in den "Innenhof" da das Hotel aus mehreren Gebäuden besteht, dadurch war es leider recht laut, da sich die Menschen auch bis spät in die Nacht laut unterhalten haben. Somit war mit offenem Fenster schlafen nicht möglich. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich leider nicht darüber informiert, dass der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist und somit wurde ich beim Checkout mit einer Rechnung überrascht.

I was surprised to receive an upgrade upon my arrival and the room was fantastic with a balcony and view looking up into the mountains behind the town as well as having a very large double bed. The room was fantastic, with a tv that you could log into all streaming services, a very well lit bathroom and relaxing shower. The street might have some chatter at night but the hotel offer earplugs for free. Fresh water was replaced each day. Breakfast was delicious with great variety and the staff were so welcoming and nice.

Whenever we called the reception, no one answered. Also, the reception closed at 9:00 PM, so guests had to use the back entrance to enter the hotel. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations and was not good value for the price.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage. Das Parkhaus und der Parkplatz sind direkt am Hotel. Das ist für Zell am See nicht typisch. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren echt super. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal war super nett. Zu dem Hotel gehört auch noch ein Restaurant. Alle Speisen sehr lecker. Für uns war es echt super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, trotz........
Das Frühstück war eigentlich ausreichend. Es war aber alle 8 Tage keine einzige Abwechslung dabei. Es fehlte auch an kleine Salate ( Fleischsalat oder Eiersalat ....). Es war aber trotzdem lecker. Man konnte seine Rührei-Wünsche herrichten lassen. Unser Zimmer war sehr warm, da es Richtung Sonnenseite lag. Wir hatten zwar einen Standlüfter aber er war nicht sehr hilfreich.

Il posteggio, anche se in pieno centro, è abbastanza costoso (15 euro per una moto mi pare eccessivo). Può essere rumoroso con le finestre aperte, ma c'erano anche le feste al lago. Queste feste obbligano ad un pagamento per accedere al lungo lago la sera, sarebbe stato utile esserne informato.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026The hotel is nice, very good location in the centre of Zell am See. It was very clean and warm. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The restaurant was also very good and convenient. Baby/kids friendly.
The staff at the reception was not very friendly. The parking is free if yoou book the hotel through their website, but 15 euro per day if you book it through Booking, which for a 4-star hotel is non-sense. Also you need to ask for a coin from the reception every time you want to leave the parking. Adding additonal card or tag to the room key would be very simple to solve the parking exit.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Purtroppo la camera affacciava su una via con locali aperti fino a tardi, con musica molto alta e schiamazzi. Ho faticato a dormire. Non è colpa della struttura, che mi è piaciuta molto; ma il sonno disturbato ha condizionato il mio soggiorno.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Proprietatea se află în centrul statatiunii Zell am See, în centrul pietonal și de interes al statiunii.Pesonalul este prietenos, amabil , atent la nevoile oaspeților. La recepție se află o recepționeră româncă foarte amabilă . Este o locație pe care o recomand.

The location was very good, facilities fine (good storage for ski gear, lovely sauna area with 2 saunas and relaxation room), the breakfast was excellent (wide variety, great quality) and the staff excellent - very friendly, helpful - it was lovely to meet so many nice people! Room was warm, well serviced daily, enough storage. We didn't take the half board, but did have dinner in the restaurant, which was also good
Can't really think of anything, we would definitely go back!

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Zell am See. It is a comfortable, modern and welcoming hotel. The helpful staff were off scale. Iona, Denisa and Magdelana on Reception were super helpful with my many enquiries before our arrival - sorting us out with free public transport from Salzburg Airport, ski hire and meals despite our delayed arrival. I can’t praise the staff highly enough - the Reception staff and Anna in the restaurant/breakfast area. I would this recommend the hotel to anyone.

Der Zimmerputz (( Keine Hausschuhe Anstelle von Shampoo wurde eine unverständliche Flüssigkeit gegossen, so dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, sich den Kopf zu waschen Zu teuer mit dem Hund zu bleiben- 25€/Tag - das finde ich furchtbar teuer, da das Hotel nicht Wasserschalen auf das Zimmer gestellt hat, wie es überall gemacht wird. Der Teppich im Zimmer war deprimiert alt((
