De kamers waren redelijk. Hygiëne was goed.

Bij aankomst moesten wij 900 bath extra per nacht betalen omdat mijn zoon 15 was en niet maximaal 12 jaar was. Dat stond niet op de site. Overigens we verbleven daar 3 nachten. Een extra kussens daar moest je voor bijbetalen. De douchedeur ging niet goed dicht en onder de glazen douchewand lekte er water. Het ontbijt was slecht. Niet veel keuze.

Hotellet var egentlig veldig bra, personal var hyggelig og behjelpelig. Vi hadde rom med utsikt over havnen som var fascinerende for førstegangs besøkende.

Vi reiste som et par og kom litt i overkant nært Walking Street 😬. Som et par i 40 årene så vil nok vi velge et sted litt lengre nord i byen neste gang.

Staff are not welcoming at all, not even with a “hello” along with a smile on their face upon arrival. In particular the big boy carrying our bag lack manners to utmost infinity in terms of improper greetings. He knocked at our door for carrying our bags and did not even greet us. He simply gave me a cold look with a totally sulk face. More CPD shall be applied to staff of this hotel.

Отличное местоположение: рядом набережная, пирс, магазины и смотровые площадки. Удобный подъезд для такси прямо ко входу. Вкусные завтраки, хороший выбор. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. На 2 этаже большие балконы, отличный вид с балкона.

В номере были тараканы, мы их передавили и вроде больше они не появлялись, но неприятное ощущение осталось. Слив в раковине медленно сливал воду, даже когда персонал отеля убрал крышку со слива всё равно вода в раковине медленно уходила. Некоторые светодиодные лампочки в номере не работали.

Bath was beautiful overlooking the sea, room was huge, staff were so polite and helpful. Location was good for the nightlife of Pattaya but also isn’t too loud if you want it quiet.

The bed was very hard.

⚠️ Beautiful Pattaya Hotel with Dirty Secrets — Think Twice Before Booking ⛔️ I came to this 4-5 star Pattaya hotel excited for a two-week luxury stay in their best room. The location is genuinely great, but what they DON’T TELL you RUINED my trip. Here’s the Reality: • Views obscured by MAJOR Construction and noise right next building – impossible to relax. • A visibly hazardous major gutter on the property that looks dangerous to health and safety. • Most reception staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to international guests. You could see and hear how they treat each other with respect, but look down on foreigners. Only the young bell boy and old security guard were kind. • The worst part: They lied about room availability. Told me my top of the line EXPENSIVE room wasn’t free for 14 days, checked me out after 2 days, made me wait hours in the lobby, then charged another 1,000 before “finding” my room. 3 days later, they tried switching me to a worse room above the gutter. They’d sold mine to someone else for more money (probably). I had PAID in ADVANCE for the MOST upgraded room at the hotel. I ended up staying in my DOWNGRADED room with NO REFUND. And the reception staff JUST LIE and LIE and LAUGH at you because they know they are in full control. You are just a visitor. Nothing more. When you bring it to their attention. They NO LONGER speak English. Then they laugh and talk about you in their own language. OTHER HIDDEN ISSUES: • Surprise deposit / fee at check-in. • Only one key card for 2 guests or entire family. • The AC and power shut off the moment you leave room with your 1 key -– you return to a HELL, HOTTER than a sauna. • They have multiple hidden fines. From towels to brining certain food to your room. And the FINES are 5000. • This felt like a chaotic bazaar spot, not luxury. I won’t be back to this hotel or even Pattaya city anytime soon after today’s insulting behavior of staff.

Please don’t come here. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I fled lied to, cheated and insulted. They made my stay EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.

屋子下面有一个很臭很臭的臭水沟，基本没办法正常开窗。前台的服务也很一般，感觉很不耐烦，让人感觉不是很舒服。再加上价格也不是很实惠，总体体验很不好。

The view overlooking the marina & Bay

Construction work of new tall building next to you, bay road extremely busy and noise from walking street far too load which could be heard even though we were on 6th floor. A/C was noisy as the fan motor ducting was rattling next to other housing, but this was looked at by the hotel engineer/ maintenance and fixed within 24hrs.

