Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.Es war auf unsere Urlaubsreise das beste Hotel.Frühstücksbüffet absolute spitze.Es ist alles vorhanden(asiatisches und europäisches Essen)Zimmer mit super Ausblick.Pool mit schattigen Liegeplätze auf dem Dach.Kleine Bar ist auch beim Pool.Personal immer sehr freundlich.Oberhalb des Pools ist noch ein japanisches Restaurant.Essen ist dort absolute Spitzenklasse.Kann man nur empfehlen.

Everything was perfect, we stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing including the spa and the swimming pool. When we left the hotel and noticed that my Samsung tablet was lost! We are sure that the tablet was in my bag before bringing us out benlonging (when my Gf checked in and took her passport, she saw the tablet in my bag before)! The staff was friendly and they checked the cameras but still the answer we got "sorry for your loss"

Amazing property, 3 min walk from Da Nang main beach, rooms were incredible - fantastic views across the ocean, team members were all so professional, genuine and welcoming. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Tien who went above and beyond helping make all our plans each day, Phoung and Phoung An (best Vietnamese massage), Huyen who took care us at breakfast Giam and General Manager who left a personalised note with some tea. Love this place and can't recommend highly enough - will definitely be back and already missing it!! Thanks all!!!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sala Da Nang Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is nice, with a great location, beautiful views and good facilities. I also appreciated being able to continue using the hotel facilities after checking out, which was very convenient before my flight.

There were a number of small service issues that made the experience less seamless than it could have been. I was advised that room service and the kitchen would be available until a certain time, but when I tried to order, I was initially told they had already closed or were about to. They did eventually make the food, but I then had to wait a significant amount of time for something that should have taken no more than around 20 minutes. There were also a few confusing interactions with staff. I was told I couldnt sit in a particular area in the lobby for a specific reason, only to find that the reason given didn't actually seem to apply. When collecting my luggage, I handed over the luggage tag/holding tag, but was then asked which bag was mine anyway, which made me wonder what the purpose of the tag was. The airport shuttle was also not particularly convenient, as it only operates every two hours. Having a shuttle every hour would make it much more useful for guests with different flight times

The room was not ready at promised 2pm. Infact, we came back for check-in around 2:30pm+. The room was not ready.

Location is great with close proximity to My Khe beach. Breakfast ( we had it in the premier lounge) was a highlight - on top of the regular buffet there was a designated station where you can order eggs, steak and vietnamese noodle soup. Hotel Service is exceptional. Guest Relations Manager ( Tram) introduced herself and gave us her number and attended to everything we needed and more. Thank you Tram, Huyen, Hanh and Staff. Rooms were well cleaned and serviced and quiet. Air conditioning was great and not noisy. Our room had a great uninterrupted view of the beach

The only place to have alcoholic beverages was from the Pool Bar. Strangely, not available to order it to the room unless you go get it yourself. Some of the breakfast and afternoon items were a little dry from sitting in the airconditioning, and a little repetitive. Room mattress is getting tired but the addition of mattress topper made it comfortable to sleep in.

Bellissmo hotel in stile internazionale. Colazione infinita e la struttura è pulitissima e perfetta con camere molto belle. Le nostre all'unidcesimo piano erano vista mare. La piscina sul tetto è stupenda soprattutto la sera. Molto bello e consigliatissimo in quanto in prossimità della spiaggia ma vicino anche al dragon bridge in auto 10 minuti.

I really liked the spacious room, the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, and the convenient location near My Khe Beach.

The location is quite crowded, so it’s a bit inconvenient for sleeping.

Location, Facilities and staff were top notch. Rooms very clean, pool on roof was really nice. Special shoutout to Huyen who always served us with a smile and was very informative with her tourist information. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was great, would recommend.

It would have been nice to have a change of music at the pool, maybe something else other than the hotel music, apart from that everything else was great.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and amenities. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast is lovely. Huge selection of food in a lovely setting. The staff are exceptional. Very helpful and kind.

There is building works going on close by, so can be a bit noisy from time to time. In saying that I think I counted about 12 new buildings going up in the area.

Everything, the small thoughtful gestures were memorable, not only did we receive a welcome fruit basket at the end of our stay, when we entered our room there was a "thank you" spelled out in rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed. The staff went out of their way to please us. The pool area has a beautiful view and well maintained. We also like the location as well as the free use of bikes. We highly recommend the restaurant with the view and delicious cullinary We will definitely stay here again

The location is ideal, super close to My Khe beach and only a short taxi ride to the airport. There are plenty of nice bars, restaurants and beach clubs nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view over Da Nang. The rooftop pool was enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The quality and selection of food at breakfast could be improved. It would be nice to see some gluten free bread on offer in a very international setting like this. The air conditioning in the room wasn't that good, even on the lowest setting the room was quite hot at night.

The most beautiful rooftop pool and view. Would come back just to relax there again! Breakfast was good, wonderful spa and lovely ocean view from our room.

The dining area is very crowded at breakfast time. The pool needs more umbrellas, very sunny on the rooftop and more shade is needed for areas that don’t have umbrellas over the day beds.

