Fish'Inn Zell - Hotel Fischerwirt

Die Unterkunft ist gut, leider alles etwas sehr weitläufig wenn man das Auto im Parkhaus vom Nachbarhotel geparkt hat. Da wird es wirklich anstrengend das gesamte Gepäck ins Zimmer zu bringen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub abgebrochen (am Hotel lag es nicht) sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, da wir uns in dem Ort absolut unwohl gefühlt haben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir zumindest anteilig die nicht angetretenen Übernachtungen zurück erstattet bekommen.

The hotel is highly recommended due to its excellent value for money. It is clean, well equipped, and in a very convenient location.

The lack of a reception desk does not exactly make for a warm welcome. You have to work your way through the self-check-in process on your own. Additional charges were applied without any explanation of what they were for. I assume they were correct—probably the tourist tax and parking fee—but some information would have been appreciated. We booked a more expensive room with a balcony. The balcony is a joke! There is only enough space for one person to stand outside, with no room to sit. Charging extra for this is outrageous.

So einfach wie beschrieben, war der Check- In leider nicht. Wir haben jedoch die Rezeption vom Romantik Hotel gefunden und die Dame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat für uns den kompletten Check-in erledigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir haben die 3 empfohlenen Restaurants besucht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Uns war leider nicht klar, dass die Stellplatz-Reservierung nur für den Außenbereich im Romantik Hotel gilt und deshalb sind wir in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns jedoch eine Sondergenehmigung gegeben, unter Vorbehalt, dass der Stellplatz für Hotelgäste benötigt wird. Fanden wir sehr zuvorkommend. Vielleicht sollten Sie die Stellplatzsituation explizit hervorheben.

Excellent location, right in the center and 3 min walk from the lake. The gym was also good. The partnership with local Kaprun card meant free access to lido, public transport, boat trip etc which was a lovely surprise on check in.

Quite confusing as it’s 2 interlinked hotels, the Fish and the Romantik hotels and unclear which facilities you can use, the free bikes aren’t for Fish customers which was disappointing. Staff we’re quite abrupt.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Fish Inn Hotel in Zell am See. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt. Das ist einerseits ein großer Vorteil, da man Restaurants, Geschäfte und den See bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Andererseits bringt die zentrale Lage auch Nachteile mit sich: Unser Zimmer mit Balkon lag direkt zur Fußgängerzone. Dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, sodass wir die Fenster leider kaum öffnen konnten. Zusätzlich fährt regelmäßig der Zug vorbei, was ebenfalls zu hören ist. Das Hotel selbst wirkt neu, modern und gepflegt. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück – es war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war allerdings etwas unpraktisch unter einem Tisch verbaut. Dadurch konnte die kühle Luft nicht optimal zirkulieren, sodass das Zimmer leider nicht richtig gekühlt wurde. Ein echtes Highlight war die Sommerkarte, die wir beim Check-in erhalten haben. Damit konnten wir viele Attraktionen kostenlos nutzen, darunter Bergbahnen, Eintritte und weitere Freizeitangebote. Das hat unseren Urlaub deutlich aufgewertet und bietet einen echten Mehrwert. Insgesamt ist das Fish Inn ein modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, gutem Frühstück und einer hervorragenden Lage. Wer jedoch empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert, sollte nach Möglichkeit ein Zimmer wählen, das nicht zur Fußgängerzone liegt.

I really loved the hotel’s location. It was excellent and very convenient.

The room was extremely small, although I booked a family room for myself my wife and my two children 14-year-old and 6 years . It was uncomfortable and did not feel suitable for a family.

De kamer was klein vele malen kleiner dan de 24m2 die aangegeven was. Het was oud. De douche was super onhandig. Al met al is er vast ergens iets gerenoveerd maar de kamer van de foto bij onze reservering hebben wij nooit gezien. Jammer!!

Das Frühstück war perfekt. Personal war super nett. Sommerkarte war klasse, damit kann man alle Gondelfahrten, Busfahrten und Zugfahrten machen und man kann das eigene Auto stehen lassen.

Die Lage war sehr laut durch die die Restaurants und Cafés. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Egal was wir gegessen haben, das Essen war kein Börner. Allgemein alles überteuert.