Next to the Hotel, at 3-5 metres a artificial river, with residual water, hundreds of metres of deposit, the smell was horrible and made impossible to use balcony or the pool. A very health and safety risk.

4th Time coming really enjoy this place, close to everything, will be back again next year, this is our favourite place to stay.

Отель очень старый, матрасы жёсткие, постельное белье пахнет хомяками, завтраки плохие. Но, самое худшее это то, что там невозможно открыть балкон, потому что очень сильно пахнет канализацией. После первой же ночи мы съехали, так как оставаться и жить с таким запахом невозможно

There was a smell at times emanating from an open drain! The pool was not in the best location! The service was mixed with some staff really helpful and others positivity unfriendly!

This was one of the worst and most unsafe hotel experiences I have ever had; the hotel is directly attached to a major sewage drainage canal for Pattaya, causing unbearable and constant foul odors to spread into all rooms, making it impossible to stay comfortably even for a short time, and even worse, the water from the taps and shower appeared visibly contaminated because of that, which is a serious health hazard, which clearly shows how unsafe this place is, this hotel completely fails basic hygiene and safety standards and should not be operating under any circumstances, I strongly warn everyone to never book this hotel under any condition if you care about your health and safety, photos attached as evidence. كانت هذه واحدة من أسوأ وأخطر تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها على الإطلاق؛ حيث إن الفندق ملاصق مباشرة لقناة تصريف صحي رئيسية لمدينة بتايا، مما تسبب في انتشار روائح كريهة لا تحتمل وبشكل مستمر داخل جميع الغرف، لدرجة أنه يستحيل البقاء براحة حتى لفترة قصيرة، والأسوأ من ذلك أن مياه الحنفيات والدش كانت تبدو ملوثة بشكل واضح منها، وهذا يشكل خطراً صحياً كبيرا و يوضح مدى خطورة الوضع وعدم أمانه، هذا الفندق يفشل تماماً في أبسط معايير النظافة والسلامة ولا يجب أن يسمح له بالعمل تحت أي ظرف، وأحذر الجميع بشدة من الحجز في هذا المكان تحت أي ظرف إذا كنتم تهتمون بصحتكم وسلامتكم، وتم إرفاق الصور كدليل.

La chambre est très belle mais c’est tout

Après avoir vu la chambre nous étions très content avec vue sur la mer !! Mais quand on s’avance un peu sur le balcon on voit une déchèterie en bas de l’hôtel ! Avec des fois fois des odeurs ! On est loin de tout sauf du port nous avions un scooter donc ce n’était pas un problème !!! La piscine était coté déchèterie donc ça donner pas envie d y aller ! En plus pas de soleil l’après midi de ce côté !! Donc très déçu vu le prix payer !!! Après je le redis la chambre était très belle ! Aussi inconvenant il ne donne qu’une seule carte pour la chambre à chaque fois je devais passer par l’accueil pour valider l’ascenseur quand ma femme était dans la chambre avec ma fille

I finally got the room I requested after 3 years of coming.. I loved it. It’s the only place I will stay when I come to Pattaya.

Food was ok. Could have had a little more variety. But, wasn’t there to eat at hotel. So I didn’t mind.

Really nice view over the harbor and beach. Really nice staff and clean and fresh towels/beds. Room was really big and quiet. Walking street is next door, unfortunately walking street is not nice, only when you like big Indian clubs. Breakfast is recommended to take, lot to choose from : rise with chicken/pork, Indian food, fruits, egg, soups, ham, salad bar etc….

In other reviews we read about sewer smell, we where at the 6th floor and didn’t really smell. The smell comes from the sewer system what is in front of the hotel.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la vue est belle. L'emplacement est assez commode pour explorer la ville.

Le personnel n'est vraiment pas aimable ni aidant. Les douches manque de pression et la rue est assez bruyante.