All of the hotel staffs are really nice❤️ We love the complimentary 60mins full body massage. And the jacuzzi and steam bath, wowwww!!! The food choices were well presented and varied.We had breakfast on the 2nd floor which was very quiet.We found the staff were very friendly and attentive. Coffee was great and the view was lovely. 混雑時だったから、仕方ないですが、ロビー階が混んでいて、高層だけど、エレベータがなかなか来なかった。 日本語の話せるスタッフがいるのだけど、日本語は話せるけれど、ホテルや現地のことは知らないようでした。 どことなく和風ぽくした感じが謎。正式な日本風でないので、日本人には違和感。

ロケーションは一番賑やかなエリアから少し離れているけど、grabがあれば問題なし。パーシャルだけど全然オーシャンビューだった。 何もお願いしてないのにパスポート情報から誕生日を察知してサプライズケーキをお部屋に用意してくれた。 スタッフはみんな親切で掃除も早いし丁寧。

Habitaciones amplias, hotel de lujo buffet del desayuno super estupendo, el agua de la piscina está climatizada, el minibar es gratis, te ponen agua todos los días en la habitación, durante el día hay una nevera con cubitos con botellas de agua para llevarte justo en la entrada del hotel, hay tres ascensores, más un cuarto que va por el exterior mirando al mar panorámico. Podéis alquilar moto eléctrica (recomendable) justo enfrente del hotel.

朝ごはんがとても素晴らしく、今回の滞在中で一番朝ごはんの質は高かったです。特にパンが美味しかったです。あと、カフェラテを作ってくれる人がいましたが、そのカフェラテも最高でした。その他にはやはり海へのアクセスがとてもよく取り付ける立地はとても満足感のあるものでした。

コスパ最強。ビーチまで徒歩で行ける 徒歩圏内に小さいスーパーやスパもたくさんある 3歳の子供連れでも安心して過ごせた スタッフも気にかけてくれた

I loved this Hotel. The location was just off the main road right by the beach. It was easy to walk around Da Nang, although we spent the majority of our time in Hoi An. The Staff are really friendly. Rooms are lovely and quite spacious. The rooftop pool was just lovely, the bar was adequate and food was good. Coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus !! They also have a bar area just outside the front of the hotel, seems a bit odd but was really nice as they have singers on some nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well wot alot of bang for your buck!! Beautiful accomodation, kind & caring staff, fabulously located to beach, restaurants, bars & Song Tra market & Dragon Bridge all walkable. Massages were fantastic! Breakfast was delicious (in the Club Lounge) Staff- inparticular Hueylan & Tien- were so attentive & sweet

The only slightly downside- the cocktails trom the rooftop bar😞 So much ice & watered down- it actually had no flavour This is the ONLY downside to an otherwise perfect week at Sala!

Awesome hotel. Helpful, welcoming staff. The breakfast selection was AMAZING! The room was spacious and immaculate. We took the free bicycles to Marble Montain, which was great exercise! The free Saturday yoga was a great bonus, too. This was held up on the pool deck with beautiful sea views. When we realised we had left two shirts behind, Hannah was extremely helpful and arranged to have them posted on to our next location. Definitely a great place to stay 😀

The pool setting was stunning, but I personally found the music repetitive and too loud. Access into the pool would not have been ideal for very young children or those with disabilities as there was no shallow end.

Great location, set back from the main road so a lot quieter and easy walking to the beach. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. The buffet had a good spread of foods with delicious pho varieties as well. The pool (and hotel in general) has great views of the beach, was nice and deep for swimming, and in some shade so not too hot even in the afternoon. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The beds were very hard and soundproofing was not great between rooms.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony overlooked My Khe Beach, offering a fantastic view. The breakfast selection was good, and it was easy to get around using Grab from the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and communication in English was smooth.

The hotel is not directly on the beachfront, but it's only a short walk away, so the location is still convenient. However, the room service staff and the breakfast café staff spoke very limited English, making communication difficult even with the help of a translation app.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire team. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly opposite the beautiful My Khe Beach and only a short drive from the city center and many of Da Nang’s most famous attractions. Our room was modern, spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping maintained an exceptional standard throughout our stay, and we always returned to a perfectly prepared room. Excellent Breakfast Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The variety was outstanding, offering both Vietnamese and international dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, made-to-order egg dishes, and many healthy options. We especially loved the fresh croissants, which were among the best we had during our trip, and the Iberico ham, which was absolutely delicious. If we could make one small suggestion, it would be regarding the coffee. We found the regular coffee a little too strong for our taste, and the cappuccino contained slightly more milk than we usually prefer. Apart from that, the breakfast was excellent every single morning. Exceptional Hospitality The greatest strength of Sala Danang Beach Hotel is undoubtedly its people. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. We had an amazing stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. The location is perfect, right across from My Khe Beach and in the heart of Da Nang, making it easy to explore the city. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade for a birthday celebration, which made our stay even more special. The beach view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is stunning, offering incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was vibrant and welcoming. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay truly memorable.
