Mandila Beach Hotel Danang

Across the road from the beach is a great location but the music from the road does make it a little difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

Sound proofing would be a good idea for this area, no local cafe really close for coffee.

Staff were all so lovely! During the day, getting around everywhere it was so central. The pool area was amazing! Favourite part of the place. Music, drinks and good vibes.

Beds hard - thankfully massages are super cheap so they can fix you. The music thumping from across the street - if I had of done my research I would not have booked this location. We managed - with two small children aged 2 and 5 - however we had to use loud white noise to drown the music out to help us all fall asleep. If it was just adults and you are out most of the late night then no worries but when you have small children who need to go to bed earlier, it proves difficult and just annoying! Another thing was the balcony light is automatic and you dont get a say over it - doesn't turn off until after 10pm so again annoying to help put everyone to sleep when it was not fully dark. And then in the morning the blinds are not black out so the room was bright from 6am - annoying. The bathroom was so small and you felt on top of everything. When you shower it wets all over the bathroom floor and toilet. These are just inconvenience.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, proprio fronte spiaggia. La camera è spaziosa e pulita ed anche il letto è comodo. La piscina sul rooftop non è molto grande, ma ha comunque il suo fascino farci il bagno.

Very spacious and bright rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and good location opposite the beach.

Only two sunbeds next to the pool. Could maybe swap out some chairs and tables with sunbeds. Not enough tables at breakfast, we had to wait for someone to leave.

Not much storage in the room and the pool was h fortunately closed for a few days during our stay. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. You could use the one next door but wasn’t ideal

The pool closing, which seemed to be planned maintenance not an emergency. We asked to move hotels because of this and get a partial refund the manager offered us the use of the pool next door and 4 nights free meals at the hotel. These turned out to be half truths-only had a choice of 4 meals (non of which we liked, had this been communicated we wouldn’t of taken this offer) only able to eat between 6-8 and when we asked to use the pool next door there wasn’t enough room for us. Ruined our time there. Very disappointed

Hôtel place sur avenue principale face a la plage très pratique pour balade à pied. Chambre 1404 (14eme étage ) propre et fonctionnelle mais placée côté mitoyen avec l'hôtel voisin. Si vous voulez une chambre face a la mer ou un balcon, il faudra le préciser Petit déjeuner très complet mais pris au 3eme étage de la tour (qui en compte 20) trop petite pour le nombre de clients... Donc bruyant et compliqué pour trouver une table. Les personnes qui aiment les ambiances plus intimes : passez votre chemin... Personnel d'accueil charmant.

The pool seemed ok.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We ended up leaving after two hours and booking another hotel—the first time I've ever done that. I booked this room for a family of four, and my Booking.com search was specifically for four guests. When we arrived, the room only had one bed. The staff insisted that I had selected the wrong room, but from a guest's perspective it's a reasonable assumption that rooms shown in a search for four people will comfortably accommodate four guests. What made this even more frustrating was that the room had only been set up for two people, with just two towels provided, which made it seem like the booking details hadn't been checked. The only solution offered initially was a twin room with two single beds, which wasn't a practical option for our family and, in our opinion, would have been even worse. We were told that families often stay in that room, but it simply didn't seem suitable for the price we had paid. After we had decided to leave, the staff then found a mattress that could be placed on the floor at no extra charge. While this may have been intended as a solution, it came too late and wasn't what we expected when booking accommodation for a family of four. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

We had a wonderful experience with our masseuse Ngoc and Nga! They were both kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire massage. They made sure we were comfortable and focused on the areas where I had the most tension. I feel relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. Their skills and caring attitude made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend Ngoc and Nga to anyone looking for an excellent massage. Thank you both for such amazing service! Our receptionist Nguyen is also amazing, making sure that we are comfortable and that our satisfaction were met. Thank you!

Stayed with family, the hotel was really clean and close to the beach.

Hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar had nice view along with good drinks and pool was beautiful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

For a first timer this place awesome, rooms are nice and spacious, the spa was nice and they really did feel like they knew what they were doing, the food was great and I always wanted to return as no place better than this hotel. Also hospitality is awesome and probabaly the best me and my family ever had. Also also right next to the beach and had a great view. Also really nice and clean and was kept to a point where I didn’t hear anything at all till I open the door so overall amazing stay.

It's our first time here in Danang. The staff gave us a warm welcome. The hotelroom was huge, everything was clean. We had a great time with Huyen and Trung at the swimming pool. They're so nice as well of rest. Everyone made sure that we had a great time. Breakfast was also good and various. We already booked to come back again!

Could have been a sign to say you can ask for pool towels when at the pool and to put them in the bin by pool after. We didn’t know we could ask and then when we got towels we didn’t know we couldn’t take back to room

Sea view balcony suite was lovely and very spacious. Lifeguard Trung was amazing, so very attentive and kept the pool area immaculate, removing towels and bringing fresh ones when he could see how wet the others were. Hannah was great, wish she'd checked in with us on first day so we could have got the shower pressure and temperature sorted.

Across the road from very noisy karaoke bars.....ear plugs supplied but believe me you need industrial ones. No block out curtains and no soundproofing. Couldn't take a Nana nap in the afternoon heat due to the noise from a motorbike constantly playing a recording of what he was selling. Hotel should be clear about the noise in their advertising so people can make better choices. That said I did read a review that mentioned how noisy it was and considered cancelling until I saw it was one of the hotels Luxury Escape offer.....should have gone with my gut and cancelled.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Mandila Beach Hotel. The staff is amazing and we especially enjoyed the spa as the massage was so relaxing.

NGOC was fantastic with the treatment she did her pressure was fantastic. The hotel and staff are very friendly . The food was delicious and healthy. I will come back to you 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉 love you all

Good location for beachfront restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No sound insulation. Very loud at night. We couldn't sleep. Laundry service over charge and identify clothing items in accurately and then charge much more. Breakfast not great and not enough tables for amount of guests and very tight spaced table spacing.

Very nice staff and breakfast buffet was good and have many items and restaurant manager Huyen was very welcoming and helpfull and enjoyed everything only down thing was the reception as I mistakenly put incorrect age for my child so they charged me extra even though it was the same room and same benefits they even put only two towels and two bottle of water although we were 4 people so they only cared to take the extra money from me

The hotel was in a great location, just across the street from the beach, and the street behind the hotel had lots of restaurants, shops, and spas.. Swimming was not allowed directly in front of the hotel, but there were very nice areas for swimming with plenty of cheap beach beds with umbrellas just a few minutes walk up or down the beach. Our room was facing the water and had spectacular views. The views from the rooftop pool were even better. The pool was quite small and had very few sunbeds, but it was usually uncrowded and great for a cooling dip or enjoying food and drinks from the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, although the dining area was too small and crowded. The thirty minute foot massages included for free were a special treat. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Included buffet breakfast each day was great, breakfast had very good variety and selection of food and drinks. Loved the rooftop pool and the views from the pool, as well as the bar facilities for ordering drinks near the pool. All hotel staff were very friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. Great location with shops and restaurants close by and being across the road from the beach.

Our room could have had better views of the beach/sea. Perhaps 1 or 2 more varieties of juices each day during breakfast would have been great. The gym/fitness room could have been better equipped with some more free weights and equipment. The free hotel WiFi internet connection was too slow.

Ngoc was fantastic. I had a hot stone massage and hair wash. I highly recommend. The check in process treatment rooms and staff were all top notch!

The street can be somewhat noisy as the hotel is on the main street. We had a “non-seaview” room on the 15th floor so it was okay. But can imagine lower floors might have a bit more noise.