AC remote is not available or offered. It was be asked for then rented from a vending machine. Our first night was miserable. It was hot and we tried leaving window open but there were loud people out till very late. Then trucks for nearby shops loading inventory were out very early. We got no sleep. No front desk should be made super clear- we had to message hotel all questions and of course wait for them to respond during normal business hours. And no parking at hotel. You have to park at sister hotel and it’s not easy to get to. Huge inconvenience since it was pouring when we arrived. Sister hotel treats this hotel guests like unwanted tourists. I tried getting help at front desk and they were very dismissive. One lady attempted to assist but the older lady seemed annoyed that she was doing so and not so subtly told her she needed her to do something else. Then we tried the restaurant at the sister hotel and the food was just bad and service beyond slow. My husband and almost fell asleep while waiting to leave. No - would never recommend this place.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę udany. Pokoje są czyste i przestronne. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne, a lokalizacja hotelu świetnie sprawdza się zarówno do wypoczynku, jak i zwiedzania okolicy. Cały obiekt jest zadbany i panuje w nim przyjemna atmosfera. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tu ponownie.

The hotel has no reception is self check in The location is very great, the very first step outside the hotel is in the middle of the center.

The furniture is very old, AC remote control you have to search about it and finally you will find it the food machine which located in breakfast restaurant without any knowing and no instruction in hotel room or email. Parking you will never find it as there are no instruction at all! The reception is setting in another hotel where you have to walk for about 4 minutes from Fish Inn hotel. Staff is unfriendly

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, Lage ist super, Automatisierung beim Check-In lief gut, beim Check-Out hat uns Personal persönlich freundlich angesprochen, auch wenn ein automatischer Check-Out grundsätzlich vorgesehen ist.

Es hätte uns noch geholfen, vorher klar zu wissen, dass die Mobil-Gästekarte fürs ganze Salzburger Land gilt und auch dabei ist. Es war in den Emails und der Dokumentation, die wir vorher angeschaut hatten, nicht unübersehbar genug (und dann hatten wir die Fahrkarten schon gekauft...)

Hotellin yleinen tyyli ja sisustus oli kiva. Sauna 2. kerroksessa oli ihana.

Auto check-in ei toiminut vaan piti raahautua toiseen rakennukseen. Kannattaa mennä suoraan Romanttiseen hotelliin kirjautumaan, jos haluaa säästää aikaa. Hotelli on ihmeellinen sokkelo.

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und sowohl das Frühstückspersonal als auch das Personal im Partnerhotel Romantikhotel Zell am See äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt waren die Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte sowie die Mobilitätskarte, mit denen sich zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele bequem erkunden ließen. Sehr praktisch war außerdem die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz im Romantikhotel Zell am See für nur 12 € pro Tag zu reservieren.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. :)

Die Einrichtung entsprach nicht der Fotos. Wir hätten so ein Zimmer nie gebucht. Das Doppelbett war mit einem breiten Holzrahmen eingeschalt und nur an der rechten Seite des Bettes über eine Treppe zugänglich. Die Person von der linken Seite musste über die rechts liegende Person steigen um ins Bett zu gelangen. Das Bett und ein Teil der Decke waren mit einem deckenhohen Holzgestell eingerahmt , mit einem schwarzen Netz behangen und mit Kunststoffpflanzen dekoriert, die Richtung Bett hingen und erdrückend wirkten. Da das Zimmer klein war, zusätzlich mit dunklen Wand- und Deckenfarben ausgestattet war und nur ein kleines Fenster hatte wirkte dieses Zimmer sehr erdrückend. In dem Zimmer hing noch eine Makrame-Schaukel, die unsauber und abgenutzt aussah. Das Bad war einwandfrei und sauber. Der Frühstücksbereich war ebenfalls in gleichen Farbtönen gehalten, wirkte da aber sehr ansprechend und gediegen.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Innenstadt.

Замечательный отель! Мы остались очень довольны своим проживанием. Очень удобное расположение -всё рядом: центр города, озеро, рестораны и основные достопримечательности. Номер был чистым, уютным, всё продумано для комфортного отдыха. Заселение прошло быстро и без каких-либо сложностей. Отдельно хочется отметить дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал -всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными, а в самом отеле царит приятная, спокойная атмосфера.

Een hotel dat heerlijk midden in het centrum ligt en dmv een loopbrug verbonden is met het zusterhotel waar je auto geparkeerd staat. De kamer was schoon en we hebben geen last gehad van straatgeluiden ook al ligt het hotel in het voetgangersgebied.

