The view, staff .. Kris the manager was more than amazing, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Around the bath wasn’t sealed, so when you showered the bathroom floor got flooded and became dangerous

Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles schmuddelig. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel, geht garnicht. Würde ich auf keinen Fall noch mal buchen. Matratze wie auf dem Bild, einfach nur widerlich und eklig. Überall kaputt, Löcher oder mit Dreck verschmiert. Das hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. Pool was leicht milchig, richtig eklig.

最悪なのは、海岸近くのイベント会場（Tiger Beer）からの爆音ともいえる毎午後～夜中までの大音響です 音は、遮蔽物がない高層階ほど届き、10階の部屋のベランダ側のガラスが揺れるほどの大音響で、（偶々持参の）耳栓が無ければ寝れなかったと思います 1日ではなく、ほぼ1週間の滞在中毎日でした、、、あれでは、他の人には勧められません また、ベトナム特有のペンシルビル型のホテルで、20階建てなのにエレベーターは二機のみで、朝食に行ったり外との出入りには必ず並ぶ事が多かったです 20階にある屋外プールを毎日利用しましたが、ベトナム地元の方と思われる一団が、タバコ吸いたさに大挙して来たり、プールで大騒ぎし他の利用客の迷惑と思われました

View the staff were really nice.

Spa bath was annoying everytime we showered it flooded the bathroom. The maintenance guy came to repair it but it continued. We had to get extra towels to put on the floor.

В нашем номере протекал кондиционер, бежала вода, мы поставили мусорное ведро. Это случилось в день отъезда. На выезде сказали на ресепшен о проблеме, чтобы в дальнейшем устранили эту неисправность. Надеюсь исправят!

Khách sạn đẹp, tiện nghi và nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện cho việc tắm biển. Các bạn nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Chất lượng phục vụ tuyệt vời

I had a room with a sea view. It was very noisy at night and I couldn’t sleep most of the nights

ビーチに近く、近隣にレストランやバー、マッサージ店などのお店も多くロケーションは最高でした。朝食も美味しくいただきましたし、何よりもスタッフが親切で楽しい夏休みを過ごすことができました。

強いて言えば浴槽の作りが悪く、シャワーの度にトイレ側に水が流れてきました。また、洗面所も含めて排水はあまり良くなかったですかね...

The staff was so helpful and promptly responded to any request we had. The rooftop bar provided a lovely place to view the city lights in the evening including the dragon bridge. The room was large and the bed very comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also great — convenient and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would be happy to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here.... the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating at all times, especially Micasa... she made sure we were happy & comfortable. Our room was beautiful with ocean views... bed was huge & comfortable. Everything was perfect... we'll certainly be back !!

All was great until we check out. We travel all over the world , never ever anyone stop us from leaving because a stupid room key. When we check it no one told us to return all the room keys. After we check out we missed one room key , the one at the to turn lights. After we try to check out the gentleman fluid not want us to let us go, we almost missed our flight because a stupid room key. He need to teach how to treat customer. Because of that we won’t be back next year to this hotel.

Hotel na wysokim poziomie. Podobało nam się wszystko: części wspólne, basen, taras widokowy, siłownia - wszystko z pięknym widokiem. Pokoje bardzo czyste, pościel i ręczniki bardzo dobrej jakości, super wygodne łóżko. Blisko plaży. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Bardzo polecamy.

Tylko 2 windy na tak duży hotel, czas oczekiwania był czasem zbyt długi.

We had a fantastic stay at Diamond Sea Hotel! The location is excellent, right across from the beautiful beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops and everything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool and cocktail bar. The hotel has a great atmosphere, excellent facilities and beautiful views. Everything was well maintained, and the service made us feel genuinely welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Diamond Sea Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay! Love the location. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The rooms were clean. They offer good rates for day trips which is extremely convenient. We ended up booking Hue and Banh Hills trip through them. Thanks Micasa for all your help with it and some great tips!

Le nombre de transat limites autour de la piscine, alors que des tables occupent la place pour rien. Il serait judicieux d'augmenter le nombre de transat dans la journée et de les réduire en fin d'après midi au profit des tables.

家族連れでしたか？屋上にあるプールはそんなに使わないものかと。当初を想定しておりましたが、20回にあるとても眺めが良く、快適で綺麗でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。ただ、子供が間違えてデコレーション用にあるパンを取ってきてしまいました。

家族連れに対しては、部屋のカードキーを2枚渡すなどの対応してくれるととても助かります。どうしても一時的に子供を部屋に置いて離れるケースがあり、その際に戻ってくると子供が寝てしまうなどで入れないなどのリスクがあるので、カードキーは2枚渡していただけるととても嬉しいです。

L’hôtel est en face de la plage mais il n’y a pas de plage privée. Les transats sont à 40000dongs la journée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, il propose énormément de choses. Il y a une salle de jeux pour les enfants attenante à la piscine. Beau rooftop Beaucoup de spa pour massages à proximité.

Un peu de monde aux ascenseurs. Beaucoup de clients russes. Un peu éloigné du centre de la ville de Da Nang. Les restaurants autour sont un peu plus chers que la normale.

Our trip was made so much more fulfilling thanks to our wonderful stay at this hotel. The space here is exquisitely designed, combining luxury with a warm, cozy, and home-like atmosphere. The rooms are not only new and beautiful, but the beds are incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly after a long day of traveling. Every corner of the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. However, what truly sets this place apart is the people. From the reception Phuong, Nhung,…and restaurant staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is incredibly polite, attentive, and always serves guests with the most genuine smiles. The customer service here truly touches the hearts of guests. With reasonable prices and top-notch service, this will definitely be my first and only choice whenever I return to this city.

I had a memorable stay here and am absolutely satisfied with my choice. The biggest plus point of the hotel is its prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. I just returned from my stay here and I truly have to praise the hotel's excellent service. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the luxurious atmosphere and pleasant aroma of essential oils created a relaxing feeling. Check-in was quick thanks to the professionalism of the reception staff. My room was very spacious, modernly designed, and had a balcony with a stunning view. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness; from the bedding to the bathroom, everything was meticulously cared for and cleaned daily. In addition, the breakfast buffet was very diverse with a wide variety of Asian and European dishes, all prepared to perfection, and the menu changed frequently, so we never got bored. The staff were always proactive in greeting and enthusiastically assisting my family throughout our trip. This hotel fully deserves its high standards of service. I will definitely return and readily recommend it to friends and family.

I just had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The hotel has beautiful surroundings, spacious, clean, and tastefully designed rooms. The biggest plus is the staff's service attitude; everyone was friendly, enthusiastic, and always went the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Every experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. The hotel is truly worth the price, and I will definitely return.

It was truly wonderful to stay at this hotel, and even more wonderful to be warmly and graciously welcomed by the beautiful Nhung and Mr. Phú. Mr. Phong it's also very good manager. I will always remember this place, and whenever I have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay here again. Etwas größeres Hotel in guter Lage direkt an Strand in Da Nang. Saubere Zimmer, schöner Pool auf dem Dach, gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl an westlichen und asiatischen Gerichten. Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sind groß und der Balkon bietet genug Platz zum Sitzen für zwei Personen. Auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht die modernste ist und das Mobiliar ein wenig einen Retrotouch hat, passt das Gesamtkonzept und das Hotel ist eine gute Wahl.

I had a truly wonderful time here with my friends. The service was excellent, and everything was perfectly prepared, making us feel completely comfortable throughout our stay.
