Het telefoonnummer om contact op te nemen is niet bereikbaar, waardoor ik hen niet kan informeren. Het is ook lastig te vinden waar je precies heen moet, omdat het buiten donker is en de poort altijd dicht zit. Het zwembad is leuk, maar helaas alleen open tot 20:00, net als het restuarant.

Huisje/kamer+badkamer heel oud. Zeer oude meubel. Airco maakte veel lawaai. Opstijgen van vliegtuigen dichtbij. Muggen in de kamer maar die werden door melden door een werknemer gesprayed. Ontbijt en lunch was goed. Buiten het hek van accomodatie is er niks. Armoedige buurt.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Het is een tropisch paradijsje midden in een zeer hectisch en druk en lelijk stukje Mactan. De tuin is fantastisch, het zwembad groot en fijn en prachtig, het restaurant goed en sfeervol, je kan er de hele dag terecht om te eten wat je wil. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamers zelf zijn een beetje sfeerloos, groot contrast met de rest van het resort. Een kleur op de muur, een of 2 extra lampjes (en een tafeltje/ nachtkastje bij je bed) zou al veel helpen. Maar je zit toch meestal buiten dus erg is het niet.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Der Garten ist genial. Das Personal nett und auch der Besitzer super nett. Um den Tag im Garten zu verbingen ist die Unterkunft ideal. Das Essen schmeckt ebenfalls gut.
Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Riesige Kakerlake im Eingangsbereich, die ins Zimmer wollte, sich dann aber unterm Schrank versteckt hat. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht richtig. Bungalow gehört generalüberholt. Sehr einfaches Zimmer.

Mal hier, weil wir alles an dieser Unterkunft lieben: den Pool, die oasengleiche Anlage abseits der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem fußläufig zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den netten deutschen Inhaber. Die Bungalows sind solide und zweckmäßig, Aircon, Wifi und Smart-TV sind vorhanden. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Quiet and peaceful grounds/place with garden in otherwise very busy/central part of Mactan. Only the garden and central location are the good things. If this is what you want, go for it.
BUT Facilities are really old and havent been updated. If you only need a functioning room, toilet, shower - it's OK. But there are newer and more accessible (more food & massage, taxi/Grab, grocery & nicer beddings & towels) hostel options at beach hostels near Mactan Newton that cost almost the same. If you want near beach with better room, bed, amenities, transpo - book near Mactan Newtown

Reviewed May 21, 2026Die Lage und der Preis sind super. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind absolut top gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ich hatte effektiv die beste Käse-Omelette meines Lebens.
Die Möbel, aber insbesondere die Klimaanlage und die Dusche sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Einen Duschkopf alle 3 Jahre zu erneuern sollte in jedem Ort möglich sein für die Hygiene. Aber man hat hier einen guten Preis/Leistungsmix, daher gilt es mit der Kritik zurück zu halten.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Vlakbij de airport en drukke stad maar daar merk je niets van Vriendelijk personeel, de kamer was schoon en matras goed. Verder is het vreselijk gedateerd. Vooral de badkamer. En wij hadden geen warm water. Voor een overnachting vlakbij de airport is het een prima lokatie, voor meerdere dagen durf ik niet te zeggen.

Notre chambre était assez vieille avec des équipement vieux. Pas très belle, dommage la salle de bain aussi serait un plus si elle était un peu refaite. Aucun savon fourni et pas flexible sur les annulations de vol.

Leider etwas abgelegen, keine Restaurants oder Supermärkte in fußläufiger Umgebung

The bedroom took forever to cool down, the bedroom was separate from the bathroom & shower, so you had to pass in front of an open door to shower or go to the bathroom, it was in great need of an update., in remote area.

There was only 1 single thin pillow. The air conditioning unit was small. The location is close to the airport but is not at all touristy. The hotel only takes cash.

Alles hat uns gut gefallen bis auf die Zimmer selber. Diese sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung nicht sehr komfortabel oder einladend. Für den Preis aber in Ordnung.

Pas d’eau chaude mais ce n’est pas trop problématique car l'eau n’est pas si fraîche.

It felt super dilapidated and uncared for. The metal door to the room made it feel a bit like a prison. The chairs were all broken and the material ripped. Not great. Also the area is very run down. It’s good for a one night stay before an early night but not for much else

Reviewed Mar 6, 202620 min drive to airport. This was a great little hotel in the middle of an ugly city. Not much around the area but luckily the German food at the hotel restaurant was excellent so I just ate there on my overnight stay. I would stay there again
No hot water but luckily the weather is really hot so it’s not really needed unless you have an early morning flight and need a shower

Super netter deutscher Besitzer mit leckerem unter anderem deutschen Essen. Klima etwas laut,aber es gibt ja Ohrstöpsel. Umgebung typisch Philippinen, man hat einen großen Einkaufscenter 5min zu Fuß und diverse typisch Philippinische Läden und Essensstände.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was altijd iemand aanwezig om je vragen te beantwoorden. De accommodatie zelf was een erg goed onderhouden plek met een mooie tuin, waaraan allemaal leuke huisjes. Het restaurant, waar je kan ontbijten en avondeten was erg lekker en een goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik kan deze accommodatie zeker aanraden voor 1/2 nachten of als je een nacht moet wachten op je volgende vlucht vanaf cebu airport. Op 10 minuten lopen zit een shopping mall en een 7eleven.