Wij vonden de kamer en badkamer erg klein. En we misten een klein koelkastje op de kamer. Ook maakte de airco veel lawaai (maar wel fijn dat er een airco was).

Die Lage im Ort an der Fußgängerzone und die zu Fuß leicht machbare Entfernung zum Bahnhof war für uns ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. wir waren zufrieden. Die Zell am See-Kaprun-Sommerkarte war im Zimmerpreis enthalten! Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und seht gut!

Die Informationen zum Self-Check-in und zum Erhalt der Sommerkarte waren für uns etwas verwirrend, weil nicht wirklich eindeutig. Vor Ort hat man aber alles für uns zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Alles war einfach super – das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück: große Auswahl, frisch und sehr lecker. Es blieb wirklich kein Wunsch offen.

Nagyon rugalmas bejelentkezés, szép, tiszta, modern szállás, mégis hagyományörző. Nagyon jó , központi helyen van, autóparkoló a szomszédos Romantik Hotelben volt biztosítva. Nagyon kényelmes, csendes szoba, tágas, erkéllyel. Reggeli kenyelmes, tágas étkezőben változatos, izletes volt.

Az ágy egy kicsit nekem puha volt és a párna, semmi más. (209 szoba)

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im fish’inn in Zell am See! Modernes, sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist top und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wichtig zu wissen: Eine direkte Zufahrt zum Eingang ist nicht möglich. Parken kann man jedoch bequem beim Romantikhotel, von dort gibt es einen Zugang zum fish’inn. Klare Empfehlung!

De liggen is heel goed mooi in het centrum en zeer goed ontbijt.

Ubytování bylo přímo v centru městečka, kolem hotelu byli moc dobré restaurace, kam jsme chodili na večeře a drinky. V hotelu jsme měli jen snídaně, ale byly výborné. K lanovce jak to pěšky trvalo asi 7 minut a když jsme chtěli vyjet ještě výš skibusem, tak ten jezdil také co pár minut. Takže paráda.

Hotel neměl recepci, tudíž ani moc personálu, večer si tam člověk neposedí s drinkem, ale jde projít do dalšího hotelu (Romantic), kde je malý bar a dáte si drink.

Díky pozdnímu příjezdu byl pro nás připraven pozdní check-in který proběhl bez problému. Hotel je hezký a útulný. Poměrně dobře zařízení na lyžování, kdy lze nechat lyže na autobusovém nádraží v půjčovně zcela zdarma.

Snídaně byly neustále stejné, často chyběla zelenina nebo jí bylo jen velmi málo a skládala se pouze z rajčat, okurky a papriky. Hořčice nebyla doplněna poslední dva dny našeho pobytu. Informace si musíte zjistit na recepci, kde vám je ochotně podají, ale stačilo by je uceleně předat například mailem.

Room was lovely. So clean and had what you needed. We had a little balcony which was directly above the high street and you could see the mountains and the lake! Breakfast was great, heaps of options and all lovely and fresh. Lots of breads and cheeses to chose from, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, grapes and lots more. One of the benefits to this hotel is the partnership with the Romantik, just across a walkway. The Romantik is amazing, the building itself is stunning and traditional. The staff there were wonderful, so friendly! As a guest at the fish inn, you’re able to use their facilities so we used their spa, restaurant and we had drinks there every night. The drink prices are so cheap compared to the UK! The spa is so beautiful, lots of chairs, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a lovely pool. It was very peaceful and exactly what we needed after a long couple of hikes. Both hotels are directly in the heart of everything that’s going on, right by all the shops and restaurants and very close to the lake. One massive benefit to going to Zell am See is the summer card. Wow, that saved us 100’s of euros during the 4 days we were there, made great use of it and was very thankful we had it.

Not much really. Personal preference would have been to have another pillow on the bed!

A great hotel with a perfect central location and good transport links. A short walk to the ski lifts. The rooms were comfortable with a kettle and a bath as well as a shower - a welcome addition after a day on the slopes. Also has a sauna. Remote access or card entry. And the hotel partners with Kaprun and as such you get the mobility / summer card for free public transport throughout Salzburgerland and discounts off attractions.

De gezellige en warme sfeer. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel, lekker bij de haard zitten en de sublieme ligging midden in het centrum.
